中国人民大学《大学英语》课程分级教学管理办法(试行)
中国人民大学《大学英语》课程分级教学管理办法（试行）为进一步规范大学英语课程分级教学管理，充分利用学生学习时间，调动学生英语学习积极性，提高英语学习效果，特制定本办法。
一、基本要求根据教育部《大学英语课程教学要求》（2007）及《中国人民大学大学英语课程教学大纲》（2012）文件精神，大学英语课程设置分为基础和高级两个阶段。
学生按照相关规定，完成大学英语课程学习内容并考核合格，即符合大学英语课程结业要求。
此外，按照学校实施“本科人才培养路线图”有关部署，结合提升人才培养国际性，强调学生外语（英语）口语表达能力培养的总体要求，从2013级学生开始，学校全面实施《中国人民大学英语口语能力标准》（试行）（以下简称《口语标准》），实行“中国人民大学英语口语水平测试”（以下简称“口语测试”），并修订完善了大学英语分级教学课程体系。
所有非英语专业本科学生均需参加“口语测试”，通过后可获得2学分口语学习成绩以及口语能力达标证书。
二、分级管理大学英语课程实行分级教学，原则上分为大学英语2级、大学英语3级、大学英语4级三个级别。
大学英语2级是起始级，4级为最高级。
新生入学时，外国语学院统一组织新生进行分级考试，根据学生分级考试成绩，给出学生英语学习的起点建议。
学生可以根据分级建议选择相应级别的课程学习。
被建议到高一级别课程学习的学生，也可以选择低级别的课程学习。
根据学生学习的具体情况，学生也可以跳级学习。
具体办法是：本级别学习期末考试成绩在90分以上的学生，可在下一学期期初第一周提出跳级学习申请，并参加外国语学院组织的跳级考试。
成绩合格者，经任课教师同意，外国语学院跳级学习审核小组审核通过，可调整到高一级别学习。
例如，2级起点学生在第二学期初可申请参加3级水平考试，成绩合格者可跳到4级学习。
分级后进入大学英语3、4级学习的学生不要求补修低级别课程，也不记低级别课程的成绩和学分。
入学时通过考试进入“大学英语国际化拔尖型人才培养实验班”的学生，按《大学英语国际化拔尖型人才培养试点方案》执行。

学困生的定义及形成原因
学 困生又 叫 “ 学业不 良”或 者 “ 习无 能” 学 ，这一概念 是在 ２ 加 自卑的境地。 ０ 世纪 ６ ０年代 由美国学者柯克 （ 、Ｋｉ ）提 出的 。简单 来讲就是非 Ｓ ｒ ｋ ３以发展的眼光对待重修课学生。对待重修课学生应该以表扬 ． 智力 因素 ，但是在英语听 、说 、读、写 、译等方 面出现 困难 、障碍 ， 为主 ，不要过分 重视分数 。摆 脱 自卑重建 自信是 一个漫 长复杂的过 学习成绩不合 格的学生 。有关心 理学专家研 究表明 ，自卑 、厌 学 、 程，老师应该时 刻充满信心 ，善 于发 现重修课学 生的优 点，并帮助 拒教是英语方面学困生的普遍特征。 学习目的不明确，意志薄弱， 他 们最大 限度 的发挥优点 。不 要总把 他们和其他学 生相比较 ，只要 “ 自制力 差会 导致低的 自我效 能感；学校 以学 生的成绩论英雄 ，反复 他 们 比昨天有进 步就是朝着好 的方向发展 ，就应 该时刻鼓 励他们 ， 失败 的体验让 学困生对 自己的能力失去信心 ，从而损坏他们 自我效 积极 促进重修课学生 的全面发展 。 ４ 消除不良情绪。由于考试不及格的原因给重修课学生造成很 ． 能的发展；家长的教育方式也会影响学生 自 我效能的发展，百依百 多不良情绪， 这些不良情绪严重影响着生活和学习。 消除的方法有： 顺或过分严厉都会导致学困生低下的 自 我效能感” 。 “ 学困生 ”的形成 原因是多方面 的： ４ １问卷调查。老师可以采用问卷调查的形式让学生说出自己 ． １社会 因素。如今的社会 已经步入现代化 ，市场经济 也逐 渐繁 的困惑。比如可以设计这样的问题：你学习的障碍是什么？你希撂 ． 荣，社会上 的功利 观念使得一些在校 大学生产 生了厌学心理 。于此 老师 采取什么样 的授课 方式 ？你 的业 余爱好是什么 ？等等。这些 问 同时，最近几年社会上出现的就业难问题＿ 日益严重，使学生觉得学 题 不是智力测试 ，更不是考试 ，与成 绩没有任何关 系，让重修课学 习好也依 旧找不到工 作，因此，久而久之一些 学生变成 了学 困生。 生如实回答 ，这样 不仅可 以缓解 学生 的精神压力 ，还可 以使老师更 ２学校 因素。刚刚成为大学 生的学生们在 高中阶段都 是应 试教 好的了解学生的真实需求，真正做到以学生为主题。 ． 育，尤其英语是一个特殊的学科，在很多情况下不是英语不是 “ 学” ４ ２克服恐惧心理。学困生的恐惧来自于开口难，由于哑巴英 ． 会的，更多的是 “ 练”会的。大学老师不像中学老师时刻督促和监 语造成的恐惧心理不可忽视。老师应鼓励重修课学生多开口，不要 督学生 ，所 以那些 自制力差的学 生在 考试时经 常会 不及格 ，时间久 怕 出错 ，告诉学生 出错 属于正常现象 不必过分担心 。如果能把 口语 了就会有 自卑和恐惧心理 ，最后成为学 困生 。 作为突破 口的话会起到事 半功 倍的效果 。 ３家庭 因素。如今的孩子都 是家里的独 生子，家长过 分溺 爱。 ． ４ ３增加课堂趣味 性 。老师应在 课外多下功 夫，多找和课文相 ． 成为大学生后意味着 要独立生活 ，在 溺爱环境 下长大的孩子没有 生 关 的课外资料 ，尽 可能使课堂知识生活 化，简单化 。可以多利用多 活 自理的能力 ，生 活上时常一 团糟 ，这也是 导致 学习困难 的一 个重 媒体，视频，语音室等教学设施，多角度的给学生展示英文的魅力， 要原因。另外，随着经济的飞速发展使人们的生活方式和价值观念 使学 生对英 语学习产生兴趣 。 发生了很大的变化， 这些变化也影响也家庭，所以产生了单亲家庭、 三 、总结 寄养家庭、重组家庭、离异家庭、富裕家庭、贫困家庭等等，这些 重修课学生是学校里面一个特殊的群体，他们比一般的学生更 都给孩子的心理造成很大的伤害，这也是导致学习困难的一个不可 加敏感，承受的压力也比别的同学要大。因此，教师应从心理方面 入手 ，多多关心这些特 殊的学生 。每个 教师都有责任让学 生认 识到 忽视 的原因。 ４ 个人因素 。一些 学生 自制力 比较 差、学 习十 分被动 ，而 且没 英语 学习的好坏是 和 自身的努力 ，方法 有关，一时 的落后 并不能决 ． 有 目标。这种学生不知道学习的 日 的是什么，没有理想，久而久之 定一切 ，只要及时 改正 态度，再加上 正确 的方法每个人都 能学好英 就会 失去学习的动力和信 心，一遇到 困难就放弃 ，慢慢的造成学 习 语 。当然这 个过程是漫长 的，它 需要 每一个教育工 作者共 同努力 困难 ，最后 成为学困生 。 参考文献： ［］ １陈栩， 张建霞。 郭斯萍． 谈学困生 自我效能的培养［］教育探索．０６ ９． －． Ｉ ２０ （） 以上是造成学困生的几个方面，下面就以重修课学生为例提出 ［］ ２王景英，粱红梅． 后现代主义对教育评价研究的启示［］ 东北师大学报 Ｊ． 几点有效措施。

《大学英语》重修细则要求
外国语学院各专业重修细则要求
