1、先进⼊Designjet T830前⾯板菜单----设置----Wi-Fi Direct,选择打开,按照默认提⽰打开。

注意:选择此功能会⾃动关闭,⽆线功能。

2、在机器前⾯板,如下位置察看Wi-Fi Direct名称和密码。

3、在电脑端⽆线连接中搜索到:DIRECT-AB-HP Designjet T830 MFP,连接并输⼊密码后即可。

注:电脑需有⽆线⽹卡,有⽆线连接功能。

尽量确保电脑和打印机直线距离在10m以内。

4、在电脑端安装打印机驱动(以Windows7为例)。

操作如下:
5、在打印机名或IP地址中,输⼊打印机IP地址:192.168.223.1。

注:这种直连⽅式,经测试,打印机默认IP地址为:192.168.223.1
6、下⼀步,选择从磁盘安装,找到Designjet T830驱动程序的“.inf⽂件”,安装驱动。

Ethernet port10Chapter 1 IntroductionThe front panelThe front panel is a touch-sensitive screen with a graphical user interface located on the printer's front left. Itgives you complete control of your printer: you can print, view printer information, change settings, performcalibrations and tests, etc.The front panel also displays alerts (warning and error messages) when needed.The front panel has a large central area to display dynamic information and icons. At the top of the central areathere is a dashboard that displays the Home screen icons. To interact with these icons swipe down the dashboardstatus to access the dashboard.On the left and right sides of the screen you can see up to four fixed icons at different times. Normally they arenot all displayed at the same time.Close to the front panel is the power key , to switch the printer on or off. The key is illuminated when theprinter is on. It flashes when the printer is in transition between on and off and when the printer is in sleep mode.Left and right fixed icons●Touch the wireless icon to show the status of the wireless connection: if the blue light is on, the wirelessconnection is active.●Touch the home icon to return to the home screen.●Touch the help icon to view help about the current screen.●Touch the back icon to go back to the previous screen without discarding changes.Home screen dynamic iconsThe following items are displayed only on the home screen.●In the central area of the front panel are the paper tab icons:–Touch the roll paper icon to load, unload, and change options.–Touch the multi-sheet tray icon to change options, or to activate it.The front panel11–Touch the single sheet icon to load, unload, and change options.NOTE:The active paper source icon is slightly larger than the other icons, with a white tick in a bluecircle.●The dashboard icons are located at the top of the central area:–Touch the settings icon to change printer settings.–Touch the eject icon to eject a scanned original.–Touch the ink icon to view information about the ink.–Touch the printhead icon to view information about the printhead.–Touch the wireless icon to view connectivity status information and to perform networkconfiguration. If a network cable is connected; the network icon is displayed instead.NOTE:It is not possible to use wireless and wired network connections simultaneously.–Touch the Wi-Fi Direct icon to view information.–Touch the ePrint icon to view information and configure ePrint to print from a computer or mobile device sending an email to the printer.If the printer is left idle for some time, it goes into sleep mode and switches off the front-panel display. To changethe time that elapses before sleep mode, Touch the settings icon , then Printer setup > Sleep Mode. Select the Finder icon on your desktop.b. Click the Applications icon in the top right corner of the Finder window.c. Select ‘Utilities’ from the list of applications.d. Select ‘Print Center’ or ‘Printer Setup Utility’ from the list of utilities.4. Click the Add button. The Printer List dialog box is displayed. Ensure that Rendezvous is selected in this dialog box.5.Click on the name of the printer. If you cannot identify the printer by name (if there is more than one printer with the same name), use the mDNS Service Name that you noted in step 2.6.The connection is configured automatically. Your printer is now available on the network.2.
