1. 合同目的
本合同旨在明确委托人与受托人之间的权利与义务，确保双方在委托服务过程中的合作和沟通，保证双方的权益。
2. 合同签订方

8. 合同解除
8.1 合同有效期届满自动解除。
8.2 在合同有效期内，任何一方可根据双方协商一致的书面通知解
除合同，但应提前提供[提前期限]的书面通知给对方。
8.3 合同解除后，双方应完成合同中已开始但尚未完成的委托任务，并进行结算。
9. 争议解决
9.1 本合同履行中发生的任何争议应首先通过友好协商解决。
9.2 若在友好协商后仍未能达成一致意见，应提交至受托人所在地
的仲裁机构进行仲裁，仲裁裁决为终局裁决，对双方具有约束力。
10. 其他约定
10.1 本合同未尽事宜由双方另行协商解决，并签订补充协议。
10.2 本合同一式两份，甲方与乙方各持一份，具有同等效力。
本委托合同自双方共同签字后生效，并有效期至合同终止之日。
