现场操作手册FOM1.1 MRIL 安全MRIL是一种粗糙不平的仪器,这已经在全世界的现场被证实。
应当遵循可靠的预防措施来延长仪器的工作寿命,并且更重要的是确保所有的涉及它的操作人员的安全。
正如以前规定,放射性辐射源与该仪器没有关联,因此不论在车间还是井场这对于个人安全表现出实质性的提高。
1.2 标准操作步骤1.2.1 化学安全硫酸铜,用于刻度目的溶解到水,有毒绝对不应摄食。
操作处理固态或者溶液形式的硫酸铜应戴橡胶手套。
化学药品的排废需要小心并且依照当地环境法规。
详情咨询你所在地区的HSQE(健康安全质量环境)官员。
咨询材料安全数据表(MSDS)以进一步小心操作和处理。
1.2.2 电气安全总要检查测井电缆的绝缘和连通特性。
在仪器串物理拆离前总要放出储存在电容储能部分的高电压。
该高压电平能在MRIL测井控制窗口中监视到。
绝对不可在套管中给发射器供电。
绝对不可在电子线路部分没有连接井场校验器或者天线探头推靠部分给发射器供电。
如果没有置入法拉第筒绝对不可以在地面对全部仪器串供电。
总要仔细注意供电和断电步骤特别是仪器组合了其它的服务项目。
1.2.3 机械安全仪器极其重。
强烈建议使用小型移动式吊车来搬上或者搬下仪器到任何平板式运输工具。
当使用任何类型的吊车提升仪器时仅仅使用认证过的吊带。
你的装备包裹里提供的精灵吊,当按照每一部使用说明时在车间环境里使用会极好帮助提升和移动仪器。
MRIL天线推靠探头部分应该特别仔细处理。
避免任何撞击当:——装入或者卸载仪器;——井口装卸仪器;——运输仪器;——清洗仪器。
1.2.4 强力永久磁场天线推靠探头部分(永磁铁)在周围环境布满大量铁磁性材料处如钻井平台和/或施工步道会难于放置到位。

乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠EDDHA-Na价格贵,各种螯合与漂白效果和宣传的严重不符合,严重夸大了其螯合与分散的性能,乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠EDDHA-Na含大量磷,误导消费者以为是无磷产品,实际含磷量接近于有机磷产品如HEDP等。
含磷量:HEDP总磷含量20%,EDDHA-Na的总磷含量为18%,二者有机磷含量相差无几。
钙离子螯合值:HEDP的钙离子螯合值450mg/g,EDDHA-Na的钙离子螯合值380mg/g,EDDHA-Na的钙离子螯合能力不如HEDP,这也就是EDDHA-Na作为水处理剂效果明显差于HEDP的原因。
铁离子螯合值:HEDP的铁离子螯合值1000mg/g,EDDHA-Na的铁离子螯合值970mg/g,EDDHA-Na的铁离子螯合能力稍差于HEDP,实际应用也表明,作为双氧水稳定剂,HEDP稳定双氧水的效果和最终得到的白度要好于EDDHA-Na。
耐碱性:HEDP和EDDHA-Na的耐碱性相同,pH值超过11后,各种性能急剧下降。
价格:EDDHA-Na的价格远高于同等含量的HEDP,乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠EDDHA-Na 宣传的是一支无磷化学品,因此市场报价很高,很多客户接受这个价格也是看中其无磷的特性,但实际含磷量很高,已经接近于有机磷的产品。
结论:乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠EDDHA-Na含大量磷,价格贵,各种效果和宣传的严重不符合,严重夸大了其螯合与分散的性能。

关于EDDHA-Fe一、产品简介:目前国内一般使用硫酸亚铁做为植物补充铁元素的营养剂,其生物利用率低,植物吸收率仅为5-10%,如果施用过多还会造成土壤盐碱化,适用范围很窄,只能对酸性土壤PH≤7以下的适用,超过PH7以上根本不起任何作用。
本品由于经过独特的螯合反应,可以适用于PH≤9以下的土壤,可以使植物达100%的吸收,从而使其应用范围大大拓宽,用量仅为普通营养剂的1—5%,施用后对土壤无任何负面影响,相反还能固定土壤中的有益成分,减少流失,有利于调节土壤的酸碱性,防止土壤硬化。

