考生需要读图，该图的标题the operational cycle为指示词，而本题的另一个指示词为satellite。
考生只要抓好这两点，就能听到答案。
activated使用被动形式，要正确拼写。
Question 24 50 km(s)本题的题干指示词为average distance。
考生需要认真听取指示词的出现。
答案在转折词but以后出现。
Question 25 temperature当听到录音中女生问... what is it actually recording，考生应意识到25题的到来，男老师回答中的salinity已经在题干中给出来，帮助考生定位正确答案。

文中谈到 no- noise rule 的时候，提到孩子们晚上的活动一般情况下 9: 30 结束，偶尔到 10 点; 从 10: 30 起，度假的人期望能够有一个安静的环境，言外之意， no- noise rule 从 10: 30 开始。

剑桥雅思考试题型透析1.泛听与精听结合材料：中级听力（新东方强烈推荐，接触发现确实不错）优点：杂音极其多，语速快。
听完中级再听其他雅思模拟题有一种语速好慢呀，全部都听到了的感觉。
缺点：题型与雅思考试不太接近，取材广泛，生活各方面都有涉及建议：运用的时候，不要去做题目，以免有误导作用大家的评价：新东方老师强烈推荐，声称北语除了这个之外，其他都不太行。
IELTS考试技能训练教程。
听力（黑眼睛）优点：对于没有接触过雅思考试的考友，帮助比较大，因为他把各个题型都归类练习了。
缺点：念的那几个不会变的，不是第一个跟第二个搭配，就是跟第三个搭配，难度比较简单，对后期冲刺的考生其实作用不大。
建议：做的时候要极其注意收集听力词汇，归纳。
准备考的考生基本不用理它大家评价：环球雅思强烈推荐，声称黑眼睛囊括了85%的听力内容。
注：大家应该先听中级听力的，把睡意驱除，一个小时后，再拿出黑眼睛，精听之~~~~ 2.阅读一定要注意词汇量的积累材料：学术类阅读理解学术类阅读理解辅导优点：帮助记忆单词，是我发现至今最有效的背单词书籍缺点：出题思路跟雅思不太一样，错又多，而且够简单，拿这本书做阅读题的话，大家会死得很惨。
建议：里面我数过了一共有大概8000个单词，足够应付雅思考试，拿来背，结合课文好背着呢！我喜欢听着音乐背，还挺放松。
大家评价：没有人说好，除了新东方自己，不过背单词是绝佳的材料，大家不要再去买什么单词书了，效率低，又坚持不下去，很痛苦的，经验教训呀，我买意思经常有几个，都不知道什么时候用什么意思。
3.阅读速度的提高材料：21cn 优点：信息量大缺点：一个星期出一次，不够看啊！！建议：去书店去买21cn的科技版，不过10.00，归类了近期的科技文章，要练习到一分种200个字才行哦！大家评价：大家都让你去买，因为china daily太政治化，广州英文早报文章写得太差材料：海外英语优点：里面包括了雅思经常找出题点的《探索》，文章难度及长度相当，帮助你了解当今雅思的难度缺点：他太包罗万象了，其他均对雅思没有太大帮助。

剑桥雅思7听力解析test3Section1Question 1 Business Studies考生听到问题：Are you a registered student?回答为：I’m doing a degree in Business Studies。
答案即为：Business Studies。
表示学科专业的专有名词，首字母大写。
Question 2 third当考生听到问题“which year are you in?”时，就预示着第2题答案的出现。
学生的回答设计了一个小陷阱：他先说“I’ve been at university for four years”，但是后面紧跟着转折词but，然后学生再说“I’m in the Third Year”。
所以正确答案为third。
Question 3 Sports Centre在表格中，考生能看到“receptionist”做为定位词，当考生听到“here’s a job working at the reception desk”时，预示着第3题答案的出现，其后紧跟着“Sports Centre”，即此题的答案，且专有名词首字母大写。

