页脚内容2 一、前言 有限责任公司是一家外商投资企业,公司的所有权人为澳大利亚籍的Chris,并由其授权的管理者直接管理本公司的运营。为了保障用人单位和劳动者双方的合理利益,加强公司的治理工作,维护和保障正常生产,提高生产效益,结合公司的实际情况,要求每位劳动者必须具体了解和自觉遵守公司的各种规章制度。
二、公司的组织架构 有限责任公司由总经理、厂长作为领导层,总经理由公司股东指派,依授权行使管理本公司的事务,厂长由总经理指派,依总经理授权直接管理本公司的事务,对总经理负责。公司下设办公室、车间生产组(分A、B)、仓库管理组、质量监测组,各部门设组长或助理一职,组长或助理由总经理任命,负责协助厂长监督和管理部门员工,对厂长负责。普通员工由厂长负责招聘,并报总经理确认备案,日常由组长或助理直接管理,表现优异者可晋升为部门组长或助理,享受组长或助理待遇。

四、上班时间及请假规定 本公司的正常上班时间为上午 : 至 : ;下午 : 至 : 法定节假日按照的执行,具体按办公室通知为准。 本公司实行请假审批制,如员工遇急事需要请假,必须书写书面的请假条并注明原因,报部门组长或助理审核后,交由公司长书面同意后方可请假。如员工无法书写,应由组长或助理代其书写。未经公司长同意的应作旷工处理。

员工每月请假天数超过10天,视为不符合公司的工作要求,公司有权予以辞退。
五、员工守则 凡属本公司职员都必须遵守和执行本员工守则,否则视为违反公司的规章制度。单位负责人应当经常教育所属人员遵守本守则。
1、按时上下班,不迟到早退,不无故缺勤,自觉遵守签到制度。未经厂长同意不得擅自外出或接待亲友和外宾。
2、严禁参与煽动他人怠工、罢工、打架斗殴及违犯公司规章制度和任何危害社会安定的违法行为。 3、加强个人品德、职业道德修养,严禁偷窃公司和同事的财物,以及聚众赌博的一切道德品质败坏的行为。
4、积极配合公司各项管理工作,出入车间大门和仓库等公共区域都必须自觉规范维护公共区域的环境卫生,不乱吐乱扔,并服从执勤保安人员的检查、监督,自觉维护公共区域整洁环境。 公司管理制度 页脚内容5 5、按质、按量、按时完成任务,不得借故、拖延、敷衍、推委。严格按照安全规格操作,严禁违章操作,一旦发现严肃处理。
6、工作时间内,员工严禁看报纸杂志、闲谈、窜岗、打闹、大声喧哗,不得接听私人电话,有事应长话短说,以免扰乱工作秩序。
7、公司提倡勤俭节约,能源、用品及各种材料,不损坏公共财物、因个人原因造成公司财物损失的,应按价赔偿,公司有权从工资中扣除。
8、每天生产操作之前先检查机器是否正常。操作之后或下班后收好各种文件、资料、工具、零件、产品、关好门窗、水、电、气源。按规定位置摆放工具及物品。每个星期三、五、日为清洁日,搞好个人及集体卫生,经组长或助理检查合格方可下班。
9、各部门组长或助理,必须注意自身涵养,以身作则,与公司员工同舟共济,提高工作热情,团结协作精神。
10、员工必须服从上级的合理指挥和调动,如有异议应及时与领导商议,无理由不服从主管调动者按情节轻重给予处理。
11、本公司员工均有责任和义务保守本公司经营秘密,维护本公司利益,未经领导书面批准同意,任何人不得擅自向外泄露本公司所有秘密,否则作盗用和侵权行为论处,本公司将追究违反者的经济责任。未经批准,不得带外来人员到处参观。
12、员工在工作过程中非因本人原因遭受意外伤害的,应在当日及时报告组长或助理,再呈报厂长。情况紧急的,应由厂长陪同入院治疗。经医院诊断确属于因工受伤的,享受医疗期待遇,医疗费用按公司财务制度据实申报,经总经理批准后予以报销。
