摘要

模具是制造业的一种基本工艺装备,它的作用是控制和限制材料(固态或液态)的流动,使之形成所需要的形体。用模具制造零件以其效率高,产品质量好,材料消耗低,生产成本低而广泛应用于制造业中。

目前世界模具市场供不应求,模具的主要出口国是美国,日本,法国,瑞士等国家。中国模具出口数量极少,但中国模具钳工技术水平高,劳动成本低,只要配备一些先进的数控制模设备,提高模具加工质量,缩短生产周期,沟通外贸渠道,模具出口将会有很大发展。研究和发展模具技术,提高模具技术水平,对于促进国民经济的发展有着特别重要的意义。

本次设计的题目是电脑键盘按键注射模具设计,本次设计是根据零件的实体形状结构,通过测绘得到各个尺寸,用 AutoCAD 绘制装配图及零件图。通过本课题能够帮助我系统了解塑料的工艺性及注塑成型的有关成型原理、工艺特点等,正确分析成型工艺对模具的要求;掌握模具结构及零部件的设计、计算方法、模具结构特点及设计程序等;了解其它模具有关知识及模具 CAD/CAM;本课题还与机械制图、公差配合、材料学、模具制造工艺学等课程关系紧密,是所学知识综合应用。

Abstract

Mold is a kind of basic manufacturing technology and equipment, its purpose is to control and limit of material (solid or liquid) flow, the form of need. With mold manufacturing parts for its high efficiency, products of good quality and low material consumption, low production cost and widely used in manufacturing.

The world mold market in short supply, the leading exporter of mould is the United States, Japan, France, Switzerland and other countries. China mold export quantity is few, but China mold and die locksmith technology level is high, low labor costs, armed with some advanced numerical control molding equipment, improve the quality of mould processing, shorten the production cycle, communication channels, and foreign trade mold exports will have great development. Mold technology research and development, improve the level of mould technology, to promote the development of the national economy has a special important significance.

The topic of this design is plastic injection mold design, the design is according to the shape of the entity of the parts structure, various size is obtained by surveying and mapping, using AutoCAD drawing assembly drawing and part drawing. Through this topic system that can help me understand about forming principle of technology of plastics and plastic injection molding, process characteristics, etc., correctly analyze the requirement of the molding process of mould; To grasp the method of design and calculation of the die structure and parts, die structure characteristics and design procedures, etc.; Understand other mould related knowledge and mould CAD/CAM; This topic is also working with mechanical drawing, tolerance matching, material science, closely tied to mould manufacturing technology, and course, is the integrated application of knowledge.
