随机选择一个基因, 两个父代染色体交换这个位置 上对应的整个基因。更为丰富的交叉操作保证了进 化迭代中的进化效率, 可以使得搜 索过程快速收 敛。 1 2 4 插串算子 插串算子是 GEP 所特有的遗传 算子。它随机的在基因中选择一段子串, 然后将其 插入到其基因的头部位置上, 按照是否插入到头部 起始位置, 可以将插串操作分为插串以及根插串两 种方法。其中插串算子是将随机选择的子串插入到 除头部起始位置之外的任何位置, 插入位置之后的 编码向后顺延, 超过头部长度的编码将被截去。根 插串则是在头部随机选择一个位置, 然后在随机位 置之后寻找第一个函数符, 并以该函数符的位置为 起始点选择一段子串, 并将子串插入到基因头部的 起始位置, 头部的编码向后顺延, 同样超出头部长 度的编码将被截去。如果在随机位置之后没有找到 函数符, 则不进行任何操作。插串操作类似于生物 科学中的隐性基因码激活操作, 即将染色体中不活 跃的编码段激活并再次组合, 这一算子可以在一定 程度上避免种群多样性的缺失, 可避免进化过程陷 入早熟。

摘 要: 提出一种 基于基因表达式编程算法 ( GEP ) 的人口预测新方法, 并将该方法应用 于东莞市 人口预测实
例问题研究。实验结果表明: 由于基因表 达式编程算法 采用基 因型与 表现型相 统一的 编码方 式、高效的 遗传算 子以及全局搜索的寻优 方式, 基 于 GEP 算 法的人 口预测 模型能够 在样本 少的情 况下给 出相对 准确的 预测 结果。 其验证数据的预测绝对 值平均误差为 0 96% , 与灰色 系统 GM ( 1, 1) 预 测模型 及径向 基人工神 经网络 预测模 型相比, 预测精度分别提高了 18 34% 、 30 54% 。 GEP 人口预测模 型能够 更好地 挖掘人 口发展的 复杂非 线性模 式, 有效防止过度拟合现象的发 生, 提供 更为准确、合理的拟合及预测结果。

该方法基于Liu W于2016年提出的快速估计精度矩阵的SCIO方法,通过对初始估计量纠偏,引出纠偏估计量DSCIO的渐近正态分布,从而构造精度矩阵单个元素的置信区间。

同时,利用Bootstrap-assisted策略将该方法推广到构造一组元素的同时推断。

与现有方法相比,该方法在高维情况下计算效率更高且具有很好的准确性和稳健性。

模拟结果表明,DSCIO方法在计算速度和准确度方面都具有明显优势。

而图模型的边可以通过精度矩阵相应位置的元素来刻画。

由于高斯分布的特性,文献【1]证明高斯图模型中X,和Xj之间不存在边等价于精度矩阵中的元素®”=0。

因此精度矩阵是衡量图模型中边的条件相依性的一种有效工具。

目前估计精度矩阵的主流方法有两类:第一类是全局方法,该方法基本思想是通过最大化带惩罚项的似然函数来得到估计量,称为Graphical Lasso12--41;另外一类方法是局部方法,首先将精度矩阵的估计转化为多个回归模型的估计问题,然后在每个回归模型中使用Lass。

INTRODUCTION
A vast amount of data generated through gene microarray,
advantage of the huge information offered by the data. As a
generally used statistical modelling method, PLS is first used in
econometric path modeling by Herman Wold and afterwards it
is used in chemometric and spectrometric modeling as a multivariate regression too[11-13]. Nguyen and Rocke proposed
using PLSDR(PLS based dimension reduction) for dimension
important genes. In this article, we just consider of binary
classification problem. So the samples belong to two classes
and the t-statistic score is given as:

针对上述问题,进行普适的多尺度分类方法研究,以扩大多尺度适用范围。

从空间数据估计角度出发,结合层次理论和尺度特性,基于概率密度估计离散化方法,针对数据的多尺度特性进行分类挖掘。

以非局部均值和三次卷积插值为理论基础,利用Q统计和不一致度量进行操作,提出多尺度分类尺度上推算法和多尺度分类尺度下推算法。

采用UCI数据集和H省人口真实数据集进行实验,并与CFW、MSCSUA和MSCSDA等算法进行对比,结果表明,该算法可行有效。

与其他算法相比,尺度上推算法正确率平均提高4.5%,F score提高4.8%,NMI提高12.3%,尺度下推算法各个相应指标分别平均提高5.3%,6.6%和11.8%。
