Service condition requirements•Please do not focus the camera to hard light (such as lamp or sunlight), which will cause too bright of the image, it will not malfunction but it will affect the operational life of the CCD (or CMOS).•Transport, operate and store this product in applicable temperature and humidity range. Do not locate it in wet, overheated (over +60℃), extreme cold(less than -30℃)environment or area with strong electromagnetic radiation or power lighting conditions.•The product shall be protected from any entry of water or other conductive fluid, which may damage the internal electrical element.• Avoid overheated, the product shall be well ventilated. •Avoid damage caused by compressing or violent vibration in transmission, storage or operation.•The product shall be well packaged as new product or equivalent in transmission.• We suggest using this product with Surge Protection Devices.•Internal and external grounding shall be reliable.5. Operation & maintenance requirements•There is no user serviceable part inside of camera enclosure. Don’t dismantle this product unless it’s required for repair or maintenance.•Do not touch the front glass of the camera or internal camera lens directly. If it’s necessary to do cleaning please use soft cloth with alcohol to wipe gently.•The camera image sensor may be damaged by laser beam which shall be avoided.•Soft cloth with alcohol or neutral detergent shall be used for camera body cleaning regularly. Corrosive agent or abrasive cleaner cannot be used which may bring damages onto the camera body.• This camera is explosion proof which shall be installed and repaired by authorized individuals. When replacement component is required please contact the manufacturer.6. Environmental protection•For components of the products made by our company may pollute the environment, such as PCB, electrical elements, plastic and lubricant, collection and control measurement shall be taken in maintenance and scrapping of the products. Eaton®June, 1995 Heavy Duty HydrostaticsInstallation &Operating InstructionsConstant Speed Control2Operating Instructions for Constant Speed Control(The valve package, speed sensor and electronic control box are installed by following the instructions and diagrams ona 12 VDC system.)1.The motor will remained stopped if: A) The manual control valve is in the center position; B) The switch on the elec-tronic controller is in the “OFF” position.2.The direction of the motor rotation is controlled by the manual control handle. The electronic controller does not affect the direction of motor rotation.3.The speed of the motor is determined by the position ofmanual control handle when the electronic controller is in the “NORMAL” position. With the switch in the "normal" position,the manual control handle has the same (normal) effect on motor rotation as it does when there is no electronic controller on the pump.4.With engine at minimum rpm and the manual control handle displaced from center enough to cause the drum to rotate at least two revolutions per minute (rpm), placing the controller switch in the “AUTOMATIC” position will cause the drumspeed to be controlled automatically. (The manual control handle may be placed all the way forward or reverse without affecting the speed at which the motor is automaticallycontrolled). Drum speed will be limited to approximately one and 11/2 rpm.5. Drum rotation can be stopped or started with an electrical switch wired across the "remote" terminals (in place of the electrical jumper strap which may have been across the terminals when the controller was received). The switch can act as a remote switch by attaching it to an electrical cable extending from the controller to the back of the truck or other location within 100 feet of the controller.Note:The controller switch must be in the “NORMAL” positionto enable the remote switch to control the motor. Also note that the remote switch must be in the “ON” position to empower motor rotation.The electronic transit mixer control requires the use of an Eaton motor with the digital speed sensor option to monitor the speed of the hydraulic motor. The digital speed sensor (PN 106768)has a three pin connector that mates with the wiring harness connector shown on page 5.Screw the digital speed sensor into the motors’s end cover until it touches the shaft. Unscrew the sensor until the flats are parallel with the motor shaft (see figure 3).To provide running clearance between the motor shaft and speed sensor, unscrew the speed sensor an additional 1/2 turn.The total amount the speed sensor is unscrewed must not exceed 270˚.Tighten the sealing hex nut against the end cover and torque it to 14Nm [10 lb-ft ]*. Make sure that the sensor flats are still parallel with the motor shaft.*Caution: More torque than the specified amount may permanently damage the sensor.Installing the Digital Speed Sensor5˚3Electrical CableUse an oil resistant, weather resistant cable such as industrial type SJOW, 2 wire, AWG size 18 or heavier.A molded assembly with the connector molded on the cable will have superior resistance to weather and washing. Route the wires in a protected area and secure them frequently to prevent snagging.ConnectorsThe pump connectors must meet DIN 43650 specification such as Hirschmann GDM 209, IMEX # MPM-182-09-N or equivalent. The cable to connector joint must be weather tight. The connector lug cavity should be filled with an electrical corrosion resistant grease. NOCO Company,NCP–2 battery corrosion preventative works well. The speed pick-up has a weather pack connector, #12015793.ConnectionsThe polarity of the solenoid and speed sensor wiring is interchangeable on the pump and motor connections.Constant Speed Control Installation RequirementsThe solenoid with the external tube fitting must have one wire going to the control box lower terminal strip marked “solenoid” (see wiring diagram).MountingReplace the S1 orifice under the controller following the instructions below. The solenoid valves must be oriented on the pump as shown. Failure to do so will result in bending the tube assembly unnecessarily, causing erratic operation of the control. Remove the two plugs on the manual control and mount the valve package with the fittings provided. The plug on the pump housing isreplaced with the fitting provided and the tube is connected to it. Tighten all fittings to 22 Nm[16 lb-ft].FailuresSee attached troubleshooting. In the event of an electrical or solenoid failure, the particular solenoid can be overrid-den by turning the screw on the end in about 11/2 turns.Note: The orifice size is stamped on the orifice in thousandths of an inch, example: 21 = .021 in.Orifice Removal and Installation1. Place the .021 inch orifice in the ‘S1’ Orifice pocket so the size is visible.2 Stake the orifice in three places with a center punch.3 Insure that the orifice is properly seated after staking.4 Reinstall the manual control valve with a new gasket and thecontrol line attached. 本使用说明书规定了液压系统的使用方法,常规保养和常见故障的处理方法。