Well, you both been looking at different styles of managing individuals in companies and the work place (workplace), how is the research going Phillip, well I’ve looking at why individualism, I mean individual differences are such an important area of management studies. When you think about any organization, be at (it)a family business or a multinational company, there (they) are all fundamentally a group of people working together. But it’s whatrealize how important they are. of course they bring different ideas, but it’s also their altitudes and experiences of learning. Diversity is important in these areas too. So why do people behave so differently from one another at work? Theredown to personality. And the other fact （factor）is gender. It is a well-known fact that man and women do lots of things in different ways and the workplace is no difference (different). Did you look at the effects of these variation on companies? Yes, I did. on the positive side, exposure to such diversity helps encourage creativity which is generally an asset to a company. But unfortunately, individual differences are also the root of conflict between staff, and they can lead to difficulties for management, which can sometimes be serious. Thanks Phillip, so now I guess the two main things to remember here are to identify individual talent and then to utilize it. So Tom you were looking at identifying different talents in workers. Do you think this is easy for managers to do? Well currently, team work (teamwork) is in fashion in the workplace andin my opinion, the importance of the individual is generally neglected. What manager should be targeting is those employees who can take the lead in the situation, and are not afraid to accept the idea of responsibility. That’s true tom,their stuff is far too hard. Yes, that may be true, but I think one of the most important tasks of managers is to consider the needs of the individuals on the one hand, and group cooperation and conformity (conformity) on the other. It requires creative thinking on the part of management to avoid intension (tension). So Tom, what kind of people do you think companies should be looking for? Well, it has to start from the very beginning, when companies are looking for new employees. When the personal (personnel)department is choosing between applicants, they need to look for someone who’s broken the mode (mould), and can think for themselves. Instead people making these decisions often use a range of psychological tests to see if a person is a problem solver or will do what (as)they are told. I’m not convinced these qualities are actually the most important. So do you think being a good team player is overated (overrated)? No, it’s not overrated you do need to learn the rules and learn them fast. No individual can get around this if you are working in an organization. So how should managers deal with this? Rewards, when an individual demonstrates the behavior the organization expects, some kind of incentive can be given. What’s important here is that this happens right at thebeginning so new recruits learn the rules of the system immediately. Also the incentive should be something the individual actually wants and this i sn’t always just money. Come back to you Phillip, you’re(you were)saying that recognition of good performers is essential. What else should managers be looking for? Well managing people means you not only have an understanding of your employees but you also recognize the culture of the organization. In fact, for some organizations, individuality and creativity may be the last thing they want to see during working hours. Very true. Yes, but managing people isn’t as easy as they looks. For example, change i n the workplace can be quite trick, especially if there is a need to increase profit. And at times like these, managers may have to give priority to profit rather than individual staff needs. Yes and that’s creates difficult situations for people. But what’s quite important is that manager are able to deal with quite high levels of personal stress. 从上表不难看出，剑七中听力考题的场景性没有太大的变化。
l Section 1仍以咨询类场景为主，出现了机场交通路线咨询、汽车保险咨询、找兼职工作咨询、申请homestay的咨询等；都是与留学生活密切相关的信息；
l Section 2则主要以各种公司、机构、旅游景点等的介绍为主；
l Section 3全部是关于学习的讨论，有课堂真实场景的还原（Test 1, Test 2, Test 3），也有学生课后对于作业的讨论（Test 4）；
l Section 4是关于不同科目、不同话题的讲座。
与真实的雅思考试一样，话题涉及的范围非常广，涵盖了艺术、文化、运动、医学、商业等各方面的内容。

从上表可以看出：
l 填空题仍是绝对主导的题型。
四套题中几乎每一个section都会出现一种以上的填空题。
其中，个人信息填空主要出现在section 1，而难度较大的summary填空、表格填空则常出现在section 3和4；朗阁海外考试研究中心的专家们提醒各位考生，备考时应针对填空题做足相应的准备；
l 选择题也是主要的题型之一，更多出现在section 2和4的monologue 中，由于没有信息重复，而且有较多的干扰信息，难度较大；
l 图表题（地图题、标签题）出现了3次，且都有一定难度，值得关注。
