对由于保险公司、船公司和其它转运单位或邮政部门造成的损失卖方不承担责任。
（１６）本合同内所述全部或部份商品，如因人力不可抗拒的原因，以致不能履约或延迟交货，售方概不负责。
（１７）仲裁：凡因执行本合同或与本合同有关事项所发生的一切争执，应由双方通过友好方式协商解决。
如果不能取得协议时，则在中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会根据该仲裁机构的仲裁程序规则进行仲裁。
仲裁决定是终局的，对双方具有同等约束力。
仲裁费用除非仲裁机构另有决定外，均由败诉一方负担。

于接到用户故障后，即时派专业人员到场；六、发生如下因素之一，所造成的损失故障，不属保用、保修范围，本公司恕不负任何经济责任：1、非属我公司之专业维修人员或工程人员撕毁保修封条，拆开机器的；2、火灾，电击、外界物体倒塌或其它自然灾害所导致的设备损坏；3、非我公司职工或非我公司授权使用者使用，或使用权用者进行操作造成的人为故障；七、本公司出售并施工安装的器材于工程验收后，都必须建档，并填写“设备备案卡”。