2. 液压系统总成2.1 液压系统组成本液压系统由液压泵站,以及相关的阀组、电控箱、管路和附件等组成。

2.2 液压泵站主要工作参数:2.2.1油泵电机组泵型号:WP03B1B 012 R 22 NA 124 N最大工作压力:255 bar输出流量:V=1.2 ccm/r,Q=1.8L /min手动泵型号: HP10-21A-0-N-A最大工作压力: 207 bar排量: 7.4 ccm/s电机型号: M2QA80M4B-B5 3x400V/690V-50HZ输出功率:0.75 KW转速:1420 rpm2.2.2 油箱有效容积: 10L液位液温检测:液位开关,70℃液温报警2.2.3 供电要求电动机电源为:三相 AC400V, 50HZ控制电源和电磁铁电源为: DC24V2.2.4液压工作介质液压用矿物油(建议32或46号)或客户指定油液,客户指定液压油需征求伊顿工程师认可。

2.3 外形及安装说明2.3.1液压站总成外形尺寸:泵站:470mm(L) x 492mm(W) x 595mm(H),详细尺寸见附件1泵站外形图。

2.3.2外形安装尺寸安装孔位尺寸长x宽:448 x 270mm安装孔大小为4 xΦ12,进出油口大小为1/4“。

详细尺寸请见附件1 。

2.4 泵站运输储存泵站出厂采用整体集装式包装,运输过程中应保证泵站部件不损坏。

运输前清理油箱内部,保持清洁。

泵站在运输和起吊过程中油箱内不充油。

蓄能器在运输过程中需要卸掉预充气压力。

泵站必须储存于室内,清洁、干燥环境。

长时间储存需要定期检查包装完整性,清洁度。

2.5 泵站油液油温泵站开始工作时,检查液位和液温,保证油箱油位不低于最低位,油液温度在合理范围。

3. 液压系统功能说明3.1总则本液压系统专门为1.5WM风力发电机的主轴刹车、偏航刹车系统设计开发。

3.2功能原理(液压原理图请参见3.3节)3.2.1泵组·液压系统由齿轮泵(2)为系统提供压力和流量。

齿轮泵装在油箱液面以下,由电动机(4)经联轴器(3)带动。

泵及电机参数请见2.2.1。

·系统压力由压力传感器(P2)监控,当系统压力低于压力传感器设定的压力时,电机启动,给系统打压,当系统压力高于压力传感器设定压力时,电机停机。

·单向阀(17)的作用是,当电机停机时,阻止液压油反向流回油箱。

电机停机时,通过蓄能器(A1)提供系统压力,保持系统压力平稳,并能防止电机反复启停。

3.2.2 主轴刹车·电机启动,达当系统压力时,电磁换向阀(24)失电状态,电磁换向阀(25)失电状态,阀24导通,阀25断开。

压力油作用与刹车钳,主轴刹住。

·刹车钳内作用压力由减压阀(27)和溢流阀(16.3)控制在设定值,保证刹车钳正常工作。

·动作电磁换向阀(25)为得电状态,阀25导通,刹车钳内压力迅速卸掉,刹车钳松开。

注意:一般情况下阀25和24同时动作,否则主轴刹车松开时,主轴刹车系统内仍然有油液流动,造成没必要的能源损失。

3.2.3主轴刹车监控压力继电器(P6)监控主轴刹车内压力,当主轴刹车内压力超过10bar时,反馈一个报警信号。

3.2.4偏航刹车·电机启动,达到系统压力时,电磁换向阀(22)失电状态,电磁换向阀(23)失电状态,阀22和阀23均为断开状态,压力油作用于刹车钳,偏航系统刹住。

