双方的权利和责任
翻译者的权利和责任：
1.翻译者必须提供译文并在最后期限前提交。
2.翻译者将保证译文的准确性、完整性和质量。
3.翻译者保证自己对文本内容保密，并不会向任何第三方透露译文或相关信息。
4.翻译者保证自己的工作没有侵犯任何个人或商业利益、知识产权、版权等。
客户的权利和责任：
1.客户必须在指定时间内向翻译者提供完整的原文和相关背景信息。
2.客户必须在最后期限前支付约定的费用。
3.客户必须遵守对翻译者的保密承诺。
译文的属性和质量
1.译文应该使用标准的语言、语法和拼写。
如果客户要求使用特殊术语和风格，翻译者要事先确认。
2.译文必须完整，不留空白或疏漏。
如果翻译者不能译出某
个段落，应该及时向客户说明原因。
3.译文必须在语言、格式和风格上与原文一致。
4.在翻译过程中，翻译者应逐句审校，确保翻译的准确性和
流畅性。
5.翻译者应尽力保证译文满足客户的需要和目的。
6.客户有权对译文进行审核，在合理的范围内提出修改意见。
翻译者应该及时响应并执行相关修改。
7.如果客户认为译文不满足要求，翻译者应该提供免费修改

8.如果因翻译者的错误造成客户经济或其他损失，翻译者应
负责赔偿。
费用和支付方式
1.翻译费用应根据翻译的语言、译文长度和复杂度、翻译的
时间等因素计算，并在签署合同时约定。
2.客户应在最后期限前支付费用，并承担银行汇款等相关费用。
3.如果客户未能在最后期限前支付费用，翻译者有权要求延
长最后提交时间，或者终止合同。
合约期限和终止
1.合同期限应在签署时约定，可以是一个具体的日期或者标明译文提交之日起的具体天数。
2.如果翻译者无法在规定的期限内提交译文，应该及时通知客户并说明原因。
如果无法继续工作，应提前通知客户并终止合同。
3.如果客户无法在规定的期限内支付费用，翻译者有权终止合同。
保密条款
1.除了完成翻译所必需的人员外，翻译者承诺保守合同所约定的保密和隐私。
2.翻译者同意未经客户事先书面同意，不得利用由合同所提供的信息。
3.任何对于原始材料及译稿的复印件、记录或其他信息，均须归还客户并删除相关文档或记录。
4.翻译者应承诺防范其工作人员不将客户机密信息以任何形式泄露。
争端解决
1.发生争端，双方应协商解决；如协商无果，应向半数以上的第三方仲裁机构或半数以上的法院提起诉讼。
