避免管子破裂,确认其不接触到任何物品。一般管子(PVC 及 PE 材质
管子)寿命为 1~2 年,应定时更换。
确 实 将 注 入 阀 安 装 于 吐 出 管 尾 端 ,且 注 入 阀 不 得 低 于 桶 槽 ,以 防 止 注 入 阀 破 裂 ,让 药 剂 直 接 地 流 入 系 统 内 。建 议 采 防 止 虹 吸 阀( 型 号 108.136.1)避免逆流、虹吸使得加药量不精准。并时常检查 发 现 异 状 立 即 更 换 ,桶 槽 不 得 安 装 于 计 量 泵 下 方 ,以 免 被 药 气 损 害。

计量泵的种类和特点根据计量泵液力端的结构类型,常将计量泵分成柱塞式、液压隔膜式、机械隔膜式和波纹管式四种。

①柱塞式计量泵。

与普通往复泵的结构基本一样,其液力端由液缸、柱塞、吸入和排出阀、密封填料等组成,除应满足普通往复泵液力端设计要求外,还应对泵的计量精度有影响的吸人阀、排出阀、密封等部件进行精心设计与选择。

②液压隔膜式计量泵。

通常称为隔膜计量泵。

单隔膜计量泵在柱塞前端装有一层隔膜(柱塞与隔膜不接触),将液力端分隔成输液腔和液压腔。

输液腔连接泵吸入、排出阀,液压腔内充满液压油(轻质油),并与泵体上端的液压油箱(补油箱)相通。

当柱塞前后移动时,通过液压油将压力传给隔膜并使之前后挠曲变形引起容积的变化,起到输送液体的作用及满足精确计量的要求。

③机械隔膜式计量泵。

其隔膜与柱塞机构连接,无液压油系统,柱塞的前后移动直接带动隔膜前后挠曲变形。

④波纹管式计量泵。

结构与机械隔膜计量泵相似,只是以波纹管取代隔膜,柱塞端部与波纹管固定在一起。

当柱塞往复运动时,使波纹管被拉伸和压缩,从而改变液缸的容积,达到输液与计量的目的。

计量泵的流量调节方式计量泵常用的流量调节方式有调节柱塞(或活塞)行程、调节柱塞往复次数或兼有以上两种方式等三种方法,其中以调节行程的方式应用最广。

该方法简单、可靠,在小流量时仍能维持较高的计量精度。

行程调节方式有以下三种。

①停车手动调节。

在停车时手动调节计量泵的行程。

②运转中手动调节。

在泵运转中改变轴向位移,以间接改变曲柄半径,达到调节行程长度的目的。

常用方式有N形曲轴调节、L形曲轴调节和偏心凸轮调节等。

③运转中自动调节。

常见的有气动控制和电动控制两种。

气动控制是通过改变气源压力信号达到自动调节行程的目的。

电动控制是通过改变电信号达到自动调节行程的目的。

流量调节通过两个独立控制步进电机的巧妙配合实现。

其中级联的一个步进电机通过改变泵头的角度来增大或减小泵的冲程,从而调节流量。

FMI无阀计量泵所采用的是美国Fluid Metering,INC.公司的专利设计——无阀门式设计。


与传统的采用空气压缩的原理不同,其汽缸内处于真空状态,因此也就避免了在以往传统的分配器中容易有泄漏、阻塞等一系列问题的出现。

从而在某种程度上提高了液体点滴率的精确度。

而这一点在实际的工厂生产中书极为重要的。

以往点胶机除了有泄漏阻塞等问题出现外,还有一个很让人头疼的问题就是点胶机中泵的磨损很大,也因此点胶机的寿命不是很长。