·动作电磁换向阀(22)为得电状态,阀22导通,通过溢流阀(22.1)将刹车钳内压力迅速降低至设定值,保持刹车钳内有一定的背压。

·动作电磁换向阀(23)为得电状态,阀23导通,刹车钳内压力油和油箱导通,偏航系统刹车钳内压力迅速下降,达到快速卸压作用。

注意:电磁换向阀23导通时,电动机停机,否则会造成没必要的能源损失。

3.2.5手动泵电机停机或者掉电状态时,可以使用手动泵给系统打压。

手动泵压力同时作用于主轴刹车和偏航刹车。

·主轴刹车卸压时需要电磁换向阀(25)动作,保证阀25处于电连通状态,或者可以采用手动操作进行动作。

·偏航刹车卸压时需要电磁换向阀(22和23)动作,要保证阀22、23处于电连通状态,或者采用手动操作进行动作。

3.3液压原理图3.4 油箱及附件功能说明:油箱用于存储液压系统所需的工作介质,同时起到冷却和支撑作用。

油箱上布置液位计、液温计、空滤器等液压附件。

3.5.1液位控制油箱的液位控制由液位液温计(1a)控制。

液位液温计用于指示油箱的液位高度和系统油液温度。

当油液液位低于特定液位时,液位控制器发讯,系统停机。

3.5.2温度控制油箱的温度控制由液位液温计(1a)控制。

当温度超过设定值(如70℃)时,温度控制器发讯,液压系统停机。

3.5.3污染控制油箱的污染控制由空气滤清器(1b)、高压过滤器(15)、回油滤器(30)组成。

空气滤清器用于向油箱内注油,且起过滤空气、油液中杂质的作用。

高压滤器、回油滤器主要用于保证整个液压系统的油液清洁度,过虑精度为10μ,带有目视压差发讯器和旁通阀。

当滤芯堵塞时,发讯器发讯提示操作者更换滤芯。

注意:当滤芯堵塞时,请立即更换,否则将会损坏液压系统。

4. 运行维护4.1 检测·开机前,用测压工具检测蓄能器内压力,如果压力没达到系统要求,则用充氮工具对蓄能器进行充气,达到指定压力时为止。

·检查油箱内液位高度,液位应保持在正常高度,如果油位过低,利用滤油小车给油箱注油,注满为止。

点动泵-电机组,核对电动机旋向,旋转方向应为顺时针方向(电动机的风扇端看)。

·启动泵组,对系统管路进行放气处理,待泵-电机组运行平稳后,按原理调整好各溢流阀、减压阀的最大工作压力,严禁超调。

确保无异常后,才可以进行相关动作操作。

注意:各溢流阀和减压阀出厂前设定好,如需更改参数,请与EATON公司联系。

·运行时随时观察压力表的数值,如有异常,请立即停机检查。

4.2 维护保养·系统使用介质为矿物液压液,整个液压系统的污染度要求达到NAS7级。

·正常使用周期,应设专人对系统进行维护保养,定期(6个月)检查油液的污染状况,并应有油样的污染度检测报告,必要时更换液压油。

·定期(6个月或一年)进行一次泵站的全面检测和维护,保证阀、电气元件、滤器等处于正常工作状态。

4.3 记录泵站在出厂时进行相关阀的设定和性能试验(详见系统试验大纲、试验报告),正常使用周期,运行、维护过程中要做好记录,包括检测报告、故障报告及相关处理报告等。

5. 故障排除5.1 电机无法启动·检查油箱的液位、油温是否正常;·检查电气供电部分(包括动力电源和控制电源)及电器接线是否正常;·检查电机是否损坏。

5.2 泵站压力不足,刹车不能正常工作·检查电机是否转动,方向是否正确;·检查溢流阀16.1压力设定是否正确,压力传感器P2设置是否适当;·检查泵的出口是否漏油严重;·检查刹车钳,确保刹车钳没有故障。

5.3 刹车不能正常卸压·手动操作电磁换向阀,检查能否正常卸压;·检查油液温度是否过低,油液温度过低容易造成卸压缓慢。

5.4 刹车钳速度太慢·检查刹车系统里是否有空气;·检查油液清洁度和粘度,过滤器是否有破损。

5.5 刹车钳速度太快·检查油液温度是否太高;·检查蓄能器预充气压力是否正确;·检查节流塞是否匹配。

5.6电气元件无信号·检查电气元件是否损坏;·检查电气接线是否正确,电气接线盒内接线是否松动;·检查电气元件设置是否正确。
