举团队之合力争课改之先锋哈四十八中学英语教研组各位领导,同仁:大家,下午好!我们四十八中英语组感谢教育局领导给我们搭建展示平台,更感谢教育局领导对我们工作成绩的肯定,同时感谢学校领导对我们工作的支持与指导。

忽如一夜春风来,千树万树梨花开。

“高效课堂”的春风徐徐而来,已经带给48中学英语教师的教学方式和学生的学习方式巨大的变化。

一、介绍英语组蒋冬梅:四十八中学英语教研组是学校一道亮丽的风景。

有高级教师一人,一级教师六人,市骨干教师两人,区骨干教师四人。

我们认为教师的价值在于为教育事业而奉献,我们互相帮助,精诚团结,在教学、教研、科研上严谨务实,不断创新,形成良好的教研氛围,达到了优势互补、章显个性,资源共享。

在各级领导的关怀下,在区教研员聂老师的带领下,我们一直在不断摸索课堂教学的更新,我们正在尝试着“导学、合作、展示、激励”的教学模式。

这一教学模式的推进得益于我校的两个科研课题《利用有效量化评价提高课堂教学效率的研究》和《以学案导学提高课堂教学效率的研究》的引领,得益于我们英语组“课例牵动研究,即‘研课——听课——议课’一站式的研修模式”的有效落实。

在研修和实践中,我们真正做到了以研促教、以导促学、教学相长。

下面,我们围绕此教学模式介绍一下我们的具体做法:二、哈四十八中学英语学科教学模式简介1.教学模式:导学(引)——合作——展示——激励(评价)以任务驱动为先导,借学案为语言知识载体,搭建小组合作交流平台,确保课堂教学足量输入(听和读),高效展示(说、写或做),激励评价为手段、关注人人成才。

2、核心要素:自主、高效3.遵循原则:全员、四导、五动、多元的原则全员:是指学生全体参与的原则四导:是指教师要遵循“导学、导趣、导思、导练”四导原则学生“五动”原则即同一信息动用多种感官,从“口、耳、眼、手、脑”多渠道输入,有力激活记忆,通过多种方式在“活动中学”促进内化。

多元评价原则自评、组评、班评、学年评、学校评三、哈四十八中学英语学科全员共识有三共识一:设计和制定科学、实用的导学案是实现高效课堂的前提基础。

刘丽萍:高效课改以来,学校让同学科老师交流研讨,设计出适合本学科的、实用的导学案,没给太多条条框框的限制。

探索一段时间后,成立了学科中心指导组,主要职责是负责指导组内教师导学案设计与落实。

本学期,在原有导学案的基础上,学校要求把检测卷分离出来,课前不让学生看到,真正检验学生上课的效率,看他们是否学会。

进修校英语教研员聂晓华老师综合48中、31中等学校形成了松北区中学英语导学案模式,供大家借鉴参考。

施元春科长来我校检查高效课堂工作,对数学、化学导学案比较认同,她认为:我的预习,我的课堂,我的检测,三个环节,学生一看清晰明了,知道什么时候做什么事,把复杂变简单就是智慧和高效。

一、指导教学目标向学习目标转化,运用了解、理解、掌握、灵活运用等键词确定学习目标;上课时教师必须再次明确学习目标。

二、指导将本节课教学重点难点设计成有思考价值有梯度有层次性的问题。

三、指导导学案使用说明及学法指导明晰。

采取能激发学生兴趣的方式或形式让学生主动参与解决课堂教学预先设计的问题及课堂生成的问题。

四、指导设计课后反馈小卷,小卷内容要与学习目标相符,做到有效落实及时监控。

共识二:实施小组捆绑量化评价是“学案导学”有效落实的重要保障。

下面由请王老师介绍一下这方面的工作:王天祜:在教学过程中,组建和评价学习小组,是教师高效管理班级和实施高效课堂的第一步。

3月28日,我校组织教研组长和骨干教师到南岗区125中学,学习“五步三查”课堂教学模式以及学习《松北区高效课堂教学改革实践工作指导手册》后,在小组建设上我们借鉴了很多地方。

