雪铁龙C6自动变速器3档升4档打滑故障排除

一辆2008年纯进口雪铁龙C6,17位编码为 VF7TDXFV58*******,搭载日本爱信公司生产的型号为TF-80SC(AM6) 6前速手自一体式自
动变速器,行驶约26万KM。

故障现象:电脑没有存储故障码,在D档加速行驶时3升4档打滑严重,升至5档和6档均正常,如果在手动模式在3档行驶时,正常推至4档也会出现打滑现象,若在手动模式3档加大油门,突然推至4档位置,不会出现打滑现象,其它档位工作均正常。

故障分析:此变速器是爱信艾达工业株式会社(AISIN AW)具有代表性的变速器,还搭载在GM新君威2.0T, 沃尔沃VOLVO AF40
(TF-80SC), 福特蒙迪欧致胜2.3 L AF21 (TF-81SC),陆虎神行者3.2L (TF-80SC)。

此变速器由6个执行元件组成:3 个盘式离合器,1个带式制动器,1个多片盘式制动器,1 个单向离合器。

其中C1离合器(1、2、3、4档),C2离合器(4、5、6档),C3离合器(3、5、R档),B1制动器(2、6档),B2制动器(R档),B3(1档单向离合器)。

结合元件作业表(见图1)得知变速器3档升至4档的工作过程是释放C3,接合C2。

通过对3档换4档的元件交换工作后产生的打滑现象分析:可能由以下几种原因引起:①油质油面;②(C2离合器片)用油元件(摩擦片,钢片及活塞);③用油元件到阀体之间的油路;④阀体;⑤SLC2 线性电磁阀故障。

检查分析:此变速器应由简单到复杂的排除故障方法来进行,首先检查油质油面,油面正常但油质较差;用X431诊断仪检测,只能读取故障码,根本就看不了数据流,此箱子无故障码,拆解变速器,把阀体拆下来,找到C2的油压孔,用300Kpa的压力打压,如下图。

通过反复对C2离合器打压都发现有严重的泄漏情况,不得已只能分解变速器来检查。

利用专用工具将离合器活塞压出来结果发现活
塞上面的唇形橡胶处有严重的裂痕(见图3),因此破裂处就存在严重的泄压情况。

找到故障点后,按照大修标准,翻新变扭器,换整个箱子密封圈,换损坏的活塞,通过检测没有发现明显泄漏后装车试车,开始试车时发现3升4有轻微闯档的现象,经过和司机交流,更换拆车的阀体,重新试车进行自适应学习复位,如果有原厂电脑可以用以下方法匹配学习一直让变速器换档变的舒服才能交车。

更换或更新自动变速器、变速器控制模块或软件后,务必清除旧的自适应数据,并如下执行新的自适应。

1、低速行驶车辆。

将换档杆挂P(驻车档)位置,停下车辆并用楔块挡住车辆。

关闭发动机然后再次点火。

注意: 操作前检查车辆没有移动。

2、松开换档锁定并将换档杆置于N(空档)位置。

3、检查变速器控制模块N(空档)位置标记是否正确。

4、使用故障诊断仪输入N(空档)位置指令。

注意: 除非点火开关置于ON 位置、换档杆置于N(空档)位置、发动机关闭且车速为0 公里/小时,否则无法输入指令。

5、将换档杆从位置P(驻车档)换至位置D(前进档),然后检查指示灯是否显示正确位置。

如果显示不正确,检查故障诊断码。

6、用故障诊断仪重置自适应值。

7、运行变速器至工作温度(65-110°度)。

读取故障诊断仪数据。

注意: 禁止用失速测试预热自动变速器。

仅当变速器达到工作温度时,才执行自适应。

8、拉起手制动,对N-D 和N-R 的换档执行自适应。

如果出厂时已完成该步骤,连接排气通风机,起动车辆并怠速运行。

从N(空档)换至R(倒档)。

将档位R(倒档)保持接合三秒钟以上,然后换回N (空档)。

重复该步骤5次。

然后同上所述从N(空档)换至D(前进档),重复该步骤5 次。

9、加档和减档的自适应在道路行驶时完成。

接合D 档(前进档)并加速至刚好超过50 公里/小时,使加速踏板保持该位置(大约踩下15-20%)直到4 档接合。

执行制动,直至车辆停止。

必须用超过30 秒钟的时间加速至50公里/小时,并且必须用超过14 秒钟的时间制动。

重复以上步骤5 次。

10、从2 档至1 档的手动换档自适应在道路上执行。

用换档杆
接合M2。

加速至25 公里/小时。

接合M1 并平稳制动直到车辆静止。

重复该步骤10 次。

如果没有原厂电脑,可以自行行驶50KM,尽量按以上步骤行驶,故障完全排除。

总结:此箱子维修较为简单,3升4打滑是离合器C2活塞有裂纹,后来3升4轻微闯档是SLC2 线性电磁阀故障。

但是维修过后要保证箱子长时间运行,必须把所有的胶圈换掉(因为行驶公里数较多);间接引起变速器故障的因素:可能换油周期过长,水箱长时间不清洗导致水温过高,或者老是驾驶方式激烈经常重踩油门,或者SLC2 线性电磁阀卡滞导致油压不正常,如图:SLC2电磁阀。

如果注意到以上信息,箱子的寿命均会延长;此车的阀体不容易坏,但是市场上不单独提供电磁阀,所以只能买拆车带电磁阀的阀体总成。
