(4)3月29日,统计好报名人数,并提前打电话告诉参赛选手参加参赛者会议的时间和地点(综合楼604,3月30日中午12:30)(5)3月30日中午12:30在综合楼604召开参赛者会议,讲清有关比赛的注意事项,并让选手进行抽签决定上场顺序
(6)3月31日,在系里挑选两名主持人,并对其进行培训
(7)4月1日,邀请英语系老师作为评委
(8)4月5日,申请工作证,场地
(9)4月6日,制作号码牌和统分纸,并准备好所需物品

1、选手必须按顺序上场

4、参赛选手朗诵时间不得少于1分钟,总时间不得超过4分钟十二、奖项设置(奖项设置视参赛总人数而定)