使用方法及用量:1.灌根用法:将EDDHA铁先用少量水溶解,再根据需要加适量水备用。
绕果树树冠或沿植物两侧挖15-20厘米深槽沟,把溶液均匀倒入槽沟并立即填平,加水量以溶液能在沟内分布均匀并渗入到根部为准。
2.滴灌及冲施用法:定期加入灌溉水中,随水冲施,施用次数依缺铁严重程度,适量增减,每亩用量70-100克。
3.叶面喷施:用水稀释3000-5000倍施用。
4.作为叶面肥、冲施肥及复合肥原料:EDDHA螯合铁在土壤中PH值3—12的范围内均可良好吸收,(PH值越高,EDDHA螯合铁相对于EDTA螯合铁和硫酸亚铁的优势越明显),当作物在不缺水和基础肥料的情况下,该产品的应用效果会最好。
由于一种肥料的缺乏也会引发其他微量肥料的缺乏,因此,在施用前应对缺乏的肥料进行确定,可以与其他螯合微肥如锌、锰、镁等配合施用。
EDDHA螯合铁可以在常温下长期储存,但为用户使用方便,建议存放在干燥处,一次未使用完应封紧包装口。
5.专家建议:果树:一个结果周期施用两次,第一次为新叶萌芽期,第二次为花落时。
第一次每株施用量为30克,第二次追肥用量减半;按1克本品兑0.5升水的比例,然后施于根系土壤中,尽量使根系均匀受肥。
豆科植物:一个结果周期施用两次,第一次为新叶萌芽期,第二次为花落时;第一次每亩施用量为250克-500克,第二次追肥用量减半,按1克本品兑0.5升水的比例,用清水将本品完全溶解后,进行叶面喷施。
观赏植物:参照豆科植物用法和一次用量,在新叶萌芽期施用一次即可。
其他农作物参照上述使用方法使用,一般来讲,使用量越大效果越好,但不能过多。
注意事项:1.喷施时间应避免高温和阳光,喷施后不在喷施其它铁肥。
2.EDDHA铁具有超强溶解性,在空气中极易吸潮,产生结块,但不会对其质量产生任何影响。
3.EDDHA铁的外观颜色因其PH值及细度的不同而有所区别,但并不影响产品的内在品质。
二.关于EDDHA-Fe的有关问题1、为什么市场上有价格十分便宜的EDDHA?EDDHA的品质是以邻位为分的。
通常可分为17%、25%、33%、50%、60%、70%、80%邻位。
邻位越高,越不易被自然界的其它元素分解,植物能够真正吸收利用的铁元素就越多,使用效果就越好。
不同邻位的生产成本及技术含量是不同的。
因此,邻位越高,价格越高,性价比越高。
目前世界上能生产EDDHA的厂家估计不下十家,由于其合成路线和技术等原因成本又有较大差别,现在能工业化生产EDDHA的厂家仅不到七、八家,如荷兰阿克苏、英国汽巴、西班牙嘉尔制药、汇一公司及我司。
(如果还有其他厂家,请原谅我的孤陋寡闻)。
这几家中,荷兰的技术力量最强,我司产品堪比之,但同类产品价格低得多。
2、如何分辨邻位的高低?答:肉眼无法分辨,只能在实验室检测。
还可以通过使用效果来判断,但不精确。
3、如何选择EDDHA产品?答:由于其干燥方法和粒度大小有所区别,如水时间和扩散性也不同,除了化学实验鉴别外,有一个简单的分辨质量的办法:看溶解度,如果能完全溶解则质量好,如果有杂质,则质量差。
试想如果水都不能溶解,植物又如何能吸收利用呢。
4.影响土壤有效铁的因素有哪些?影响土壤中有效铁的因素较多,其中有:(1)土壤pH值。
pH值高的土壤含有较多的氢氧根离子,与土壤中铁生成难溶的氢氧化铁,降低了土壤有效性,河南省土壤自南到北,pH逐渐升高,而有效铁含量却逐渐降低。
(2)氧化还原条件。
长期处于还原条件的酸性土壤,例如,豫南淹水条件下的水稻土,铁被还原成溶解度大的亚铁,有效铁增加。
相反,在干旱,少雨地区土壤中氧化环境占优势,使三价铁增多,从而降低了铁的溶解度。
(3)土壤有机质。
据我们分析,土壤有机质含量高的土壤,有效铁的含量也较高。
(4)碳酸钙含量。
碱性土壤中,铁能与碳酸根,生成难溶的碳酸盐,降低铁的有效性。
(5)成土母质。
成土母质决定全铁含量,对有效铁的影响也极为深刻。
