它的出现解决了长期困扰铝门窗行业发展的大问题:即以铝合金门窗为代表的金属门窗不节能的问题。

这些年来随着相关行业标准的出台对隔热条质量要求也愈加严格,以聚氯乙烯(即PVC)为代表的不合格产品正在退出隔热条市场,而玻纤增强的尼龙66隔热条正以惊人的速度发展,预计2005年玻纤增强尼龙66隔热条市场用量可达一亿米以上。

玻纤增强的尼龙66隔热条无论在建材领域或是塑料加工界都属于新产品,在我们的销售工作当中我们感觉到客户对此产品确实也比较陌生。

为了加深用户对玻纤增强尼龙66隔热条的认识,同时也为了使优质的隔热条能尽快占领市场,我们计划撰写系列技术文章,对玻纤增强尼龙66隔热条的材料特性做阐述,欢迎读者与我们一起讨论。

1 选用玻璃纤维增强的理由尼龙66是性价比很高的工程塑料,具有较高的机械强度和很好的耐热性。

但尼龙66本质是合成的有机高分子材料,它也具有高分子材料本身固有的特性,即蠕变特性。

所谓的蠕变性就是指塑料材料在一定的外应力作用下,其形变随时间增加而增加的现象。

未经增强改性的尼龙66是不可能直接做成隔热条使用的。

如果真的采用未经增强改性的尼龙66,我们可以想象在窗框和玻璃重量作用下,这种纯尼龙66隔热条将会随时间延长而逐渐变形,所造成的后果将不堪设想。

为了抑制尼龙66的蠕变性可加入多种填充物进行改性,国内外的实验已经证明,在所有增强填充物中玻纤对蠕变的抑制效果是最好的! 其次经玻纤增强后的尼龙66在强度、刚性和热变形温度方面都有大幅度提高,如加入25wt%以上玻纤增强的尼龙66比抗张强度可达1500以上,这与硬铝或合金钢的比抗张强度(1500-1600)相当,真正实现了隔热条与铝合金在力学性能上的匹配。

此外纯尼龙66的线膨胀系数是7*10-5K-1,这一数值是铝合金的近三倍,而加入25wt%以上玻纤增强后尼龙66线膨胀系数可降至(2.5~3)* 10-5K-1,与铝合金的线膨胀系数非常接近,这样就避免了由于热胀冷缩作用导致隔热条从型材间脱落的危险。
