一.背景分析（一）教材分析《My home》是新版PEP教材四年级上册第四单元，这一单元的教学内容是围绕“家”这一学生喜闻乐见的主题展开的。
这节课为新授课，是第四单元A部分的第一课时。
这节课的教学内容是要学习有关房间的五个单词及“描述和询问物品在哪里”的句型。
本课是本单元的重点，本节课掌握程度的好坏，直接会影响到本单元后阶段有关对话的掌握，在本单元教学中具有举足轻重的地位。
（二）学情分析四年级学生的年龄在十—-十一岁左右，生性活泼好动，喜欢直观形象思维，对游戏、竞赛、特别感兴趣。
而且他们接触英语已经有一年半时间，已具有初步的听说能力。
在我所教的6个班级里，大多数学生学习积极性比较高,能积极的参与到课堂活动中来，他们乐于模仿,每节课所要求学会的内容基本上都能够掌握。
有15%的学生接受能力较强，他们善于表演，有较好的语感，但有5%的学生在知识掌握方面有一定的难度。
二．教学目标与重难点根据教学内容及学生认知特点，我将教学目标设定为三个方面：（一）知识与技能：1.能听说认读bedroom,study,等五个单词。
2.能用本课句型询问物品所在的地点--Is she/he in the...?--Yes,she/he is.No,she/he isn’t.3.能根据情境进行简单的英语交流，培养学生的交流的能力。
（二）过程与方法：建立“自主、合作、探究”的学习模式，通过形式多样的朗读和设置情景来学习本课知识。
（三）情感态度价值观教育学生养成良好的生活习惯，热爱自己的家。

PEP小学英语四年级上册Unit4 A Learn教学设计一、背景分析本课时来源于 PEP 人教版四年级上册的第四单元Part A第二课时的内容。
从本单元教材的整体来看，单元话题是谈论家庭的布置、陈设和各个功能房间以及家庭成员的日常活动。
而本课作为本单元的第二课时，主要学习bedroom, study, living room, kitchen和bathroom五个新词，以及使用Where’s she? Is she in the...? Yes, she is. No, she isn’t.去询问某人是否在某房间，在此过程中再次达到使用新词的目的。
而学生在第一课时Let’s talk中已经学习了上述句子结构，也已经初步接触了living room, study和kitchen 等单词。
因此，在设计教学环节时，在努力贴近学生生活实际，充分体现教学生活化的同时，也要设置略高于教材难度的语用目标，让学生跳一跳，摘苹果。
学生在第一课时已学习本单词大部分单词及目标句型，且本身英语基础较好，也掌握一定的词、句、段、章的知识积累和阅读能力。
但孩子们毕竟是阅读初学者，我侧重于将课文代入一个完整的主线，通过具有针对性的整体文本输入的指导和循序渐进的阅读梯级任务的设置，培养学生的阅读能力和语用能力。
二、教学目标1.学生能听、说、认读五个表示房间的单词：bedroom, study, living room, kitchen，bathroom。
2.学生能运用句型Where’s she? Is she in the...? Yes, she is. No, she isn’t.来询问，猜测人物的位置，并作出相应回答。
3.学生能运用本课习得的句型框架和语言描述自己的家，并谈一谈与家人的活动：This is my home. It has a ..., a ... and .../My ... and I ... in the ...4.学生能够明白家人的爱和陪伴构成了温馨之家的要素，更懂得珍惜自己的家人，爱自己的家。
