4.内容4.1.空气压缩机组的运行4.1.1.空压机操作工须经岗前培训、考试合格后方可上岗。
4.1.2.空压机操作工应严格遵守《压缩空气系统使用、维护与检修SOP》进行操作,监测设备运行状况,并作好《空压机运行记录》。
4.1.3.空压机起动后,未经设备管理员许可,不得自行调整空压机组的所有压力调整系统。
4.1.4.空压机、冷干机出现故障(属操作工无法处理)时,应立刻切断电源停机并通知设备管理员,操作人员不得单独从事修理工作。
4.1.5.设备管理员根据车间生产实际压缩空气用量及压力,使空压系统在满足生产设备需求的前提下在最节能的工况下运行。
4.1.6.直接接触药品的压缩空气在确认合格后,日常监测由QC按《洁净度监测管理规程》执行。
4.2.空压机组的维护及检修4.2.1.操作工每天对机组进行检查,发现异常及时上报。
4.2.2.机组一般故障由设备管理员组织维修工维修,重大故障由设备管理员通知供货厂家派售后服务专业技术人员到厂检修,并做好相关记录。
4.2.3.维修工严格按巡回检查项目及检查点进行检查,如有故障应及时排除,并作好空气过滤器的定期检查记录和更换记录。
4.3.空压机组操作安全规程4.3.1.严格执行安全操作规程和各项规章制度,所有记录和交接班手续须完整。
4.3.2.压缩机系统的压力表、安全阀按校验周期规定及时送检。
4.3.3.空压站附近10米以内,不准有爆炸性气体和空气的混合物。
4.3.4. 严禁闲人随便进入机房,保持室内清洁、整齐,设备状态标志与实际相符。
4.3.5.消防器材齐全,符合规定要求。
4.4.过滤器的定期检测及更换4.4.1. 管路前端过滤器滤芯每两年更换,当过滤器前后压差达初始值两倍时也应清洗或更换。

空压机维护保养及操作规程一、维护保养1、压缩机冷却润滑油的更换时间取决于使用环境、温度、尘埃和空气中是否有酸碱性气体,新购置的空压机首次运行500h需更换新油,以后按正常换油周期每2000h更换一次,年运行不足2000h的机器应每年换油一次。
2、油过滤器在第一次开机运行300-500h必须更换,第二次在使用1500h更换,以后则按正常时间每2000小时更换。
3、维修及更换空气过滤器或进气阀时切记防止任何杂物落入压缩机主机腔内,操作时将主机入口关闭,操作完毕后,要用手按主机转动方向旋转数圈,确定无任何阻碍,才能开机。
4、在机器运行2000h左右须检查皮带的松紧度,如果皮带偏松,需调整,直至皮带张紧且弹簧起作用为止,为保护皮带,在整个过程中需防止皮带因受油污染而报废。
5、空压机每运行2000h左右,为清除散热表面灰尘,需将风扇支架上的冷却器吹扫孔盖打开,用吹尘气枪对冷却器进行吹扫,直至散热表面灰尘吹扫干净。
6、若散热表面污垢严重,难以吹扫干净,可将冷却器卸下,倒出冷却器内的油并将四个进出口封闭以防止污物进入,然后用压缩空气吹除两面的灰尘或用水冲洗,最后吹干表面的水渍。
二、常见故障及排除方法三、操作规程1、开机前检查(1)保持油池润滑油在刻度范围内,润滑油的牌号应符合要求。
(2)检查注油器内的油量、不应低于刻度线。
(3)开车前转动手动轮,向气缸注油,从视油器中要能见到均匀充足的油滴。
(4)在装配或常期停车后,第1次开车前必须盘车检查,检查有无异常和撞击、卡住等不正常音响。
(5)移开机器上及附近一切防碍工作的物品,防护罩应固定牢靠。
(6)检查排气管路是否畅通,放气阀应打开。
(7)为了减轻启动时的负荷,应关闭减荷阀或打开油水吹除阀,使排放管道处于无压力状态。
(8)打开各冷却水阀,水流应畅通,无气泡。
(9)对电气部分应作好开车前的准备工作。
2、开机操作(1)接通电流,使空压机进入空载状态下运转。
(2)空载运转正常后,逐渐打开减荷阀,关闭各级冷却器的油水吹除阀,使空压机进入负荷状态下运转。
