Typical Performance Properties
• Silicone durability - exhibits excellent long term resistance to ultraviolet radiation, high and low temperatures, rain, snow and natural weathering with negligible change in elasticity. • Stable consistency (uncured state) - supplied as a lightweight paste the consistency of which remains relatively unchanged over a wide temperature range. The material will extrude easily from the cartridge or container and remains workable under almost any practical temperature without requiring heating (other sealant types can stiffen upon exposure to cooler conditions and require heating in order to dispense and work the material). • Thermal stability (cured state) - once cured, the material remains flexible over a temperature range of -55°F (-48°C) to 250°F (121°C). • Primerless adhesion - bonds to most conventional substrates and finishes including: glass, glass coatings, ceramic frits, fluropolymer and powder coated paints, conversion-coated and anodized aluminum. 1、硅酮密封胶要保持原密封状态贮存于4-27摄氏度之间的阴凉干燥处;
2、从生产日期算起,一般保质期在6个月左右;
3、硅酮密封胶不宜用于渗出油脂、增塑剂或其它溶剂的建材表面;
4、不要在油漆表面使用,可能会因漆膜龟裂或剥落而造成密封失败;
5、不能用在会直接接触食品的表面或易遭到机械磨损的地方,以免误食;
6、建议不要在中午或建材表面温度低于4℃或高于40℃的时候使用,以免达不到所需效果。

1.GE东芝381硅酮耐候密封胶是单组份、中性固化及具有高模量特性的建筑耐候密封胶,.GE东芝381能在较广泛条件下挤出使用,并快速地与大气中的水分发生化学作用,形成一种经久耐用、高性能及具高弹性的硅酮密封胶。

2.采用标准:GE东芝381硅酮耐候密封胶具有优异的耐候性能,对于大多数建筑材料如玻璃、金属、马赛克石料及其他材料都有极强附着力。

满足日本JIS A5758G-30SLM工业标准的各项性能指标。

3.储存方式:在27℃以下的干燥通风阴凉处贮存,贮存期为12个月。

4.使用前的准备工作:按照要求安装衬垫材料或接口填补剂,垫杆隔离物和胶带。

同接口相联的区域应采用遮蔽带,以确保密封胶密封线的整洁。

5为确保在多孔性或非多孔性表面的最佳粘结性,在工程开工前都应做粘结性测试。

配制工艺
(2) 碳酸钙的表面处理
称取一定量的 CaCO3 加入到高速混合机中预热到120 ℃左 右,混合30~60 min ; 然后加入填料总量的 0. 5 % ~ 2. 0 % 的改性剂 , 控制温度为 110 ~130 ℃,充分混合 60~180 min 。 使用的改性剂主要有偶联剂、表面活性剂、聚合物、饱和或 不饱和有机酸等。一般选用各类饱和或不饱和脂肪酸对 CaC O3进行干法或湿法改性。覆盖在 CaCO3 表面的有机酸具有 柔软的脂肪族长链 ,能在有机基料分子上弯曲缠绕 ,增强结合 力,对提高两相相容性起到一定的效果。特别是不饱和有机 酸用于表面改性时 ,由于含有不饱和双键 ,还可参与接枝、交 联和聚合反应 ,使CaCO3 填料与基料的亲合性更强。 (3) 各组分除水
在完全无水的条件下发生第一种反应,得到丙酮肟基封 端的聚二甲基硅氧烷,遇水汽发生后两种反应生成具有 交联网络状结构的弹性体。因此填料中的微量水分,在 配制及储存过程中对产品的稳定性是不利的。
配制工艺
(1) 白炭黑的表面处理
白炭黑是密封胶的理想补强填料 ,但它与有机大分子间的亲 和性差,粉末易团聚而不易均匀分散 ,制得的密封胶因分子间 内摩擦增大而产生内应力 ,在受到外力作用下易产生分子间 的滑移和断裂 ,因而需要对白炭黑进行表面改性。表面改性 就是使白炭黑粒子表面的活性羟基与有机小分子发生缩合反 应,而在白炭黑表面覆盖一层有机小分子 ,从而改善白炭黑粒 子与密封胶大分子间的浸润性、均匀分散性、界面结合强度 和加工工艺性 ,提高密封胶的综合性能。常用的表面处理剂 有八甲基环四硅氧烷 (D4) 、羟基硅油、六甲基二硅氮烷、 硅烷偶联剂等。表面处理剂的用量一般为白炭黑质量的 8 %~ 12 % , 不同的改性剂对白炭黑的补强效果不同。

Construction of this architectural feat posed extraordinary challenges to Gartner Shanghai (Permasteelisa Group), the largest curtainwall fabricator in the world. Earthquakes, typhoon-level winds, extreme weather conditions, and ultra-violet exposure demanded an inventive structural design and an advanced silicone structural glazing (SSG) solution.The SoluTion:ge SSg4400: Powerful Performance for SWFC’s Demanding Design RequirementsAfter a thorough review, Gartner Shanghai selected GE SSG4400 UltraGlaze*, a high-strength, two-part silicone elastomeric sealant/adhesive, to construct the tower’s complex curtainwall system. With high mechanical strength and long-term durability, flexibility and stability, SSG4400 created a lasting bond between the glass and the SWFC’s aluminum frame, delivering a high safety factor to the design, and exceeding the required safety guidelines by five times.Soaring to an impressive height of 492 meters (1,600 feet), with 101 above-ground floors, the Shanghai World Financial Center (SWFC) is among the tallest, most intricately designed buildings in the world. The building’s striking profile is that of a square prism, intersected by two sweeping arcs to form the building’s signature opening: a vertically-evolving six-sided shape that resembles the ancient Chinese symbol of the earth. Here,at 472 meters (located on the 100th floor), the architectural vision for the building to serve as a symbolic link between heaven and earth is realized.SSG4400’s fundamental properties allow it to endure severe impact, reducing potential for damage brought on by extreme winds, precipitation, and range of seismic activity, all quite common in Shanghai.Using SSG4400 also helped improve the project’s overall production schedule.
