摘要

现如今，我国经济改革开放三十年，已插手世界贸易组织（WTO）近十年，企业在市场经济快速成长的趋势下，虽然经济发展给企业带来了更好的管理模式与方法,但是更是一种挑衅，越来越多的学者尝试从不同角度理解管理的基本概念，需要在激烈的竞争中发展开发自身的竞争力，企业管理不仅仅是经济产业值的晋升，企业管理生产变革势在必行，企业在面对国内外激烈的挑战中，进行组织变革迎合时代发展需要，更是加强企业自身建设的要求，企业进行组织变革对于社会和国家的发展进步有着不可小觑的重大作用，企业管理变革的推进不仅仅是我国全面建设小康社会的需要和要求，它的发展更加有助于我国社会主义和谐

社会的深入推进。

社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善与发展和现代企业管理制度的建立，企业应该按照本身的环境为前提，加强企业自身管理变革，根据市场的需求，寻求企业发展的更大方针。企业的管理变革是伴随着企业的降生而存在发展的，社会发展要求企业生产与时俱进，精益求精更新企业的管理的模式，带着这一系列的问题我将会通过查阅想过文献资料分析企业管理中的企业变革究竟怎样怎样给企业创造了收益最大化，为什么它会称为市场发展不可缺少的一部分。最后，针对研究结果提出企业管理生产变革的具体对策。

Establish continuous improvement and development and modern enterprise management system of the socialist market economic system, enterprises should be based on the premise of their own environment, to strengthen their own management changes, according to market demand, to seek greater approach to enterprise development.
