涡轮增压器工作原理在同等排量的情况下,相对于传统的自然吸气发动机,涡轮增压发动机可以获得更多的空气以支持更多的燃油充分燃烧,从而在获得更大功率的同时达到省油、环保的效果。

涡轮增压器的工作原理见图1。

发动机排出的高温废气进入涡轮增压器驱动涡轮转动,然后从涡轮排气出口排出。

转动的涡轮带动与其相连的压叶轮,压叶轮将更多经过空气滤清器的空气增压后送入中冷器和发动机气缸。

由于进入发动机气缸的空气经过了增压和冷却,这样在同样大小的气缸内可以得到更多的空气,燃烧更多的燃油,并且使燃烧更充分,从而使发动机产生更大的扭矩,降低了排放。

附 录A双离合器变速箱(Dual Clutch Transmission ,以下简称DCT)是当前发展最迅速的新型变速箱,它以传统手动变速箱为基础加入双离合器和电控组件,获得优异的性能表现和良好的燃油经济性。

已经成为继可变气门正时、可变气门升程、涡轮增压和缸内直喷之后的又一个技术亮点。

简单说来DCT 是两个传统手动变速箱的集合体(分别为奇数和偶数挡),拥有两个离合器,两根输入轴,但仅有一根输出轴。

离合器的分离与接合,以及挡位切换都在电脑的掌控下通过液压机构进行控制,因此也能提供手动换挡模式。

动力传递效率高(意味着油耗低)、挡位切换迅速和成本低于传统自动变速箱是双离合器变速箱的三大优势,因此得到越来越广泛的应用。

双离合器变速箱由法国人Adolphe K égresse 在二战前发明,计划用于配备充满传奇色彩的雪铁龙Traction ,但当时的市场状况并不适合商业应用。

输入轴总成是由一个实心轴及其外部套筒轴组合而成的双传动输入系统,奇数档位和偶数档位的传动齿轮分别布置在这两个输入轴上(见图6所示)。

离合器1与实心输入轴相联,控制奇数档,离合器2与套筒(空心)输入轴相联,控制偶数档。

速器的生产设备,只需增加少量的生产设备即可,生产继承性好,可以大大的减小成本,因此发展 和研究双离合器自动变速器将是实现汽车自主创新的一个重要方向。虽然国外已经批量生产双离合 器式自动变速器并应用到了多款轿车上,但国内的研究与国外相比正处于起步阶段。
1940 年,Darmstadt 大学教授 Rudolph Franke 第一个申请了双离合变速器专利,并在货车上进 行了装车试验,但始终没能投入批量生产。随后保时捷也发明了专用于赛车的双离合变速器。到了 20 世纪 90 年代,国内外各大汽车厂商都投入了较大力量对 DCT 进行研究和开发,并开发出了多 种型式的 DCT 产品。较为突出的是德国大众公司和美国博格华纳(BorgWarner)集团合作开发的 第一款能适用于大批量生产的双离合变速器—直接换挡变速器(Direct Shift Gearbox 简称 DSG)。 大众公司已将 DSG 应用于 Audi TT、第五代高尔夫等多种主流车型上。在大众汽车 DSG 一马当先 的带领下,其他国家厂商纷纷投入人力物力加入”双离合器变速器”的队伍。与大众不同的是,其他 厂商更专注于提高双离合器变速器所承受的最大扭矩,将双离合器变速器装备到跑车上。
正是这样的两个离合器配合换挡的结构,在挡位切换时齿轮早已衔接,DSG 双离合自动变速 器实现了,平顺换挡、快速换挡、动力“无间断”地输出,节约燃油的设计目的。据大众官方数据,
目前普及型的双离合变速器换挡时间只有 0.2 秒左右。即使是全球最好的赛手换挡速度也不可能与 双离合变速器相比。双离合变速器换挡时间也远超出人类操作的极限。
总之,双离合器自动变速器既继承了传统手动变速箱传动效率高、结构紧凑、重量轻、价格便 宜等许多优点,又实现了液力机械自动变速器和金属带式无级自动变速器动力换挡,换挡品质好的 优点,使车辆具有很好的动力性和燃油经济性,具有优异的性能和广阔的应用前景。

概述
双离合器式自动变速器〔Dual Clutch Transmission〕简称:DCT。是基于双轴式 常啮齿轮,手动变速器Mt演变而成,保存了 构造简单、传动效率高的优点,并升华为电 控液动换档控制,改善了换档品质,降低了 油耗及故障率和制造本钱,它己在群众车系 和福特车系中成功的使用。又因继承性好, 降低了加工设备的投资,适合国情需要,前 景十分可观。

可能DCT最引人注目的优势是改善了燃油消耗。 由于换档过程中没有动力中断,燃油效率显 著提高。有数据说明6档DCT与传统5档自动 变速箱相比,燃油效率可增加10%.与无级变 速的CVT变速箱相比,DCT可以承受更高的 扭矩要求。