我们在学习小组分组时,依据学生的学习成绩、能力、性格、脾气等方面的差异进行搭配。

合作小组的人数,以2人对学或6人相邻合作群学为主。

选好组长是小组建设的关键,组长不一定需要成绩特别好,但要责任心强、有一定组织能力并在小组成员中有一定的威信。

因此,我们要定期集中培训小组长,明确他们责任和作用,充分发挥他们组织学习、引导示范、检查、督促作用,最终实现小组团队整体学习目标。

刘丽萍:建立什么样的评价机制我校在现实工作中采取的是“有效量化下的激励性评价”方式,具体有以下这几项;学生展示,导学案使用,作业等表现好加分,表现不好扣分,每个小组长在记分册上记录下组员的每次得分。

教师根据情况需及时做出评价,选出一个优秀组,优秀组员。

给予一定的奖励,以增强小组成员荣誉感和自豪感、激励团结协作、积极进取精神。

刘伟丽:提到量化,学校对此也非常重视,因此给每个班级配备了学习小组量化加分板,并把学校体育器材分到个班周优胜学习小组,获得优先使用权,每周一进行轮换。

作为班主任,我和其他的任课老师共同划分班级的学习小组,安排组织能力强的同学当组长,并记载学生在各科上课时的加分情况,每名组长手里都有不同学科的计分本,每节课上记分员都会根据语、数、外、地理、生物等不同学科老师的具体要求给小组成员加、减分,每周五指定一名同学把这一周的分汇总记在班级学习小组量化加分板上。

每星期我也会和学生一起总结各组加分情况,并在月末进行优胜组的奖励。

通过这种激励方式,学生的学习热情非常高,学习自然也高效。

王冬梅:刘伟丽老师的做法只是我们量化评价的一个典型代表,我校的每一个班级,每一位班主任,每一位科任教师都在进行。

我们把中学生综合素质评价的五个维度分解为十大之星,对学生的各个方面进行量化评价,每月评选出班级的十大之星,在班级进行展示,然后产生学年十大之星,在走廊里进行展示,每学期末产生校园十大之星,在学校的展板上进行展示。

各个维度的量化结果作为每学年学生综合素质评价的重要依据,这样做既有利于学生各种行为习惯的养成,也使学生的综合素质评价的依据更加多样。

蒋:其实,我们十大之星的过程性评价中,也是在实践中探索,在反思中创新,开始时我们也遇到了很多困惑,比如:每组的记分员有时听课与及时加分相矛盾,如果记分员课上加分,思考问题会受到很大的影响。

就这一问题请高兴老师向大家介绍一下我们改进后的做法:高兴:在课上,要求记分员及时记录该组成员得分与扣分情况。

为了不影响记分员听课,我们在量化打分时不拘泥于固定的赋分标准,可以根据实际情况与自己加分的熟练程度,要求记分员加分。

在老师说需要加几分时,记分员才进行加分或减分。

或者由教师写在黑板相应位置,下课后由记分员统计加分减分情况。

共识三:积极参与课例牵动研究即“研课——听课(上课)——议课”一站式的实践研修模式是实现课堂高效有效途径。

1.课例牵动研究――围绕具体的“一节课”展开系列研究。

2.“研课”环节――主要指对预定好的典型课例的导学案进行研讨,此过程实验教师事先应做好充分的准备,重点任务:"导"的"实效",把自己认为最为完备的导学案提前挂在校园网上(或教研组的博克),在教研时集体交流研讨完善导学案。

3.“听课”环节――实际上也是上课环节,是实验教师上典型课例课,检验导学案课前设计、预设的一个实施、检测的过程;说听课则是侧重于同学科其他教师的共同参与,不是实验教师一个人唱独角戏,而是全组教师共同观察、测量、评价这一节课从课前准备到课上实施(包括宏观微观各个层面存在的优势与不足)。

