奥斯卡主办方美国电影艺术与科学学院近日投票打算，将美国明星比尔·考斯比和法籍波兰裔导演罗曼·波兰斯基从学院除名，也就是说他们将不再拥有奥斯卡的投票权。
“政治正确”几乎成了美国社会无人逾越的红线，尤其在媒体和民众关注度极高的消遣圈，其敏感性不仅越来越影响一部作品，一档节目的走向，甚至打算一个人的命运。
正因如此，最近关于“政治与艺术是否分家”的争论在美国愈发火热起来——明星与大师的艺术成就，是否应受他们的丑闻影响？
奥斯卡迟到的开除
此前，考斯比被起诉三项性侵罪名，并面临60余名女性的指控，可以说是在韦恩斯坦大事爆发之后，波及最广的美国消遣界人士之一。
波兰斯基的“罪状”则仍旧是40年前的“强奸案”，当时他因与未成年
少女发生性关系而面临指控，却在审判前逃回欧洲，之后再没有踏足美国。
即便在其作品《钢琴家》获得奥斯卡最佳导演、男主角和改编剧本奖时，波兰斯基也没敢回美领奖，倒是在瑞士曾被当局逮捕，差一点就被引渡。
之所以时隔如此之久，美国电影学院才“处理”波兰斯基，主要还是由于如今“MT”反性侵运动掀起的舆论攻势愈加强硬。
美国电影学院此次开除二人会员资格，是基于今年初制定的新条例：学院收到投诉后可要求会员0日内作出回应，当事人也有0天的时间提出上诉，但学院有权不敬重这个流程，直接执行决议。
也就是说，美国电影学院在会员资格上，可以有完全自主的“司法权”和“执
法权”。
对于波兰斯基这类状况来说，基本上他们就丢失了辩护权。
因此，波兰斯基的辩护律师表示，学院这样的做法很愚昧，树立了一个坏典型，“波兰斯基已经向受害者道了歉，受害女性也原谅了他”。
