每个模块用一个用例图表示,在写SRS时,名字使用能够表达模块功能的短语表示,而不用模块1表示。

一个用例图中有若干个Actor、用例及其关系,描述包括涉及到的所有Actor、用例及其关系。
其中,Actor是参与者;一个用例描述的是一个功能需求;关系是用例和用例之间的关系。
用例的名字使用能够表达用例目标的动词短语。
1.1.2 业务流程图用例应说明的是系统内发生的事件,而不是事件发生的方式和原因。
一个业务流程图是用来描述1.1.1用例图中的一个用例事件的业务流程操作。

PURPOSEThe purpose of this specification is to delineate the current ASTM specification on playyards with the added provision that the Hasbro, Inc. specification will provide increasedminimization of accident risk by stipulating test requirements, test parameters and/or testconditions that are more severe than those specified in the existing ASTM Play YardSpecification (F406-89).2.0. SCOPEFor the purpose of this specification, a play yard is a framed enclosure made for the purpose of containing a child until the child attains a height of 34 inches or a mass of 30 lbs.3.0. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS3.1 There shall be no hazardous sharp edges (SRS-003), protrusions or points (see SRS-002) before or after all testing outlined in this specification.3.2 Wood parts shall be smoothly finished and free of splinters.3.3 Play yards shall be constructed so as to minimize the potential for scissoring, shearing or pinching injuries when members of the frame or other components rotate about acommon axis or fastening point, or otherwise move relative to one another when innormal use or reasonably foreseeable misuse when the child is in the play yard, or as may occur during or at the conclusion of the tests prescribed in this specification.3.4 A test for scissoring, shearing or pinching hazards of components of play yards capableof being erected where their restraining sides may be in a lowered position shall beconducted as described in 7.6.PAGE 1 OF 8SRS-069PAGE 2 OF 8REVISION A 4.0 PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS4.1 Methods of Protection - If caps, sleeves, plugs or other protective means or devices that a child can grasp between the thumb and forefinger are used for protection against sharpedges, protrusions, points or entrapments of fingers or toes, they shall withstand aforce of 20.5 lbs.4.2 Spacing of Unit Restraint Components:4.2.1 Uniformly Spaced Components:4.2.1.1 Construction - The distance between adjacent, uniformly spaced components (those having identical configuration) shall not be greater than 2 1/8".4.2.1.2 Performance - The distance between adjacent, uniformly spaced components (those having identical configuration) shall not exceed 2 1/8" at any point when tested in accordance with 7.1.2.4.2.2 Nonuniformly Spaced Components:4.2.2.1 Construction - The spacing between adjacent, non-uniformly spacedcomponents (refers to adjacent irregularly shaped components whether parallel to each other or not) shall preclude passage of Block A, specified in 7.1.1.2, when inserted in any orientation.4.2.2.2 Performance - The spacing between adjacent, non-uniformly spacedcomponents (refers to adjacent irregularly shaped components whether parallel to each other or not) shall preclude passage of Block B, specified in 7.1.1.3, when inserted in any orientation immediately above and below the loadedwedge specified in 7.1.1.1 while the components are being subjected to theprocedure specified in 7.1.2.4.3.3 Height of Sides - The height of sides of a play yard shall be a minimum of 22 inches when measured vertically from the floor of the play yard or from the top of theuncompressed floor pad, if one is provided, to the top of the side rail when the side rail is in its fully erected position.4.3.4 Slide Strength and Deflection - Top rails and supporting members of the play yardshall withstand a 60 lb. static load and shall not fracture, disengage, fold or have apermanent deflection that reduces the height to less than 20 inches when tested inaccordance with 6.2.1. The side of the play yard shall not deflect under load to aheight less than 18 inches when tested in accordance with 7.2.2.SRS-069PAGE 3 OF 8REVISION A 4.3.5 Floor Strength - The floor of the play yard shall withstand a one cycle, 100 lbs. staticload and a 60 cycle, 40 lbs. dynamic load without creating any hazardous condition asaddressed in this consumer safety specification when tested in accordance with 7.3.4.3.6 Holes - Holes that are accessible to toes or fingers through the surface of any rigidmaterial that admits a 0.210 in. diameter rod, shall also admit a 0.375 inch diameter rod. Holes that have a minimum dimension between 0.210 and 0.375 inch shall bepermissible in any rigid material, providing the depth of penetration is no greater thanthe minimum dimension of the hole.4.3.7 Mesh Openings - Openings in the mesh shall be designed to prevent entrapment offingers and toes and the snaring of buttons normally used in infant clothing. A meshopening shall not accept a 0.250 in. diameter rod with a full-radius tip, when tested inaccordance with 7.4.NOTE: Mesh may be either a woven fabric in which the warp and filling yarns areinterlaced, a knitted fabric in which the yarns and filling yarns