教学步骤:第一步:导入1.利用图片展示不同场景中的民航服务,引发学生对话题的兴趣。

2.通过问题的提问,了解学生对民航服务的基本了解程度。

第二步:学习基本表达方式和用语1.给学生发放学习材料,对基本表达方式和用语进行讲解和示范。

2.教师与学生进行对话,练习基本表达方式和用语。
