但是,在我国大部分地区和学科,现在都采用终结性评价。

尤其是以中考和高考为指挥棒的学科,如语文、数学和外语等。

这种评价方式是有国家或省市地方统一出题,将所有的学生都放在同一考核标准上,用最后的考试成绩作为衡量他们学习好、坏的唯一标准。

这种带有选拔功能的评价标准被用到日常学习的过程中,并且作为唯一的评价方式,它的弊端就很明显。

而形成性评价,也就是过程性评价关注的不是学生最后的学习结果而是学生日常的学习过程,即通过过程进行评价。

这种评价方式在我国小学阶段用得比较多,但是在中学阶段尤其是高中阶段的尝试就很少。

因为,我想在高中英语教学中尝试着应用这种评价方式,换一种角度研究问题。

尝试探索在高中阶段如何结合高中学生的生理心理特点,通过形成性评价提高他们的学习兴趣,改变他们的学习动机,培养良好的学习习惯,并以多种评价方式肯定他们在学习当中所取得的成就,在学习过程中及时发现他们的问题,对他们的英语学习进行实时和有效的监控,同时将所发现的问题适当地反馈给学生,以达到良好的教学效果和学习效果。

表现性评价在小学英语教学中的具体应用
一、何谓“表现性评价”教学
表现性评价给学生制造完整而真实的情境,强调在完成实际任务的过程中来评价学生的发展。

不仅要评价学生知识技能的掌握情况,更重要的是要通过对学生表现的观察分析,评价学生在创新能力、实践能力、与他人合作的能力以及健康的情感、积极的态度、科学的价值观。

通过学生活动或完成任务的过程不但能够评价学生知道了什么,还能够评价学生能够做什么,还可以在学生的实际活动中增强评价的操作性和导向性。

二、表现性评价的体现:五步教学模式
在实践教学中,可以把教学行为过程分为五步:知识介绍——知识渗透——知识演练——效果评估——知识总结。

1.知识介绍:大多教学模式将生活与所学知识区分开来,这种区分态度引发的学生厌学情绪相当明显。

知识介绍是学生接触、注意新知识的开始,这也在很大程度上决定了学生对新知识的兴趣与学习积极性。

针对小学英语教学,我更情愿减缓新知识的介绍速度,以退为进地引入学习内容。

新知识导入法还可以是其他形式,包括直接导入,游戏导入,情境导入,多媒体教学,故事导入,歌曲导入,悬念导入,对比导入等。

2.知识渗透:死板的知识灌输方式只会激起学生的抵触心理,即使是小学生,也不例外。

小学英语教学,更需要寓教于乐。

英语作为第二语言,中国小学生并不能得到很好的练习。

所以必须将语言娱乐化。

比如,采用音乐方式教学,就是不错的例子。

在教学模式和方法上,重体验、重实践、重参与、重创造。

要求教学设计贴近生活,符合小学生兴趣的需求;教学内容能引起学生的兴趣,例如韵律诗歌、寓言故事、会话表演、游戏等。

自始至终引导学生通过完成具体任务活动来学习语言,让学生为了特定的学习目的去进行特定的语言活动,通过完成特定的交际任务来获得和积累相应的学习经验。

教学方法要多样,且生动活泼,激发学生的学习兴趣。

充分利用教科书中的课文创设栩栩如生的情景,为学生提供使用英语进行交流的机会。

3.知识演练:学而用才是学习的最终目的。

所以,英语教学的知识演练,要在应用中得到加强巩固。

根据、模式,需要按照学生身心发展过程中的不同阶段来
设计、布置情境,提供材料,让学生积极参与自由操作、观察思考。

通过活动让学生自己认识事物、发现问题,得出答案,发掘学生潜能。

比如“角色交换”方法,让学生当“老师”,小其他人讲解自己的学习心得和理解。

通过让学生向他人阐述的方式来评价学生,教师能很好地了解学生的掌握情况。

而且学生也比较乐于去完成,当“小老师”是他们比较喜欢的形式之一。

4.效果评估:对于学生的学习理解程度,需要耐心细心热心地去考察与指导。

在教学中使用表现性评价,能对学生起到了很大的激励作用。

在使用评价时,遇到的最大的困难是有的学生优点少,而缺点多,对学生很难做出表现性评价。

遇到这样的问题,我不是一次把学生的缺点都说出来,而是先发掘学生的优点,然后,指出一点不足,让他自己想办法改正。

改正一点以后,再评价的时候,再用同样的方法进行表现性评价。

用好表现性评价的关键是:首先要发掘出学生的优点,让学生感觉到自己能行,自己一定会成功,这样才能激励学生更快的进步,然后指出一点不足让学生跳起摘桃。

这样学生又有积极性,又有能动性。

评价的基本目标是为了教育并促进学生的表现,要求教师尊重和爱护每个学生的学习积极性,对学生的成绩和点滴进步适时地加以肯定。

采用口头表扬和精神奖励的方式,如奖给小红花、红星、纸制奖牌、课文中的人物卡通图片等。

特别要注意对学习后进的学生所取得的进步及时给予表扬。

5.知识总结:知识总结是一个必要并重要的环节。

对小学生来说,总结工作需要老师的协助才能很好完成。

我并不支持让学生课后自己总结的教学模式。

根据小学生的贪玩心理,教师需要每堂课都安排并指导学生立即总结所学知识。

在实际教学过程中,教师应积极实践,不断探索,针对实际工作中出现的问题和学生身心特点,总结规律,认真思考,不断摸索。

尤其是在课堂教学中教师应具备良好的应变机制。
