MAG II GAMING GUN BLACKOPS2 COMPETITION PROPOSALThis proposal will outline the specific details of a video game competition using the Mag II Gaming Guns. After you have completed reading this proposal, you should be able to understand:∙How the competition will function and how the Mag II Gaming Gun will be used.∙How many hours the competition will run, including a breakdown of minutes of gameplay, breaks and practice rounds.∙The date and duration of the competition.∙How winners will be determined and what they will win.∙The featured game and rules of the competition.∙What items need to be rented, security, staffing and cash prizes for the competition and what the itemized costs are.∙In what location the competition will be held.∙What BYAG will require from you in order to ensure our staff is well-versed in the operation of the Mag II Gaming Guns.∙What aspects of the competition will be recorded and photographed.This competition will consist of two stations, where four competitors will compete simultaneously using the Mag II Gaming Guns. The details are as follows:∙The competition will be double elimination (Competition could change to single elimination depending on the number of gamers participating in the competition).∙Each of the four gamers will play in a 5 minute round proceeding their competitive rounds, giving them an opportunity to acclimate themselves to the Mag II Gaming Gun.∙Each round of competitive gameplay will be 10 minutes.∙There will be a 5 minute break between each competitive round.The breakdown of adjustment rounds, minutes of gameplay and breaks are as follows:∙If an additional round of gameplay is not needed to determine a winner, there will be a total of 480 minutes (8hrs) of competitive gameplay, breaks and adjustment rounds (An additionalround of gameplay will be needed if the winner from the winner’s bracket loses in the finalround, since this is a double elimination competition).∙If an additional round of gameplay is needed to determine a winner, there will be a total of 500 minutes (8.3hrs) of competitive gameplay, breaks and adjustment rounds.The competition will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2013. The competition will begin at 8am and end at 5pm.The winners of the competition will be determined as follows:∙32+ gamers will compete against one another in a traditional bracket style competition until 1 gamer has succeeded in beating each of his/her competitors.∙Only gamers from the winner’s bracket will be eligible for the opportunity to go to E3 2013, except for the winner from the loser’s bracket who participates in the final round (that gamerwill be considered a winner for making it to the final round).∙Round 3 of the winners bracket is the only round where scores will be recorded: the top scoring gamers from that round aside from the two finalists, will win the opportunity to go to E3 2013.∙The gamer who wins the final round/match of gameplay will be considered the 1st place winner.∙The gamer who loses the final round/match of gameplay will be considered the 2nd place winner.∙The winner of the entire competition (1st place winner) will win $150.∙The runner up (2nd place winner) will win $75.The featured game in this competition will be Black Ops 2. The style of play will be FFA (Free For All). Flower St., Los Angeles, CA 90015BYAG will require the following to ensure that our staff is proper trained on how to use the Mag II Gaming Gun and to ensure that we are able to teach each gamer how to properly use the Gaming Gun:∙ A manual including detailed directions on how to operate the Gaming Gun.∙Four Gaming Guns sent to us at least 1 to 2 weeks prior to the date of the competition.BYAG will provide video and photos from the event. Media will include:∙Video/Photos of the gamers in competition, using the Mag II Gaming Guns.∙Video of interviews of gamers speaking on their thoughts on competing with the Gaming Guns.∙Video/Photos of the 1st place winner, the 2nd place winner and all of the winners who will be attending E3 2013.∙Photos of gamers holding the Gaming Guns.At least 20 gamers have already posted an interest in participating in a competition featuring your Mag II Gaming Guns. Also, if you are able to send any merchandise such as: posters, stickers, t-shirts, banners, etc., with your Company’s logo on it, to create a presence for your company at the competition, it would be a great addition.