是一个集体的任务,只是分工不同。

4.“评课”环节――重点内容:议"导"的"实效",有实效的设计或策略保留,没产生实效,则要追根溯源,重新审视,看到底是设计和策略本身不适用,还是实验教师本身实施过程中没能抓住和掌控恰当的点、时、度进行落实,在这里要慎重,不要清言结论。

真的存在问题时要进一步优化设计。

三者之间的关系:三个环节是循环往复进行的。

具体来讲研课是前提和基础;上课听课是发现问题的关键;评课是聚焦问题、解决问题、找准对策、能否真正实现优化的必要保障。

要求:每个教研组都要有实验教师,成为本组的“点”和“典”;确定典型课例;教研组全员参与研课、听课、议课的全过程;实验教师负责授课,收集、归纳、总结相关信息,总结、提升。

目的:聚焦问题,缩小到点,便于解决,再辐射到面,资源共享。

预习导学:缺少成型的东西、凝练出来成条成款的东西预习的步骤1.根据授课内容,编制相应的预习小卷。

由于一些学生不会预习,所以我们在导学案上添加了使用说明。

在使用说明中,我们将预习任务进行了细化。

2.学生通过独学完成预习内容。

3.教师在课前,一般都是在早读时间,检查学生预习内容的完成情况,并进行及时评价。

4.教师根据学生的预习情况适当调整导学案。

关晶:我在教学实践中不断探索和试验,在词汇课上,布置词汇课预习作业,曾经走了很多弯路,开始的时候我们让学生自己去查,经过研究之后有了新的方案,现在我们把重点词汇以预习小卷的方式给学生打印出来,并在预习的过程中把自己不懂的问题用红笔记录下来。

在上课前,预约题的学生把预习词汇的结果展现在黑板上,先让学生自己讲解单词的词形及用法,然后抽学生读单词、造句子,我将学生读错的单词或重点的短语写在黑板上,作为重点反复教读,直到学生都掌握。

达到当堂记忆、消化巩固的教学目的,学生预习的监控及反馈情况,我主要是这样来做的。

4月24日,我校召开“高效课堂”阶段总结大会:刘丽萍主任从导学案的使用、学生作业的批改,教师集体备课、教研、听课情况等方面进行了总结,发现学生存在预习情况不好的问题,并要求教师采取了改进措施。

对此我采取了以下监督预习作业的措施:每天学生对自己的预习情况进行自评,在预习卷上写上“满意”与“不满意”。

各组组长互相检查小组成员预习情况,注明检查日期、检查人、成绩(好、中、差),登记在课堂小组竞赛表上,给预习完成好的同学加5分,中等加3分。

我在课前随机抽查,对于预习特别认真的学生额外加分。

通过检查与加分来促使学生的预习。

每过一段时间就对预习认真、预习进步的学生进行一次表扬,鼓励大家认真对待每次预习,以进步的同学为榜样,让学生能持之以恒,慢慢养成预习的好习惯。

李丹丹:阅读是初中英语教学的重要组成部分,我们应注重学生自主阅读能力的培养,而指导学生学会课前预习是培养自主阅读能力的有效途径之一。

结合我自己的教学,我认为要做好阅读课的预习应该做到以下几个方面1.对学生强化预习的重要性,形成正确的学习动机。

我们要让学生知道预习是明白自己想学什么, , 然后带着问题去上课。

在这样的过程中, 他们能有效地训练和掌握自主探究的学习方式。

2. 学生的预习任务要明确具体。

要结合课文的重难点,通过学案布置比较具体的任务。

比如在学习The Biggest Animal 一课之前我给出的预习作业之一就是查找恐龙的相关的资料。

3月30日派刘丽萍老师到山东杜郎口学习,回来后和全体老师交流学习心得体会后,我们英语组老师已把“自主早读”,“自检站”,“错误曝光台”等学习方法引用到课堂。
