海运提单的内容与缮制方法
海运提单的内容与缮制方法海运提单（见单证示例A3.4）的内容分为固定部分和可变部分。
固定部分包括海运提单背面的运输契约以及提单正面承运人或代理人印就的文字说明，这一部分一般不作更改。
可变部分主要包括船名、装运港、件数、重量、体积等内容。
这些内容根据运输的货物、运输时间、托运人及收货人的不同而变化。
海运提单的缮制方法表述如下。
（1）Shipper（托运人）：本栏通常填写信用证的受益人，即买卖合同中的卖方。
只要信用证无相反规定，银行也接受以信用证受益人以外的第三方为发货人。
（2）Consignee（收货人）：这是提单中比较重要的一栏，应严格按照信用证规定填制。
提单收货人按信用证的规定一般有三种填法，即：记名抬头、不记名抬头和指示性抬头。
（3）Notify Party（通知人）：本栏填写要与信用证的规定一致。
例如：信用证提单条款中规定：“…Bill of Lading …notify applicant”，则提单通知人栏中要填制开证人的详细名称地址。
（4）Place of Receipt(收货地):本栏填写船公司或承运人的实际收货地点，如工厂、仓库等。
在一般海运提单中，没有此栏，但在多式联运提单中则有此栏。
（5）Ocean Vessel（船名）：本栏按配单回单上的船名填写。
若货物需转运，则填写第二程船名。
（6）V oyage No.（航次）：本栏按配单回单上的航次填写。
若货物需转运，则填写第二程航次号。
（7）Port of Lading（装货港）：本栏要填实际的装货港口。
如有转运，填中转港名称，如无转运，填装运港名称。
（8）Port of Discharge(卸货港)：本栏填写货物实际卸下的港口名称。
如果货物转运，可在目的港之后加注“With Transshipment at...”。
（9）Place of Delivery(交货地):本栏填写最终目的地名称。
如果货物的目的地就是目的港，此栏空白。
（10）B/L No.(提单号码):本栏按配舱回单上的D/R号码填写。