从河南省不同类型的土壤中有效铁含量分布可以看出,相似母质来源的不同类型土壤,有效铁含量水平也极为相似。
例如:潮土、褐土、风沙土和盐碱土,它们的母质来源相似,有效态铁的水平也十分接近。
从上述可知,容易发生缺铁的土壤有以下几种:盐碱土、碱性反映强烈土壤、施用大量磷肥土壤、风沙土和肥力较低的砂土。
近年来,我们对小麦、玉米、花生、大豆等作物,进行了铁肥施用试验,取得了不同程度的增产。
在有机质含量低的旱作土壤和pH高的碳酸钙含量多的土壤上,首先施用铁肥。
铁与叶绿素的生成有关,同时又是某些呼吸酶的组成成分。
葡萄对缺铁反应极为敏感,土壤缺铁时,叶片出现黄化,新梢上的幼嫩叶片最先表现症状,幼嫩叶的叶肉呈淡绿色或黄色,仅沿叶脉的两侧残留一些绿色,这主要是叶绿体颜色和结构的改变而引起的。
严重时,幼叶由上而下逐渐干枯脱落。
在这种情况下,呼吸及蒸腾强度降低,同化作用受到阻碍或停止。
由于营养不良,新梢木质化程度差,抗寒力弱,浆果发育不良,果穗、粒小呈浅绿色。
当铁含量充足时,葡萄浆果着色深,叶片绿,酒色浓而风味佳。
铁过量时,酒易发生浑浊。
5.几种作物缺铁的原因及防治办法一.花生花生缺铁症的发生原因花生是对铁元素比较敏感的作物之一。
铁虽然不是叶绿素的成分,但它是合成叶绿素不可缺少的条件,是与呼吸有关的细胞色素氧化酶与过氧化酶的组成成分,参与植物体内氧化还原过程。
正常情况下,土壤中铁的含量较高,一般不会发生缺铁现象。
但由于我国北方土壤多为弱碱性土壤,pH值较高,土壤中石灰质较多。
夏季七、八月份饱和,使土壤中的氢氧根离子及磷酸根离子浓度增加,极易与土壤中的铁离子形成难以被作物根系吸收的氢氧化铁和磷酸盐沉淀,使土壤中的有效铁含量严重降低。
另一方面,土壤中未被固定的有效铁,也会随着暴雨产生的径流流失或随土壤水分向下部淋失。
而此时也是花生生长发育最旺盛的时期,花生植株根系因无法吸收到足量的铁,而形成生理性缺铁现象,产生缺铁性黄化症。
花生缺铁症的表现及防治由于铁在植株体内活性小、移动性很差,不易被重复利用。
因此花生缺铁时,首先表现为上部嫩叶失绿,而下部老叶及叶脉仍保持绿色;严重缺铁时,叶脉失绿进而黄化,上部新叶全部变白,久之叶片出现褐斑坏死,干枯脱落。
与花生缺氮、缺锌等引起的失绿比较,花生缺铁症状的特点突出表现在叶片大小无明显改变,失绿黄化明显。
而缺氮引起的失绿常使叶片变薄变小,植株矮小;缺锌使叶片小而簇生,出现黄白小叶症。
鉴定植株是否为缺铁黄化症,可用0.1%的含铁溶液涂于叶片背面失绿处,若5-8天后转绿,可确认缺铁。
对缺铁花生施用铁肥。
铁肥主要作基肥和叶面喷施两种。
在发病区于秋种小麦时或麦套花生之前每亩撒施或集中条施益妙铁80-100克;或在花生始花后,每亩叶面喷施0.015-0.02%的益妙铁溶液30-50千克。
因花生叶片比较光滑,离水性强,在喷洒硫酸亚铁溶液时,可加入0.1%的中性洗衣粉,以增加附着力,提高喷施效果。
花生施用铁肥后,对控制花黄心叶病有明显效果,每亩增产荚果34-60千克,增产率达17-24%。
二.花卉花卉缺铁症状及原因花卉缺铁的典型症状是缺绿。
铁在植物体内不能移动,故缺铁首先表现在幼叶。
缺铁的缺绿特征是叶脉间变黄而叶脉仍能保持绿色,一般没有生长受抑制或坏死现象。
在碱性土壤或石灰性钙质土上植物常缺铁,原因是在碱性条件下土壤中的铁以不溶性的氧化铁或氢氧化铁的形式存在。
土壤中镁素过多也会影响铁的吸收。
铁虽能以Fe3+的状态为植物吸收,但要在植物体内还原有生理活性的Fe2+状态。
锰是氧化剂,锰/铁比例失调时会使铁以Fe3+的状态存在而失去生理活性。
三.栀子花栀子花叶片黄化主要是因为土壤中缺铁;或者是根际层土壤呈碱性,虽然有铁,但在碱性条件下呈三价铁离子,无法被栀子花根系所吸收。
因此,对种植栀子花的土壤需进行测定,若是碱性土壤,应作必要的改良,改良的材料宜选用酸性土或选用介质。
如果是由于土壤原因所导致的黄化病,可对植株根际层进行换土,或在根部施入1000倍液的硫酸亚铁溶液,对叶片作同样浓度的喷雾,便能起到由黄转绿的效果。
