零件进行高频淬火，350～370℃回火，HRC40～45。

进行高温时效处理。
3.公差要求：未注形状公差应符合GB1184-80的要求。
未注长度尺寸允许偏差±0.5mm。

本规范规定了模具(工装)的申请、验收、使用、维护、保养、报废等过程控制的要求。
This code specifies the requirements of application, acceptance, use, maintenance, scrap and other process control of molds (tooling).本规范合用于集团模具(工装)的管理及控制。
This specification applies to the management and control of mold (tooling).使用部门根据设计要求提出模具(工装)制作申请，经中心负责人审核报生产技术部。
The user department shall submit the application for mold(tooling) production according to the design requirements, which shall be examined and reported to the production technology department by the person in charge of the center.生产技术部负责批准模具(工装)申请，并负责模具(工装)设计。
The production technology department is responsible for approving the application of molds (tooling) and designing the molds (tooling).生产技术部组织生产、设计、质管部门验收新模具与设计要求的符合性，合格方可启用。

General 总则The design specification is an integral part of the written ordering of tools for all future tool orders. Changes to or deviations from the items described here are subject to written approval from NEEF GmbH & Co. KG. In confirming the order, the manufacturer assumesresponsibility for the functionality of the tool, the dimensional accuracy of the part, compliance with the deadline and cost targets and the output.本设计规范为今后模具定购合同不可或缺的一部分。

2. Design documents 设计文档As a rule, design drawings must be produced for all new tools! Regular technical meetings and progress checks are held during the design phase. The construction of the tools must not begin until the tool design has been released and approved by NEEF. However, approval does not release you from the responsibility for the functionality of the tools and the dimensional accuracy of the parts. Prior to delivery of the tools to NEEF, a minimum of 50 items/sets of sample parts must be provided, together with a design drawing of the delivered tool status (size A0) folded in the folder with a parts list and CAD data (see “Data Exchange” form). All drawings and parts lists must be marked with the NEEF order number.所有新开模具必须要配有设计图纸。

Reference points (hole and area) must have already been specified on the tool during the design for each insert, separate part and spare part. The reference points and their areas must later be clearly marked in the tool and be designed so that reproduction of a part or insert is possible without ambiguity and without the rest of the tool.在设计每一个镶块和部件时，必须已经在模具上标注参考点（孔和区域）。

The various axis systems must be assigned layer 0 in the method planning and the design of areas and tools. In deviation from the reference system, the lines are labeled :X/Y =100mmZ = 150 mm A reference axis system must be shown in the drawings for each tool layer.In 3D tool designs, the left section must be left in the mains.在工法图以及模具设计时，一定要指明坐标系(layer 0). 如果与参照坐标有偏离时，所有的线标注为：X/Y =100mmZ = 150 mm。

A test exchange must be performed prior to the data exchange and the values set for the CAD format, data medium and remote data transmission are binding for the respective order. CAD data comprise the following:ٛComplete tool design (if commissioned)ٛEDM data (2D or 3D contours) without offset values (marking zero contour, stamp/die) Area data for creating milling programs。
ٛAll CAD data are reliant on correct marking of the tool and vehicle axis system. A separate parts list must be drawn up for standard parts from which the manufacturer and order number can be identified. The wear parts/spare parts as indicated on the drawing mustbe listed in a separate list with a drawing number.ٛ在开始数据交换之前要进行测试。

3. Tool designation 模具标识NEEF model plates must be attached on the bottom of the tools on the operator side (front of press). Each level must be marked separately. If the tool is a drawing die, a picture of the pulling tab (see photograph in appendix) must be attached. All components in the tool must be marked with the order and item number (see photograph in appendix). In the case of progressive dies, the first cut must be clearly marked on the cutting die with a groove and red paint. A label with “first cut” must be attached outside of the tool where it can easily be seen (see photograph in appendix). The label: Property of... Inventory no. .... is provided by the T team at Neef and must be attached to the left-hand side of the end plate when the tool is inserted.