are interlocked,or any other type of fabric that may be developed which provides openings therein.4.3.8 Locking Device4.3.8.1 Any folding or playing yard shall be provided with a locking device (or devices)or a provision in the design which will prevent the unit from accidentally foldingor being lowered by the child when the child is in or out of the play yard.4.3.8.2 Each single-action locking or latching device that is provided to secure dropsiderails shall be require a minimum force of 12.0 lbs. to activate the releasemechanism when tested in accordance with 7.5.4.3.8.3 Each double-action locking or latching device shall require two distinct andseparate actions in a single lock to activate the release mechanism. No forcerequirements are required for double-action locking or latching devices.4.3.9 When unsupported vinyls are used on top rails, they shall be 12 gage nominal thicknessor thicker gage.4.3.10 The locking device (or devices) shall be engaged and disengaged 5,000 cycles. (1cycle = 1 engagement plus 1 disengagement). The locking device must functionnormally after 5,000 cycles.SRS-069PAGE 4 OF 8REVISION A 5.0 REQUIREMENTS FOR MESH-SIDED PORTABLE CRIBS5.1 A play yard with drop sides and adjustable legs, known as a mesh-sided portable crib,that when erected can pass through a standard 30 inch door shall conform to thefollowing:5.1.1 A label shall be "permanently" attached at or near the top of the inside of each dropside.5.1.1.2 The sans serif upper case shall read as shown below. The words "Warning","Never leave", and "Side down" shall be in boldface type and shall measure7/32" in size. All other words shall be standard type style and shall measure11/64" in size.WARNINGNEVER LEAVE infant in crib with SIDES DOWN.Infant may roll into space between mattress and loose mesh side causing suffocation.5.1.2 The pad shall not exceed a nominal 1 inch thickness.6.0 MARKING AND WARNING STATEMENTS6.1 A play yard and its retail carton shall be clearly and legibly marked to indicate thefollowing:6.1.1 Name and place of business (city, state and mailing address, including zip code) ofthe manufacturer, importer, distributor or seller.6.1.2 Model number, stock number, catalog number, item number or other symbolexpressed numerically, in code or otherwise, such that only articles of identicalconstruction, composition and dimensions shall bear identical markings. Themanufacturer shall change the model number whenever the play yard undergoesa significant structural design modification that affects its conformance with thisconsumer safety specification.6.1.3 Code mark, or other identification that identifies the date (month and year, as aminimum) of manufacture and permits future identification of any given model.SRS-069PAGE 5 OF 8REVISION A 6.2 A warning statement shall be on each play yard containing the following information:6.2.1 The play yard, including side rails, must be fully erected prior to use.6.2.2 Do not add padding or other objects inside the play yard which will permit yourchild to climb out.6.2.3 The play yard is intended for use by a child who is unable to climb out of the playyard and is less than 34 inches tall and weighs less than 30 lbs.6.2.4 Never leave your child unattended.6.2.5 Do not suspend strings over play yard or attach strings to toys.6.3 Mesh play yards that are designed with fold down side rails must display the followingwarning label on either the inside of the top rail on opposite sides of the play yard or ontwo opposite saddle covers.WARNINGNEVER LEAVE infant in play yard with SIDES DOWN.Infant may roll into space between pad and loose meshside causing suffocation.6.3.1 The label shall be printed in sans serif upper case. The words "warning", "neverleave" and "sides down" shall be in boldface type and shall measure 7/32" insize. All other words shall be standard type style and shall measureno less than 11/64" in size.6.4 The markings and warning statement on the play yard shall not be readily removed duringnormal use of the play yard or when the play yard is subjected to reasonably foreseeable damage or abuse.6.5 If a play yard requires assembly by the consumer, it shall be accompanied by instructions which are easy to read and understand.SRS-069PAGE 6 OF 8REVISION A6.6 Warning statement on play yards with removable top railsA label shall be attached in a conspicuous location stating that the product without theenforcement bars (side support rails) inserted in the top rails may result in child fallingout of the play yard. The warning label shall read: WARNING: Top support membermust be installed prior to use. Failure to install may result in child falling out of playyard.6.6.1 The label shall be sans serif upper case with the word "WARNING" in boldfacetype measuring not less than 7/32" in size. All other words shall measure 11/64" insize.7.0 TEST METHODS7.1 Component Spacing Test (4.2):7.1.1 Apparatus7.1.1.1 Loading Wedge - The loading wedge shall be a right triangular prismconstructed of a