英语文化周活动策划书1一、活动名称__大学第二届英语技能大奖赛之英语辩论赛二、活动背景为丰富校园文化，增强同学们对英语学习的热情并提高同学们学习英语的积极性，外国语学院、国际学院特地举办第二届英语技能大奖赛，为同学们提供一个施展才华、展现风采的舞台。
在此前相继举办的英语听力、笔译、口译、书法大赛中，广大同学热情参与、积极展示，使得重邮校园英语学习的热情高涨、氛围浓厚，而本次英语辩论赛正是以辩论的形式充分展现同学们对英语的表达、运用能力。
三、活动目的此次英语辩论赛的举办对于以后开展各项英语系列活动至关重要，能够积累一定的经验，同时让同学们在英语辩论这样一种富于挑战性和趣味性的活动中锻炼自我，展现各自的口语水平和思辨能力，从而达到提高全校同学英语学习兴趣、浓厚校园英语学习氛围的目的。
四、主办单位__大学团委、教务处、学生处、__大学外国语学院、国际学院五、承办单位__大学外国语学院、国际学院团总支、学生会六、活动对象__大学全体在校学生(包括研究生)七、赛程(一)培训在所有报名工作结束后，承办方将于11月13日(第十周周五)晚面向所有参赛队员举行一次关于英语辩论的培训。
(二)初赛初赛将于11月15日(第十周周日)晚分四个赛场同时进行。
承办方将提前4天让所有参赛队抽取赛场、对手和所持立场，初赛时于四个不同的赛场进行辩论，每个赛场的辩题相同，最终依据评委的打分每个赛场晋级前两名。
初赛完成以后将有8支参赛队进入复赛。
(三) 复赛(四)决赛八、赛制(一)比赛提前一周抽取辩题，确定正、反双方立场。
(二)主席开场，介绍评委、比赛规则、辩题和正反双方。
(三)正方开场白及辨手自我介绍，1分钟。
(四)反方开场白及辨手自我介绍，1分钟。
(五)立论：双方一辩做立论陈词，从正方开始，每方发言时间各为2分钟。
(六)自由辩论：双方展开自由辩论，从正方开始，每方发言时间各为3分钟。
1.在自由辩论时间里，每一位辩手的发言次序、时间、次数不限，但是整队的发言时间不得超过3分钟。

中央司法警官学院第六届英语文化周活动
为了充分调动我院学生的英语学习兴趣，发挥英语第二课堂的积极作用，为英语爱好者提供一个展现才华的平台，公共课教学部大学英语教研室拟定于2014年5月10日至5月23日举办我院第六届英语文化周。
活动具体内容如下：
一．英语演讲比赛（每班一至两名参加复赛）
演讲比赛初赛（演讲初赛在各班举行，由各班推举出一至两名同学）
演讲比赛复赛（时间：5月14日 18:00开始地点：C3）[参加比赛的同学请于5月12日中午12点30到A教-304抽签，决定参赛的次序。
比赛前30分钟到场，迟到者视为自动放弃比赛。

演讲比赛决赛暨文化周开幕式（时间：5月15日 18:00开始地点：学术报告厅）
备注：各位复赛选手的参赛稿件题目不限，内容健康向上，时间3分钟。
（演讲长度超出10秒或少于10秒将扣除分数）晋级决赛的选手为即兴演讲，现场提前30分钟抽取题目，进行2—3分钟的即兴演讲。
二．英语歌曲比赛（每班2名）
英语歌曲初赛（时间：5月10日地点：1-501 上午08：00点比赛正式开始，下午14：30比赛正式开始）[参加比赛的同学请于5月7日中午12点30到A教-304抽签，决定参赛的次序。
比赛前30分钟到场准备，迟到者视为自动放弃比赛。

复赛（时间：5月11日08:00开始地点：1-501）
英语歌曲决赛暨文化周闭幕式（时间：5月23日地点：礼堂）
备注：各位选手在初赛是只表演副歌部分，时间不超过两分钟。
复赛需要准备伴奏带。
三．英语翻译比赛（每班不限人数）（时间：5月19日19:00开始地点：C4 ）
翻译比赛各班不限名额，可以带纸质词典，不可使用包括手机，电子词典等各种电子设备
四．英语听力比赛（每班4名同学）（时间：5月21日 19:00开始地点：B教语音八室）
五．英语辩论比赛（每班不限人数，但是需要按照小组报名，每两人一组，自愿结组）
（时间 5月20日 19点开始地点：C3 ）[比赛前30分钟到场准备，迟到者视为自动放弃比赛。

六英语讲座（具体时间和地点另行通知）
英语文化周各项活动即日开始报名，5月10日至5月18日将举行各项活动的初赛选拔及复赛筛选工作。
