摘要

湿地是一种特殊的、独立的、复杂的生态系统，是地球表面最有价值的和生产力最高的生态系统，它在抵御洪水、调节径流、蓄洪防旱、净化水源、调节气候、控制土壤侵蚀、促淤造陆、美化环境等方面有其它系统不可替代的作用，被誉为“地球之肾”，其次它还是濒危鸟类、候鸟以及多种野生动物的繁殖栖息地。运用湿地开展生态旅游，不仅可以保护湿地生态系统，而且还可以产生较好的社会效益和经济效益。红海滩湿地拥有丰富的旅游资源和旅游发展空间，具备开展生态旅游得天独厚的先决条件，诸多的因素使得本区的生态旅游没能得到充分的发展。本文通过对红海滩湿地旅游现存的问题的研究和原因分析，初步探讨红海滩开展湿地生态旅游的优势，寻求解决红海滩生态旅游问题的方法，使红海滩的生态旅游既可以保护人与自然相和谐的人文生态系统，又可以促进当地社会经济的发展，以便更好地发挥湿地的功能，在保护湿地资源的前提下，实现红海滩的可持续发展，带动盘锦市的经济发展。

Abstract

Wetland is a special, independent, complex ecological system of the earth's surface, is the most valuable and productive ecosystems, which resist flooding and regulating runoff, flood and drought control, water purification, climate regulation, control soil erosion, silt promotion and reclamation, beautify the environment and other system can not be replaced action, known as the" kidney of the earth", it is still endangered birds, migratory birds and a variety of wild animal breeding habitat. Use of wetland ecotourism, can not only protect the wetland ecological system, but also can produce good social benefit and economic benefit. The Panjin Red Beach has rich tourism resources and tourism development space, develop ecological tourism be richly endowed by nature prerequisites, many factors make the ecological tourism can not be fully developed. This article through to the Panjin Red Beach Wetland Tourism existing problems and cause analysis, preliminary discuss Panjin Red Beach wetland ecological tourism advantages, to seek to resolve the Panjin Red Beach ecological tourism problems, make Panjin Red Beach ecological tourism can not only protect the person and the nature harmonious human ecological system, but also can promote the development of local social economy, in order to better play to the functions of wetlands, in the protection of wetland resources under the premise, realize the sustainable development of Panjin Red Beach, promote the economic development of Panjin city.