smooth, rigid material conforming to the measurementsshown in Figure 1.7.1.1.2 Block A - Block A shall be a rectangular block constructed of a smooth,rigid material measuring 2 3/8" wide by 4" high by 4" long.7.1.1.3 Block B - Block B shall be a rectangular block constructed of a smooth,rigid material measuring 2 1/2" wide by 3 1/4" high by 3 1/4" long.7.1.2 Procedure - Place the apex of the loading wedge midway between two verticalcomponents and midway between the uppermost and lowermost horizontalsurfaces of the play yard side. Apply a 25 lb. tensile force to the wedgeperpendicular to the plane of the play yard side. (The test may be performed bysuspending a 25 lb. weight from the eyebolt with the play yard side placedin a horizontal position).7.2 Side Strength and Deflection TestsTests described in 7.2.1 and 7.2.2 shall be performed in sequence at the same locationwithout refurbishing or adjusting the test sample.SRS-069PAGE 7 OF 8REVISION A7.2.1 With the play yard sides fully erected apply a 60 lb. force vertically downward overa 2 inch length of the top edge of side for 10 seconds. Remove the force andmeasure the permanent deflection. Perform the test at locations deemed to be the weakest or the most likely to fail.7.2.2 Place a 6 inch by 6 inch wooden block 1 inch thick on the playyard floor 1 inchfrom the center of the top edge of the side. Center a 15 lb. weight on the wooden block. Apply a 40 lb. force vertically downward over a 2 inch length of the sidetop edge. Maintain the force for 10 seconds while measuring the height of the side from the edge of the play yard floor to the point of application force.7.3 Floor Strength Test (4.3.5)7.3.1 With all removable cushions removed, place a 60 lb. and a 40 lb. weight each ontoa 6 by 6 inch wood block, nominally 1 inch thick, spaced 6 inches apart andmaintain for 60 seconds. Perform the test in those locations deemed to be theweakest or the most likely to fail.7.3.2 With all removable cushions removed, allow a 40 lb. rigid weight to drop freelyfrom a height of 3 inches onto a 6 by 6 inch wood block, nominally 1 inch thick.Conduct the drop 60 times in the same place with no more than 10 secondsbetween drops. Perform the test in those locations deemed to be the weakest or the most likely to fail.7.4 Mesh Opening Test (4.3.7)With the play yard and the side rails in their fully erected position, apply a force of 6 lbs. perpendicular to the plane of the mesh opening using a 3 inch diameter rod with a full-radius tip attached to a suitable force measuring device. Perform the test in thoselocations deemed to be the weakest or the most likely to fail.7.5 Dropside Rail Locking Mechanism Test (4.3.8)With the dropside rail of the play yard in its uppermost position, apply a 12.5 lb. load to the locking mechanism in the direction tending to unlock it. The locking mechanismshall not unlock until the 12.5 lb. load has been exceeded.SRS-069PAGE 8 OF 8REVISION A 7.6 Components Test (4.2)All components of the top rail, its pivots, hinges, locks or mechanism which are deemed to be capable of scissoring, shearing or pinching shall be tested in accordance with 7.6.1 thru 7.6.3.7.6.1 At all intersections of the "drop top rail" with the "top rail saddle", the insertion of a probe greater than 0.210 inches in diameter and less than 0.375 inches in diameter and greater than 0.210 inches deep within the intersecting parts in any and allpositions will not be permitted.7.6.2 At all intersections of the "hinge legs" with the "drop top rail" or the the "hingelegs" and the "inclined leg" where no padding of 1/4" or less exists, a minimumclearance of 0.375 inches shall be maintained between the hinge legs, the saidlocking mechanism must allow a 0.375 inch diameter probe to pass between the said hinge legs when in any and all positions.7.6.3 At all intersections of the drop side rail locking mechanism (hinge legs with thesaddle) the insertion of a probe greater than 0.210 in. in diameter and less than0.375 in. in diameter and greater than 0.210 in. deep within intersecting parts inany and all positions will not be permitted.。

SIS系统设计中安全要求规格书(SRS)的编制一、安全要求规格书SRS的基本介绍SRS是SIS系统设计(初设、详设以及全生命周期设计及使用阶段管理)的基础,也是SIS系统最终确认的依据,因此所有必须的信息都应该包括在内,形成一整套完整的文件。
SRS是整个安全生命周期中重要的一环,通过SRS可以知道怎样设计一个安全仪表功能(SIF),以及如何把这些功能(SIF)集成到一个SIS中。
安全功能要求规范SRS(safety requirement specification)是包含安全仪表系统应执行的安全仪表功能的所有要求的规范。
SRS虽然在IEC61508、IEC61511中很早就提出,但是由于国内对SRS编制的详细要求还存在一定的差距和不足,因此部分企业仍然尚未编制SRS文件。
随着近几年专家频次及深度的增加,SRS文件缺失的现象被逐渐暴露出来。
SRS实施的阶段如下(来自GB/T 20438.1-2017):二、安全要求规格书(SRS)的安全要求(摘自GB/T 20438.1-2017 7.10)1. E/E/PE系统安全要求规范应来自7.6中指定的安全要求的分配,并结合应用的相关信息。
这些信息应提供给E/E/PE安全相关系统的开发者。
2. E/E/PE系统安全要求规范应当包括安全功能的要求以及它们相应的安全完整性等级。
注:描述安全功能利它们所需的功能安全性能.而并不特指设备。
此规范可以依据整体安全要求和整体安全要求分配阶段的输出进行验证,并可作为E/E/PE系统实现(见GB/T 20438.2—2017的7.2)的基础。
设备设计者可-将规范作为选择设备和架构的基础。
3. E/E/PE系统安全要求规范应当提供给E/E/PE安全相关系统的开发者.E/E/PF:系统安全要求规范的结构和表达应当按如下方式:a)清晰、准确、不含糊、可验证、可测试、可维护且切实可行;b)便于在E/E/PE系统安全生命周期任何阶段使用此信息的工作人员理解;c)安全功能的要求可以通过自然语言或正式语言和/或逻辑图、顺序图或因果图表述,每个安全功能应单独定义。
