入厂须知
一、外来人员进入公司后，必须按照本要求，配合保安做好登记，对于发放的会客证件，必须佩戴于胸前。
二、外来人员未经许可，不得进入公司办公区域及生产区域；办公区域的会客地点为一楼接待室；进入生产区域必须有公司人员陪同。
三、公司内除指定吸烟室（门卫室外及二楼会客室）外其余任何区域均禁止吸烟。
四、进入生产区域禁止使用手机、照相机等具有照相功能的设备拍照。
五、进入生产区域、储存区必须佩戴好安全帽、口罩、禁止穿带铁钉的鞋，禁止使用手机拨打或接听电话。
六、禁止动用工厂任何设备、设施，不得踩踏或损坏公司的绿化和草地。
七、在危险区域如吊装区域、动火区域禁止逗留。
八、工厂实行交通管制，任何人员的车辆不得乱停乱放，来访人员的摩托车或自行车必须有序地停放于公司停车棚内，汽车必须有序地停放在公司办公楼前的汽车停车位内，进入生产区域车辆必须佩带防火罩，送货车必须有序地停放于厂区的卸货区域。
九、汽车进入公司区域内，直线行驶不超过15KW/h，转弯行驶不超过5KW/h。
十、任何物品的出厂，必须按照放行规定，严格核对放行手续与物品，不符合要求者，一律不予以放行。

（5）禁止任何非工作人员靠近正在运输或卸货的车辆。It is forbidden that any onewho don’t work at the areaclose with vehicle for transport or unloading.
（6）使用手锤、大锤，锤柄、锤头上不得有油污，打大锤时，甩转方向不得有人。While using chip ping hammer and mall hammer，there should not be oil stain on handle and head of hammer.While using mall hammer, no one should be at the turning directions.

外来人员入厂须知Notice for incoming visitors✧入厂前请认真阅读本须知，并配合门卫填签会客单；Please read this notice carefullybefore entering the factory and cooperate with the doorman to fill the visitors form .✧进入厂区，您就进入监控区；From the access to the site, you enter the surveillancezone.✧请勿在公司禁烟区内吸烟，违反将会有人承担相应的责任;do not smoke in the company ofno smoking areas, violations will bear the burden；✧请遵守公司的安全、职业健康、环境保护等方面的相关规定；Please adhere to companysafety, occupational health, environmental protection and other relevant provisions ✧非拉运货物车辆请勿进入，拉运货物车辆须备有合格的阻火器。

Everyone shall have to take the escapeway and safety bridge when admitted onto thework sites and workplaces.4、不准穿越铁路和过跨车轨道，不准沿铁路和过跨车轨道两侧1.5米以内行走。

安全须知Safety Instruction一、危险点告示Warning board in construction areas:1、生产现场存在起重吊装作业，当心物件坠落；In the lifting area, look out for articles falling from the hook.2、生产现场焊接作业，当心触电、火灾、焊接烟尘；In the welding area, be careful to avoid electric shock, fire accident and weld fumes.3、生产现场有高处作业，当心物件坠落；In case there’s working at heights, look out for articles falling from height.4、生产场地有预埋铁件，当心绊脚；Be careful not to trip over the irons embedded in the ground.5、生产车间禁止吸烟；不得在氧气、丙烷气房、油漆库内及周围30米内吸烟。
No smoking inside the manufacturing workshop. Also smoking is prohibited 30m around and inside the warehouse of oxygen cylinders, propane cylinders and paints.6、码头及江边，当心溺水。
Be careful of the steps when walking along the wharf and the river bank.二、安全须知Safety tips：1、进入施工现场必须佩戴好安全帽，扣好帽带；戴好口罩、耳塞；穿劳保服和劳保鞋。
Put on labor protection articles, such as helmet, mask, earplug, working suit and shoes when entering the construction area.2、施工现场请走绿色通道。

入厂安全须知
Safety Instructions
1、必须在接待人员引领和陪同下方可进入生产现场和作业场所。
Everyone shall only be admitted onto the work sites and workplaces when guided and accompanied by the reception personnel.
2、进入生产现场和作业场所必须正确穿戴好劳动防护用品。
Everyone shall have to wear labor protection articles properly when admitted onto the work sites and workplaces.
3、在生产现场和作业场所必须走安全通道、安全桥。
Everyone shall have to take the escapeway and safety bridge when admitted onto the work sites and workplaces.
4、严禁随意移动、破坏厂内消防设施或器材。
It is strictly forbidden to move or destroy fire-fighting facilities or equipment in the factory at will.
5、必须遵守生产现场和作业场所悬挂的安全警示标志所示内容。
Everyone shall have to follow the instructions in the safety warning signs hung up at the the work sites and workplaces.
6、在生产现场应时刻注意周围环境安全，主动避让吊车和机动车辆，与转动、滑动等运转的设备保持安全距离。
Everyone shall have to be cautious about the safety around at the work site. Please avoid crane and motorized vehicles voluntarily and keep a safe distance from those operating equipment of rotating or sliding nature.
7、进入煤气危险区域需佩戴CO检测报警仪，严禁单人进入。
Everyone shall have to wear CO alarm detector when admitted onto gas danger area. Do not enter separately.
8、严禁在高温熔融金属冶炼、吊运、浇铸等区域、煤气、氧气、切割气等有毒有害气体区域和放射源、射线装置区域停留。
Do not stay at any poisonous or hazardous gas area such as coal gas, nitrogen and cutting gas. Do not stay at any area with radioactive source or ray device.
9、严禁擅自操作、触碰各类开关、阀门及设备设施。
Do not operate or touch all switches, valves, equipment and facilities without permission.
10、严禁携带火种进入燃气车间、制氧车间、气瓶库等易燃易爆危险场所。
It is strictly forbidden to bring fire into flammable and explosive dangerous places such as gas workshops, oxygen production workshops and gas cylinder depots.。
