犯罪类考题一直是考生闻声色变的一类考题，很多烤鸭总是觉得这类考题偏离了我们的日常生活，很难下笔，很难有想法。
所以只能在考前进行各种祈祷，希望不要出现犯罪类的题目。
很多考生甚至认为，一旦考试遇见此类题目，那就是必死无疑。
犯罪类话题一直以来属于考查频率比较低的话题，实际上其难度却是非常巨大的。
其主要原因有两方面：首先，从内容这个层面上来说，大部分学生并不熟悉和了解这个话题，所以相对于比较常考的话题诸如科技和教育来说，犯罪话题要难很多。
当一个考生拿到一个题目的时候，可能很难总结出相关的思路和分论点。
其次，犯罪话题的相关词汇对于大多数考生来说是非常陌生的。
就算考生整理出了相关的词汇，他们也很难用英文准确地表达出来。
