We all sat down together with our teacher to plan out what we wanted to learn and do in our next English lesson.First, we brainstormed some ideas for the lesson topic. Some of us suggested learning about different animals, while others wanted to practice our numbers and colors. In the end, we decided to focus on learning some new vocabulary words related to animals. We were all super excited to learn some new words!Next, we split up into small groups and each group was given a task to prepare for the lesson. 1、个人裸背、形成教案每位老师准备教材、教参，主备一个课时，形成教案。
2、智慧碰撞、完善教案教师们讲解自己的设计思路，每位教师都要尽力提出有独创性的设计方案，便集思广益，完善教案。
3、教案调整、实施教学每位教师要充分利用好集体备课教案，将集体智慧应用于课堂教学。
教学前，应根据教师本人特点和本班学生情况，进行教案调整。
4、课后反思、总结1）备课小组的教师在利用集体备课教案进行教学时，小组成员要积极参与听课，对教学情况进行集体反思。

阳江中心小学英语集体备课活动报道
根据阳江中心小学本学期英语研训计划，我校于9月22日和23日下午分别举行了五六年级和三四年级的英语集体备课活动。
本学期的集体备课活动采取分组形式，小组成员先按课时对单元内容进行备课，接着再进行讨论修改，然后再跟另外小组进行交流和研讨，最后由小组组长负责对备课手稿进行电子归档。
本次活动以各年级期中之前的单元为主要内容，进行小组分工，每一小组负责一个单元四个课时，每个成员负责一个课时，在活动过程中，各位老师能认真地研读教材，按照课堂教学模式重新备课，小组内先交流，研讨各课时的关联，再跟别的小组进行交流、讨论，进行修改，定下备课手稿。
大家在一起研讨如何让每个单元各个课时都串联起来，让综合版块的内容除了有一条主线串联起来，还要进一步地扩展提升学生的知识运用能力。
参与教师一致认为这样的形式有助于提升自己驾驭课堂的能力。
