这一单元是一年级学生开始学习英语的一般疑问句及肯定，否定回答，主要是学习用Is it a …句型询问物品的名称，并做出肯定或否定回答。
教学的重点是Is it a…句型，同时为第二单元中It’s a …的学习做铺垫和准备。
