2012年度春季南京理工大学外国语学院“英语文化节”活动策划书
一、项目背景
英语作为世界通用语言，对增强大学生自身素质和竞争力有很大帮助。
最为外国语学院英语专业的学生，为了加强同学们的专业素养，切实提高英语各方面能力，借此机会调动全校同学学习英语的积极性和主动性，营造轻松活泼浓厚的学习氛围，丰富课余生活，外国语学院特此举办“英语文化节”活动。
二、活动特色及目的
此次活动通过调动全校各个院系学生会的参与，从带动全校英语学习热情和积极性的目的出发，通过前期大力宣传和开展各项生动的活动，使同学们在参与活动中能真正提高自己的英语水平，培养起对英语学习的兴趣，达到活动的真正目的。
三、活动安排
本次活动时间为四月和五月两个月，前期宣传在四月之前完成，一共举办三个活动，分别是模拟联合国、英语讲座、英语演讲比赛。
以下是各个活动的具体策划。
英语文化节之“模拟联合国”策划书
一、立项依据
1、项目背景
模拟联合国（Model United Nations）简称MUN是模仿联合国及相关的国际机构，依据其运作方式和议事原则，围绕国际上的热点问题召开的会议。
同学们扮演不同国家的外交官，作为各国代表，参与到“联合国会议”当中。
代表们遵循大会规则，在会议主席团的主持下，通过演讲阐述“自己国家”的观点，为了“自己国家”的利益进行辩论。
2、项目特色体现
模拟联合国是可以调动各个院系同学共同参与的活动，它不仅可以提高英语演讲能力，还可以拓广视野，激发学习潜能，锻炼领袖才能，增强合作能力和团队精神，加强我院与其他院系的联系交流，是一项非常有意义的活动。
3、预期工作成效
在前期宣传的基础上，顺利完成大会各个流程，并做好记录和录像等工作，举行心得交流会，使同学们真正从活动中获益。
4、项目可行性分析
通过确定大会主题，向同学们介绍大会流程，使更多的同学都能参与进来，真正做到提高每一位参与同学的各方面能力，加强不同院系的交流，提升我院的知名度和影响力。
二、项目主要内容
1、项目实施计划

▪活动地点：四工、艺文馆
2、工作开展步骤
◆赛前宣传：
1、活动开始前两周联系宣传部帮忙制作宣传海报，在四工大厅、艺文馆门口、星苑、明苑等人流量大的场所摆放。
海报内容为赛前宣传与决赛队伍介绍。
2、制作3条宣传横幅，并悬挂在星苑、明苑、四工。
3、通过印发传单等媒介向全校同学介绍活动的具体情况。
4、赛前10天前将活动通知下发到各个学院，与院系学术部门联系后由其进行各自院内宣传。
◆选手选拔：
1、各院系选派代表队，每院1支代表队，每队由领队1人和参赛队员14人（包括三名主力队员）组成。
2、各参赛队伍应有自己的名称、领队及参赛口号。
3、3月31日报名截止并确定参赛人员名单，各院系需在截止前上报各自院系队伍的名单至外国语学院学生会办公室。
◆具体活动流程：
1、活动开始后，由主持人介绍到场嘉宾与评委老师。
2、比赛进行
3、最后按总分从高到低排序，根据分数高低得出名次。
一等奖1名，二等奖2名，三等奖3名。
同时依照拉拉队人数、现场热情度、参赛代表队风采评出每场比赛的最佳组织奖共4队。
由主持人宣布获奖名单，并由特邀嘉宾分批向一等奖、二等奖、三等奖代表队颁发奖杯及证书，参赛选手均颁发奖状；优秀组织奖颁发奖状。
最后校领导与全体获奖人员留影合照。
注：活动全程联系办公室部负责影像资料的采集工作。

5、活动简介：
此次活动将进行三次讲座，分别是英语文化背景讲座、如何学好大学英语讲座以及同声传译相关介绍讲座。
活动面向全校同学并邀请学院有关专业领域的老师或有经验的学生进行讲座，目的在于让广大同学了解英语背后的文化知识，英语的学习方法和将来的就业前景等热点问题，带动大家学习英语的积极性，营造浓厚的学习气氛。

2、活动日期：5.16-5.30
3、活动地点：艺文馆

英语作为世界上使用最广泛的语言，在国际的交流中起着至关重要的作用。
英语水平已成为衡量当代大学生素质的基本标准之一。
其中，英语口语更显得尤为重要，并且我国早已将英语列为大学生们的必修课程之一。
本次举办英语演讲比赛，不仅能很好的提高大学生的英语口语水平，提供一个可以展现自我的舞台。
同时也为英语爱好者提供面对面交流的机会，找到学习语言的灵感，为今后学习英语打下更好的基础。
6、活动简介：
本次活动面向全校热爱英语演讲的同学，共分为初赛、复赛、决赛三个环节，活动将邀请我院老师以及校团委老师担任评委。
活动不仅能为同学们提供一个展示自己能力与才华的舞台、
丰富大家的课余生活，而且可以提高同学们学习英语的热情与激情。
让我们一起携手，在外语文化节的浪潮中展示自己的风采。
7、活动流程：
◆赛程安排：
Ⅰ.初赛（时间：各学院自定）
初赛由各个学院自己开展，各学院选出3名英语口语、表达及综合能力较强者进入复赛，并将参赛选手进行汇总，注明参赛选手联系方式，于5月18日前将进入复试同学名单交到外国语学院学习部。
Ⅱ.复赛（时间：5月23日）
说明：（1）参赛选手进行3分钟给定题目的演讲，演讲题目将在复赛开始前三天发给每一位参赛选手。
（2）参赛选手作一个2分钟的现场抽题即兴演讲，选手将在上台前5分钟得到即兴演讲题目。
（3）经过评委的评审，成绩排名的前十名同学进入英语演讲比赛决赛。
3、决赛（时间：5月28日）
说明：（1）评委组成：外国语学院资深教师和教授
（2）参赛选手进行3分钟给定题目的演讲，演讲题目将在复赛开始前三天发给每一位参赛选手。
（3）参赛选手作一个2分钟的现场抽题即兴演讲，选手将在上台前5分钟得到即兴演讲题目。
（4）参赛选手作一个跟英语相关的才艺表演。
（5）评委根据选手表现提问。
（6）评委根据选手综合表现进行打分。

8、注意事项：
1、提前通知所有参赛人员，若在比赛中，三次提示未到的选手，视为自动放弃比赛。
2、初赛时各学院选拔参赛选手要认真对待。
3、复赛和决赛抽签做到公平公正。
5、有关人员保证比赛时的秩序，在每场比赛前做好充分的准备工作，以利于选手在比赛时发挥自己的最佳水平。
6、请各参赛人员尽量在每场比赛前30分钟入场。
7、进入决赛选手名单将会以海报的形式在全校公布。
