In England Alexand er’s family is a middle class.In England,the middle class annual income is £350.000.Therefore they are too busy to have no time to management of their property.At the same time they are also well-to-do.Therefore they can not worry about some product is too expensive to afford.So I can provide the best suitable provider.Cadogan Bank is a commercial bank,moreover is one of the institution by Financial Service Authority (FSA) regulation.In UK,FSA only supervise nineteen bank.If the bank's business is bad or default,FSA can undertake compensation.These are fully demonstrates that Cadogan Bank is reliable.A commercial bank provides savings,money market accounts,mortgage and so on.Because of this cause,I can help client to find some investment and financial product.In England,there have five kinds of provider.I will use three of these provider in whole of this report. The client needs saving,borrowing and personal insurance.Due to customer needs has variance,the provision of products are possible to satisfied customer.This is why we should find other provider in UK to satisfied customer needs.1.2 Likely resources to be used1.2.1 Primary researchIn primary research,the main method is including interview,field study and focus group.I will interview Bruce Van Saun who is a finance supervisor of The Royal Bank of Scotland(RBS) ask about the information of financial products.Because this bank is famous for financial service and has many kinds of financial product,moreover it has good reputation.After that I will discuss in group.1.2.2 Secondary researchIn secondary research,the main method is including internet, HND textbooks and newspaper.I will search the website of Barclay about saving,investment and protection.Because the information of internet and newspaper is always update so that I can take much latest information.Through these methods,I can find more and more suitable financial product to help Alexander Flunn to management of their property.1.3 Strategy for carrying out reportI have six step strategy to finish this report.Firstly,I will read the case carefully.And then go to discuss with group number.Through discuss,we can know the living and property status of this family.After that,I can get know what they need.The reason for me to arrange this step is make me better and faster to find suitable financial product.Secondly,I will analysis this case.Through this way we will know this family needs what kinds of product.Thus help me to make sure the range of search resource.
