复习阶段的成功与否也决定着中考英语的成绩。
因此，如何完成中考英语复习是一个关键的问题。
在此，本人向各位同仁谈谈我对中考英语复习的一些设想和做法，请各位领导、前辈和同仁们批评指教。
首先从近几年中考英语来看，各地区在致力于中考英语试题的改革，尤其是我市从今年的中考英语试题来看，其试题容量大、覆盖面广，对学生的要求也愈来愈高，不仅加强了对英语基础知识、基本技能的考查，更突出了对综合运用英语语言能力的考查。
我根据近几年中考试题新特点及我班学生的实际情况，采劝三轮中考英语复习法”对我班的英语进行总复习。
所谓“三轮中考英语复习法”，首先是对课文基础知识复习，然后是对考点进行专项训练复习,最后是对考前指导与综合性训练复习。
做到着眼全面，突出重点，点面结合，精讲多练，把全面复习和重点复习有机地结合起来。
第一轮是对课文基础知识复习阶段。
是针对学生对已学基础知识，以课本为主。
因时间过久，特别是学生对以前所学的英语知识已遗忘，本着“依纲靠本”和“温故知新”的原则，要求学生一步一个脚印，扎扎实实搞好基础知识的复习。
这一阶段主要是按教材顺序归纳语言点，讲透语言点运用，对各单元的知识要点进行梳理，同时应注重基础词汇、词组、常用句型和课本对话等知识，并通过一些配套练习、培养学生的运用英语知识能力。
在复习过程中，采取一些必要的措施来巩固和增强复习效果。
做到如下几点：(一)根据复习内容，布置适量的难度适中的课堂练习和课后练习;(二)循环自我检测考试，即每学完一单元后，进行测试，对试卷进行评分登记，以充分调动学生的学习积极性和自觉性。
(三)阶段性测试。
分单元或分册、分类。
这轮主要是对初二和初三英语的基础知识的复习。

今天，我们为了一个共同的目标-----如何有效地搞好毕业班英语考前复习，有幸相聚在这里。
针对英语中考试题稳中求新、求变、求活、求进、体现新课改的特点，如何在有限的时间之内搞好中考英语复习是一个很关键的问题。
在此，本人结合我校实际，向各位同仁谈谈我们学校初三英语平时的一些教学活动，教学思路和复习方法等等，希望能够得到各位同仁及行家里手的指教和建议。
第一、群策群力、集中智慧任何一个人的智慧都是有限的，而集体的力量是无限的，良好的复习效果的取得离不开教师间的精诚团结。
我们备课组的力量应该说是很强大的，每个老师的业务水平都很高，而且非常敬业，所以在进行总复习之前，我们就统一了思想，要求做到资源共享，统一教学进程和教学思路，我们认真钻研复习内容，吃透重点难点命题方向，并且有针对性地设计重点、难点的突破方法，明确近期和远期目标。
不搞题海战术，尽量做到精选习题，要提高复习教学的有效性。
复习教学的有效性首先体现在课堂教学信息量、教学活动的广度和密度。
尽可能的提高学生的参与面，短、频、快的大容量课堂节奏能有效的吸引并集中学生的学习注意，从而最终提高学生的听课效益；这种大容量，高密度快节奏的教学模式一直是我校有效英语复习教学倡导的重点。
其次，复习教学的有效性还要求在教学的设计中充分体现为学而教，以学生如何有效获取知识，提高能力的标准来设计教学。
课堂设计要有助于学生在课堂上积极参与，有助于他们有效内化知识与信息，复习过程中要重视学习方法的指导，在教学中恰当地渗透中考的考试内容和要求，考试形式与试卷结构、题型示例、语法等几大方面，强化要考的，突破难考的，精析必考的，适当的拓展一些教学内容。
以达到有的放矢，事半功倍的效果。
第二、提优补差，共同进步由于多方面的因素，我校英语偏科的学生较多，为此，我们三位英语教师经常利用中午休息的时间和一些英语学困生交流，谈心。

有的放矢，因材施教，构建英语高效课堂——2012年英语复习研讨交流尊敬的各位领导，老师们，大家好！紧张，忙碌，喜悦是2011年中考给我们留下的记忆。
在这一个学年里我们在上级领导及校领导的关注下，取得了比以往更好的成绩。
翻看回忆，白驹过隙，期间认真而忙碌，忙碌中充满欣慰，欣慰中不乏深思。
下面我分三部分说一下我今天的发言内容：一．2011年中考优异成绩的取得离不开我们这个团结奋进的集体，现将我们九年级英语教研组取得成绩的点滴体会作以简单总结，与大家一起学习，共同探讨。
我们老师们经常高估孩子们的能力，觉得学生这应该会那也应该会，其实不然。
要想真正教育好学生并帮助学生在学习上更进一步，教师必须真正了解学生的基本素养和状况。
我们的学生都是农村孩子，基础差，有些学生初一入学时，26个字母都写不下来。
到了九年级，两极分化更为严重，他们全不知学习英语的艰辛以及保持这股学习热情所需要的毅力。
所以，一旦困难接踵而至，日积月累，厌烦和反感便逐渐形成，导致一上英语课就心情烦燥，思维抑制，造成英语成绩低下，继而放弃英语学习。
因此怎么做才能把初中英语课堂也建设成为高效课堂，真正在英语课堂中做到以学生为主、以学习为主、以学力为主是我校当前研究的重要课题之一。
2011年，我们从以下两方面着手教学。
一方面遵循教学规律，构建高效英语课堂（一）、实行集体备课，发挥教师的集体智慧众所周知，备课是教师能否上好课的前提，也是能否迅速提高教学水平的主要环节。
我们在备课中做到了两个吃透，即吃透教材和吃透学生，为了发挥教师的集体智慧我们集体备课，做到了六个统一：统一划分课时；统一确定学习目标；统一自学指导；统一每节课的几学几教；统一课堂作业；统一阶段评估。
（二）、科学整合教材、划分和控制单元课时我们在备课时，根据自己学生的情况，在教材编写意图的基础上，以教材为载体，创造性地整合教材，把教材的内容进行适当的调、组、改、增、删这样的整合，整合后的教材调动了教与学双方的积极性。

我们大家都知道，如果学生对英语失去了兴趣，就绝对不会学好英语的。
尤其在复习期间更是如此，一方面，老师想放手又不敢放，上课时还在那里不厌其烦的讲解；另一方面，学生似懂非懂，总是静不下心来去看书，这样就很容易造成“老师累学生懒”的现象，结果可想而知。
所以，在复习期间，老师还是要像平时上课那样通过各种方法来激发学生的兴趣，如创设情境、小组讨论、活动竞赛、多媒体教学等。
