一、活动宗旨

为了提高我校研究生英语口语表达能力,创 造校园内学用英语的氛围、促进英语第二课 堂活动,研究生英语教学部于本学期的第十、 十一、十二周内举行哈工大第七届博士研究 生模拟国际学术会议活动。
二、活动流程
比赛分为初赛、复赛和决赛三个阶段。 初赛由各教学班在任课老师的组织和指导下, 在本班进行。要求各班学生人人参与。 复赛于11月10日(周六)上午在研究生教学 部进行,得分前9名者参加决赛。 决赛于11月17日(周六)上午在理学院001 报告厅举行。

模联会议文件写作技巧概述正式英语文件写作步骤正式英语文件包括很多种,对于尝试写正式英语文件的初学者来说,从简短的句子或段落练起是比较好的选择。

在写作的过程中,微观的具体的步骤因情况而异,但从宏观上,大致可以抽象为这三步:第一,写之前确定需要使用的专业词汇。

正式英语文件涉及一些行业中的专用语,模拟联合国中的专业词汇主要体现在国家名称、国际组织名称、重要事件名称和议题涉及领域的专有词汇等。

第二,写之中要仔细斟酌动词。

相对于语法意义来说,一个动词语义方面的意义不只在它本身,往往关乎整个句子的意思。

第三,写之后要检查整句的结构,以及是否有语法错误。

“主-谓-宾”是一种英语标准句式,保证这三者的完整是写对一句话的基本要求。

广而言之,立场文件顾名思义,就是阐述本国的立场;具体来讲,一份出色的立场文件需要包含以下方面的内容:1.本国在该议题中的基本立场与态度;2.本国赞成及签署的与该议题相关的国际协议,本国参与的与该议题相关的国际合作和行动;3.本国与该议题的相关程度,对于解决该问题在国内曾经采取过的重要行动、通过的重要法案;4.本国对于解决该问题所提出的相关建议(包括国内措施和国际行动);5.本国领导人及政要发表的有关该议题的重要讲话;6.本国在该议题中的相关利益总结及立场底线总结。

It is my pleasure to introduce today's speaker,
Nancy Hunter Denney – a dynamic, high-energy
educator, author, and business woman with a passion
for life and leadership.

A former subscriber to everyone else's definition of
"having it all," Nancy Hunter Denney resigned from
her administrative duties in higher education in 1993
to begin her own business, raise her own children
and live a life according to her own priorities. She is
the author of Life by Design: A Do-It-Yourself
Approach for Achieving Happiness and served as
the editor and co-author of Let Your Leadership
Speak: How to Lead and Be Heard, recently
released.

Today's speaker has appeared on ABC and NBC
morning shows in Chicago and on numerous radio
stations across the country promoting her
inspiring messages on life and leadership. She is a
frequent keynote speaker at national, regional
and state conferences in higher education and other
non-profit organizations, as well as, a highly
regarded leadership consultant to organizations
devoted to making a difference.

Nancy earned her Master’s Degree from Bowling
Green State University in Ohio and graduated
Magna Cum Laude from Oswego State University
in New York. Prior to becoming a professional
speaker, Nancy served ten years in higher
education student affairs administration.

children, sailing and watching her identical twin

75 issued U.S. patents, and is the recipient of several awa
rds and honors including the Eli Lilly Award in Biological
Chemistry and the Pure Chemistry Award from the American Che
mical Society; the Allan P. Colburn Award and the Profession
al Progress Award from the American Institute of Chemical En
gineers; and the Alan T. Waterman Award from the National S
cience Foundation. He is an elected member of the American
Academy for Arts and Science and the National Academy of En
gineering. Over the past two decades, he has co-founded four
biotechnology companies (Kosan Biosciences (KOSN), Alvine Pha
rmaceuticals, Flamentera AG, Sitari Pharmaceuticals), and was
the founding President of the non-profit Celiac Sprue Researc
h Foundation.

Dr. Zhang is a Professor in the Departments of Chemical Eng
ineering Dalian University of technology, panjin campus, and
assistant dean of Departments of Chemical Engineering. He rec
eived his PhD in chemical engineering in 1990 at (place fro
m he obtain degree.) After completing postdoctoral studies ch
emical engineering from UK, he joined Dalian University in
1992. His research on fuel cells has opened the door to
fundamentally new approaches for engineering of fuel cell
