one-year on worksurface Exclusive RemedyWhat steps to take for product repairsWarranty repairIf any Ergotron equipment becomes defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period as determined by Ergotron at its sole discretion, Ergotron may elect to replace or repair the unit or refund the purchase price. You must receive pre-approval by Ergotron for any costs related to the repair or replacement of warranty products.You must contact Ergotron for a return material authorization (RMA) number by reaching out to Ergotron Customer Care online or by telephone within your specific region. Contact information is available on the Ergotron website. Repairs or product replacement under warranty does not renew or extend the warranty period.Non-warranty repairYou may return a product for repair that is not covered by warranty if you have received a preapproved RMA number from Ergotron Customer Care. Labor costs and freight charges associated with non-warranty repair will be the sole responsibility of the customer, reseller or installer/integrator.A standard repair fee, specific to the product, is charged for any product that is repaired outside of the warranty period. Repairs on products out of warranty also carry a 90-day warranty, effective the day that you receive the item after repair.For products that are not covered under warranty, Ergotron offers the following options:1.You may upgrade to a newer, equivalent product at a MSR list price2.Ergotron will return the product to you at your cost3.You can request in writing that Ergotron appropriately dispose of the product for you(fees may apply based on local laws)If Ergotron notifies you that a returned product is not defective after testing, then the product will be returned to you. 4.2 维修人员联系报修人员维修人员需要联系报修人员,确认报修设备的具体情况,并约定具体的维修时间。

Internal oil cooler coverage is the same as that of its respective transmission coverage including extended warranty. (No re-striction on internal cooler.)Repair GuidelineInternal heat exchangers can be replaced through the bottom of transmission by removing the cooler cover.Always inspect the condition of the transmission through the cooler opening once cooler is removed. Often times there is no damage and the trans appears clean internally. Only the cooler and oil will need to be replaced.If the transmission is contaminated it should be flushed with DEXRON ATF. 3.2 质量部:负责每月在客户系统上4S的索赔并当月统计,分析。
3.3 物流部:当有必要从4S店索赔的产品进行退货时,安排物流及退货事宜。
3.4 技术部:配合质量部一起参与NTF分析。
3.5 财务部:配合北京市场部统计发票事宜。
3.6 生产部:负责索赔退货后产品的分拣工作;4 内容4.1 工作流程:4.1.1 客户处或4s店已实现销售的批次性/非批次性退货4.2 工作内容4.2.1批次性退货的处理4.2.1.1公司内各部门收到客户或4s店的销售索赔要求、投诉(报告、电传、通知等)立即通知客户经理,由客户经理填写《投诉/退货登记表》并转交QA/P 。

4.2.5如果是内部责任要传递到相应责任部门,采取相应措施,如:及时换货等。
4.2.6如果判定为客户责任的情况,要把《售后索赔零件分析改进报告》发给客户经理,客户经理和客户继续讨论成本分担问题。

3 职责
3.1 本作业活动由QA统一归口管理。
3.2 质量部:负责每月在客户系统上4S的索赔并当月统计,分析。
3.3 物流部:当有必要从4S店索赔的产品进行退货时,安排物流及退货事宜。

4.1 工作流程:
4.1.1 客户处或4s店已实现销售的批次性/非批次性退货
4.2 工作内容
4.2.1批次性退货的处理
4.2.1.1公司内各部门收到客户或4s店的销售索赔要求、投诉(报告、电传、通知等)立即通知客户经理,由客户经理填写《投诉/退货登记表》并转交QA/P 。
4.2.1.2 QA/P对《退货登记表》所表述的内容进行评定。
4.2.1.3如果退货被评定为合理要求,则QA在《退货登记表》中同意退货栏,P在《退货登记表》中同意退货栏,经相关部门会签批准后由MPL负责组织退货,SM在客户处协调。
4.2.2 退货由MPL负责接收存放于可疑品区中,并将接收清单交至QA
4.2.3 车间安排退货的挑选、检验、包装、处置。
5个工作日内完成。