13、任何员工在其上班时间及公司内出现突发性的个人疾病、非本职业引起的职业病、打架伤亡等非因工受伤或自己故意造成的疾病和伤害,本公司一律不负任何责任与费用. 本公司工人与外人打架, 在公司外偷窃等犯罪行为, 均属刑事犯罪, 本公司不负任何责任。
14、组长或助理的职能是协助总经理、厂长管理本部门的员工,保证本部门的工作有序开展,遵守各项规章制度,按时按质完成本部门的工作任务,除应遵守上述员工守则外,如出现如下的情形,亦视为严重违反本公司的规章制度。
(1)、发现员工迟到、早退的,没有及时记录并报告厂长; (2)、发现员工工作过程睡觉、聊天、玩手机等怠于生产的情形没有制止,或制止无效没有后报告厂长; (3)、发现员工故意损害或盗窃公司财产、打架斗殴没有制止,或制止无效后没有报告厂长; (4)、发现员工在车间内不服从主管工作安排,不遵守规章制度者没有制止,或制止无效后没有报告厂长;
(5)、生产过程中发现产品质量不符合要求,知情不报、瞒报的,对公司造成损失的; (6)、没有及时完成厂长指定的工作任务,严重影响公司生产的; (7)、其他未尽管理义务造成工作严重失误的情形。 15、本公司员工违犯本守则的视为违反公司规章制度,应签署公司发放的警告文书后方可继续上班,拒不签署文书的,公司有权立即对该员工单方解除劳动关系。如经过两次警告,公司有权视情节轻重对该员工单方解除劳动关系。如违反本守则的员工涉及行政或刑事责任,公司将送有权机关处理,同时公司有权单方解除劳动关系。
六、员工住宿管理 公司管理制度 页脚内容6 本公司为外地员工提供集体宿舍,为维护公司集体宿舍的优良环境及避免部分员工滥用集体宿舍影响本公司的生产和管理,制定如下集体宿舍管理规定。
1、外地员工确有实际情况需要公司提供集体宿舍,应书面向公司办公室相关人员进行申请,签署入住协议后方可使用集体宿舍。
2、本公司集体宿舍是公司专门对员工的福利性措施,入住员工不遵守公司的规章制度(如旷工)和集体宿舍的管理制度,本公司有权要求员工腾退,如有损坏,按价赔偿。
3、集体宿舍设立室长,室长由员工推选,应负责管理好室内员工的住宿符合公司及管理层的要求,对室内员工不听从要求的,应及时报告公司办公室备案,否则视为不符合集体宿舍的管理要求,室长本人应予以腾退。
4、入住员工宿舍者必须服从工厂安排床号及调动,不服从厂部按排及调动的不给予住宿。 5、严禁在宿舍区赌博、汹酒、大声喧哗、放高声音响,从事任何有影响他人休息的行为,及吵架、打架等扰乱公共秩序的恶性行为。
6、严禁在公共宿舍生火煮东西,乱堆物品堵塞安全通道,爬坐走廊上的安全防护墙(栏)上。私自拆卸任何安全设施和消防标识,禁止将易燃易爆物品带入舍区,若有火警发生,请马上撤离舍区。
7、住宿员工必须保持宿舍环境美观整洁,禁止往宿舍窗外随口吐痰、不得随手乱丢垃圾,不乱倒污水,各自衣物、洗洁用品找定位置摆放整齐,不得在宿舍乱拉电线、损坏设施、不得更换门锁,贵重物品不得存放于集体宿舍,否则后果自负。
8、夜间11:00——12:00必须关闭所有电源,停止一切文娱活动就寝休息,不得外出,不得大声喧哗,超时回公司,不予开门,以免影响他人休息。
9、服从住宿安排,严禁私自调换房号、床号的行为,本公司员工宿舍大门于23:00关门,员工不得迟于该时间后应返房休息。
10、冲凉房地面湿滑,禁止在内嬉笑打闹,谨防摔脚,不乱放杂物、不使用热水洗衣、煮饭等各种用途,请保持冲凉房整洁卫生。
