教学内容:1.民航服务英语的基本表达方式和用语;2.预定机票、办理登机手续、询问航班信息、说明行李要求、预定餐食等服务场景对话;3.各个国家的飞行常识和服务习俗。

教学步骤:第一步:导入1.利用图片展示不同场景中的民航服务,引发学生对话题的兴趣。

2.通过问题的提问,了解学生对民航服务的基本了解程度。

第二步:学习基本表达方式和用语1.给学生发放学习材料,对基本表达方式和用语进行讲解和示范。

2.教师与学生进行对话,练习基本表达方式和用语。

第三步:分组角色扮演1.将学生分成小组,每个小组由一名学生扮演旅客,其他学生分别扮演机场工作人员、空乘人员等角色。

Most people’s perception of the cabin crew role is that they are there to serve coffee and refreshments to the passengers. Whilst there is some truth in this, the main part of their role is for safety. In fact, it is a legal requirement for the aircraft to be carrying a specific number of cabin crew on board at any one time. As a member of the cabin crew team for your selected airline you will be required to undergo rigorous cabin crew safety and aviation training, as well as learning how to give safety demonstrations to passengers. In this module we will look at some of the more important procedures you need to learn in order to become cabin crew.
