由于我校的班级少，无法按照同科同内容开展集体备课，但我校在教教导处、教研组长的 带领下开展了同科的集体备课。我们的备课方式先是个人初备、一人主备、同组中心发言 决定，集体研讨、主备定稿、个人二备、课后反思，再次完善的一个过程。
