翻译者的权利和责任:

3.如果客户未能在最后期限前支付费用,翻译者有权要求延

合约期限和终止

2.如果翻译者无法在规定的期限内提交译文,应该及时通知客户并说明原因。

如果无法继续工作,应提前通知客户并终止合同。

3.如果客户无法在规定的期限内支付费用,翻译者有权终止合同。

保密条款
1.除了完成翻译所必需的人员外,翻译者承诺保守合同所约定的保密和隐私。

2.翻译者同意未经客户事先书面同意,不得利用由合同所提供的信息。

3.任何对于原始材料及译稿的复印件、记录或其他信息,均须归还客户并删除相关文档或记录。

4.翻译者应承诺防范其工作人员不将客户机密信息以任何形式泄露。

争端解决
1.发生争端,双方应协商解决;如协商无果,应向半数以上的第三方仲裁机构或半数以上的法院提起诉讼。
