正文：
计量检定机构计量授权证书，是指依法设立的计量检定机构，为了开展计量检定工作，向法定计量检定机构申请颁发的证书。
这一证书对于保证我国计量单位的统一、量值的准确可靠具有至关重要的作用。
我国法定计量单位制度，是根据国际单位制（SI）及国家有关规定，对计
量单位、量值、测量方法等方面进行管理的制度。
为了维护这一制度的权威性和严肃性，我国对计量检定机构实行计量授权证书制度。
计量授权证书的申请与颁发，首先需要具备一定的基本条件，如具有法人资格、有与开展计量检定工作相适应的技术人员、设备及设施等。
申请流程中，需要提交相关材料，经过审核、评审等环节，最终由法定计量检定机构颁发计量授权证书。
计量授权证书的有效期一般为5年，期间计量检定机构需要遵守相关规定，接受计量授权证书颁发机构的监督管理。
如证书发生遗失或损坏，可申请补发；如机构名称、地址等发生变化，需办理变更手续。

一、法定计量检定机构不得从事下列行为：
1、伪造数据；
2、违反计量检定规程进行计量检定；
3、使用未经考核合格或者超过有效期的计量基准、计量标准开展计量检定工作；
4、指派未经取得计量检定证件的人员开展计量检定工作；
5、伪造、盗用、倒卖强制检定印、证。
二、法定计量检定机构在有效期满前六个月应当向授权的政府计量行政部门提出复查考核申请，经复查合格的，换发计量授权证书。
三、法定计量检定机构需要新增授权项目，应当向授权的政府计量行政部门提出新增授权项目申请，经考核合格并获得计量授权证书后，方可开展新增授权项目的工作。
四、法定计量检定机构需要终止所承担的授权项目的工作，应当提前六个月向授权的政府计量行政部门提出书面申请；未经批准，法定计量检定机构不得擅自终止工作。
