其常用短语：go on vacation去度假；be on vacation在度假。
如： They are on vacation.他们在度假。
2.most of.…….…中的大多数
most of作主语时，谓语动词取决于它后面所修饰的名词。
如：Most of us are going to the park.我们大多数人要去公园。
Most of the food was bad.大部分的食物都坏了。
3.辨析interesting与Interested
（1）interesting adj.有兴趣的(通常描述物)。
如：Did he do anything interesting before?他以前做过有趣的事吗?
(2)interested adj.感兴趣的（通常描述人）,其常用短语：be interested
in对……感兴趣。
4.辨析a little,little,a few 与few
(1)a little有点，修饰不可数名词，表肯定。
如：There is a little water in the cup.杯子里有一点水。
（2）little几乎没有，修饰不可数名词，表否定。
如：There is little water in the cup.杯子里几乎没有水。
（3）a few有几个，修饰可数名词复数，表肯定。
如：I have a few friends.我有几个朋友。 【拓展】quite a few相当多，代替或修饰可数名词复数，侧重“肯定”的含义。

Unit 1 Where did you go on vacation?
Ⅰ．Analysis of teaching materials：
This unit is around "Holidays and vacation” to carry out teaching activities.Students should learn to use
past tense to talk about holiday activities. The content is close to students’ lives，it’s also a topic that
students are willing to discuss and share with others .So in teaching process ,we can consolidate the key
sentences “Where did you go on vacation? Did you …How …”through different methods such as pair
work ,acting , reporting and interviews. Students can consolidate and study further about the past tense on
the basis of original.Students can also use the past tense to write a diary about their vacations.
Ⅱ．Teaching Aims:

①Ss talk about travel activities correctly using “where” and “how”.
②Ss master questions with auxiliary “did”and the answers to the questions.