根据学校关于加强教学管理工作、规范教学各环节、提高教学质量的相关规定和要求，外国语学院依据淮北师范大学《<普通高等学校学生管理规定>（教育部41号令）淮北师范大学实施办法》的有关要求和规定，对各专业学生重修课程做出如下要求：
1.每学期第三周之前，需要重修本学期课程的同学，请参照各年级
课表选择和确认上课班级以及上课老师，各班级以班级为单位将有任课老师签字的重修申请表交到学院办公室，并领取重修听课证。
2.需要重修的学生，必须持有教务部门加盖公章的重修听课证（重
修听课证上的各项信息必须完整、正确），根据学院安排，找任课老师报到，跟班上课。
3.学生无正当理由，不按时办理重修手续，所缺课时将视为旷课。
4.重修学生旷课累计达6学时或缺交课程作业的，取消其参加该门
课程的考核资格。
5.重修课程因时间冲突，学生不能坚持全程听课，必须提出免听申
请。
经学院审核后，符合免听要求的，重修学生持加盖教务处公章的“重修听课证”和学院审核后加盖学院公章的免听申请，找任课老师办理免听手续。
6.办理免听手续后，根据任课老师的要求，可以部分免听或全部免
听，但应当主动与任课教师保持联系，完成教师布置的学习任务，并参加课程考试。
未办理免听手续的，取消其参加该门课程的考核资格。

大学英语毕业总补考案例下的课程重修设想一、大学英语毕业总补考案例举要按照学校学籍学历管理规定，学生在毕业离校之际有必修科目没有拿到应有学分，需要参加毕业总补考。
2016年，全校参加大学英语毕业总补考的学生共有128人，大学英语补考科目共有8门，含大学英语A1，A2，A3，A4及大学英语B1，B2，B3，B4。
学校每年一度的毕业总补考对促进高校学籍学历管理，培养合格人才，保证人才质量具有积极意义，但仍有一些问题值得思考。
二、大学英语毕业总补考存在问题1.毕业总补考存在时间冲突毕业总补考是在学校正常教学期间，考试时间不能安排太散，且考试不只有英语科目，还有专业课和其他公共课的补考，所以所有大学英语的毕业总补考安排在一个下午进行，即仅能安排两场考试。
笔者进行了统计，128名学生中有20名学生有两场或两场以上的考试安排，有3人有3门课考试，1人有4门课的考试，而且大学英语课的补考含有听力考试。
这样有的学生补考科目恰巧在同一时间段，如A1与A2安排在同一时段，则学生只能选择其中一项，难以兼顾，这些学生占补考学生数的近20%。
不能参加补考的科目则只能通过延长考试时间，或者学生在几个考场间窜考，破坏了补考管理的严肃性。
2.毕业总补考违反学习规律学生大学英语学习是在大学英语联盟一年级和二年级，毕业前进行大学英语补考，已经是他们停止英语课的学习两学年后了，进行大学英语毕业补考的学生往往是英语学习困难生，之所以在正常学习期间英语学习不能合格，是因为英语学习能力或英语学习自觉性和主动性都较差引起的，对于本来英语学习就困难的学生来说，需要他们在不开设英语课及无人督促和监管的情况下，自主有效的坚持两年大学英语学习不现实，大学英语学习效果更无从谈起，补考结果可想而知，本次补考的128名学生卷面成绩及格率仅为57%。
由此可见，毕业总补考环节更多意义上被疑为走程序，不利于人才培养及质量提升。
3.毕业总补考不利学风建设从学生层面来看，部分学生自身不够重视毕业总补考，部分同学存有侥幸心理，认为学校不会不让他们毕业，抱着碰碰运气差不多就能过的思想，甚至考试前找任课老师，软磨硬泡，曾有学生甚至说出“老师，只要您帮忙让过，我可以不惜一切代价”极端话语；还有学生说出“我专业课都过了，就您大学英语不让我毕业”刺激话语，给任课老师带来一定压力。
