place in our country in the past 70 years.People living standards have improved a lot. What
are the changes of our country?
(2)T:Our city has changed a lot over the past 30 years. What are the changes of our city?
(3)T:And there are some great changs in my life too.

教学反思：
本节课主要讨论的是Mike一家过去与现在的变化，执教者抓住“change”这条主线，以建国70 周年为契机，先由国家、溧阳的变化引到自己生活的变化，激发学生的情感，为学习课文作铺垫。再通过讨论Mike的变化，让学生知道如何去学习文本（先看图略读，再精读拓展，最后想象发挥），然后利用所学方法学生自主、合作学习Mike家人的变化。最后通过话题the changes of your family输出文本，思路清晰，环节紧扣，任务设置由易到难，层层递进，整节课充分激发了学生的学生兴趣，学生想说、愿说、会说。但是让学生说说国家、城市以及自己家庭的变化确实是有难度，学生在课前也作了大量的预习准备工作。

本课时包括Let’s try 和 Let’s talk 两个板块。Let’s try是听力训练，呈现的是吴一凡的爷爷参观学校、与孩子们对话的材料。通过听力的练习，引出核心句型There be(过去式)，为Let’s talk 对话部分的学习创设语言情景。Let’s talk呈现的是吴一凡的爷爷和孩子们交流学校过去情况的场景。在学校里，吴一凡的爷爷观看学校的照片，引出用There was.../There were…对过去学校的介绍。Sarah从爷爷的介绍中联想到自己想要参观月球的愿望，从而引出人类首次登月的信息。本课时谈论学校情景的话题，贴近学生的生活，真实，有意义，学生们非常感兴趣，满足了学生的求知欲，激发了学生想要用英语表达的欲望，培养学生对英语学习的热情。
