王老师的教学观念新颖，设计构思精巧，体现师生互动，教师主导、学生主动的教学观念。在教学中，老师采取“以人为本，以学促教”的教学原则，通过教师有序的导、生动活泼的启发教学，激发学生积极的参与、体验、合作与交流，充分发挥了学生的主体作用。整节课自始自终，学生表演、提问和回答积极、主动，体现了这一教学观念。
王卫巍：
这节课的导入环节的教学是本节课的亮点之一. 观看完一段一分钟左右的反映日本大地震的视频后，一个问题：What’s your feeling about a terrible earthquake and flood?不仅成功地导入了本节课的话题，而且激发了学生的学习兴趣,促进学生形成积极的情感态度和价值观。同时进一步复习巩固与自然灾害相关的词汇。在知识学习中，为了避免教师一人谈的局面，教师三次创设了问题语境，让学生参与交流，师生共同熟悉课本，不断的运用本单元的单词、句型进行操练，表达，以达到让学生运用新知识描述生活，训练学生听、说能力的目的。
陆敏：
这节课的教学过程小组学习效果显著，在教学过程中，老师每呈现一个活动任务，四人的小组立刻投入到积极的交流互动中-读，说。展示的环节学生分工明确，没有出现你推我桑的情况，从此看出王老师的小组教学开展的经常化，并也效果很好，各个小组竞相展示。
陈爱平：
王老师对词汇练习编排的很灵活，既有启发性地激活了学生已有的知识储存，而且又技巧性地渗透本课的生词教学。本节课结构严谨、环环相扣，过渡自然，时间分配合理，密度适中，效率高。讲与练时间搭配合理教师活动与学生活动时间分配与教学目的和要求一致．学生的个人活动，小组活动和全班活动时间分配合理。总之，这是一堂设计到位、行之有效的阅读教学课。
陆琴：
纵观整堂课，学生思维活跃，而且对课堂上的活动都是积极配合的。我想主要是因为王老师的课堂教学始终贯穿以学生为主体，教师为主导的新课程理念。在老师的指导和感染下，学生处于相对自然地状态，他们不断地习得并使用语言，学和用每分每秒都和谐地交织在一起，真正体现了新课程使学生在合作中提升语言思维能力的理念。
束媛媛：
王老师虽然是为年轻老师，但从这节课可以看出她扎实的基本功，这可以从以下几点可以看出：一、看语言：全英文授课，教师的课堂语言，准确清楚，精当简炼，生动形象有启发性。教学语言的语调要高低适宜，快慢适度，抑扬顿挫，富于变化。二、看板书：虽然课程思路和重点在课件中体现得很充分，但是吕老师大气的板书准确的表达了本课的重点内容。看操作：教师运用教具，操作多媒体电脑等比较熟练。三：看教态：吕老师课堂上的教态明朗、快活、庄重，富有感染力。仪表端庄，举止从容，态度热情，师生情感融洽。
杨文龙：
本节课教学效率高，课堂容量很大，学生思维活跃，气氛热烈。不同层次的学生都能参与，学生收益面大。我在谈几点不足之处：一、整体时间安排有些前紧后松。二、缺乏对学生输出的再挖掘的能力。三、课件制作的过于繁多，据笔者观察，这节课总共展示幻灯片30多张，这很明显超过了正常的10张左右即可的标准。我相信，在不久的将来，王老师一定可以成为高中英语教学上的高手。

新课改高一英语教学反思与总结
高一英语教学心得反思 转眼间，新学期已经临近一半，回顾这两个月在广西希望高中的教学历程，发现体验颇深，这包括在教学上以及和学生的交流相处。总的来说，感受最深的两点是：高中英语教学要一气呵成，不能忽视其中任何一个环节；要注重与学生的交流，密切注意学生的思想变化。下面从几方面谈谈这两个月来的反思。 一．教学方面 常规教学中求创新 1、注意高一年级与初中的衔接过渡 高一新学期伊始，我们及时给学生弥补初中的缺漏知识。利用一个星期左右的时间从语言、词汇、语法、句型等方面帮助学生系统复习。尽快使学生适应了高中英语教学。 2、高中英语教学要始终贯彻交际性原则，强化学生主体意识 “让游泳者到水中去。”这是交际语言教学理论的思想核心。语言学家毛鲁（KE Morrow）曾说过：“To learn it, do it… only by practising communicative activities can we learn to communicate.” 意思是，要学，就得实践。贯彻交际性原则亦就是要把教学活化为实际。 3、培养学生的自学能力 只有通过辅导学生掌握一套科学的学习方法，并培养学生的自学能力，才能使学生的学习积极性和主动性得以发挥。我的具体做法是：培养学生的预习能力、各种方法掌握英语基本知识的能力、学生自己整理所学知识的能力。另外，自学能力的提高还得益于学生课外大量的独立的阅读，于是高一我们就求学生人人尽量买本英汉词典、高考必备作为工具书，让他们勤查字典，熟悉解题方法及加强预习。 4、每周实行周测制度，对每周所学的知识点进行针对性的练习和巩固。 5、激发学生学习英语的兴趣 在教学中培养学生的学习兴趣，增强教学效果，才能避免在以后的学习中产生两极分化。我的做法是把语言教学与日常生活联系起来，上课时有目的讲解一些西方背景知识和趣事。课后我还多和学生交流接触，了解学生的需要，适当和学生一起参加活动。 6．实行“周周清”教学方法。由老师检查科代表、科代表检查各小组组长，然后由各小组组长检查本小组的其他同学，这样层层过关，层层检查，有利于合作学习的开展及学习气氛的创造。 二．备课方面 我们高一备课组共5位老师。其中有两位是有着丰富的教育教学经验而且有着带过几届高中班经验的高级教师。这给我的学习带来很大的便利及好处。我们在个人钻研教材的基础上加强集体备课，发挥群体优势，进一步明确教学目标，重点解决怎样教会学生，突出教法。每堂研讨课突出一个主题，让学生在高一起始阶段打好基础的问题。尽量摈弃老的，不符合潮流的教法。尽量激发学生的学

高一英语教学反思 高中英语教学要一气呵成，不能忽视其中任何一个环节；要注重与学生的交流，密切注意学生的思想变化。下面从教学和备课两方面谈谈所积累的经验和发现的不足。 1教学方面： 常规教学中求创新 一、注意高一年级与初中的衔接过渡 高一新学期伊始，我们通过入学考试了解学生大致水平，及时给学生弥补初中的缺漏知识。利用一月左右的时间从语言、词汇、语法、句型等方面帮助学生系统复习。尽快使学生适应了高中英语教学，具体做法是：培养学生课前预习、课后复习的良好学习习惯；坚持用英语授课，要求并鼓励学生用英语思考问题、回答问题；根据高考要求，从高一年级开始就培养学生的阅读能力，教会学生一些阅读技巧，养成良好的阅读习惯；另外，课后还加强了与学生接触，尽快和学生熟悉起来。 二、高中英语教学要始终贯彻交际性原则，强化学生主体意识 “让游泳者到水中去。”这是交际语言教学理论的思想核心。语言学家毛鲁（K E Morrow）曾说过：“To learn it, do it… only by practising communicati ve activities can we learn to communicate.”意思是，要学，就得实践。贯彻交际性原则亦就是要把教学活化为实际，我的做法是： 1．建立“课前五分钟会话“，培养课堂交际氛围。如一进课堂我说：“It’s n ice to see you again./It’s fine today, isn’t?/How are you today?”星期一上课问：“Did you have a good time in the weekend?”学生会作出不同的回答，引出更多的对话，从而达到交际的目的。 2．尽量坚持让学生作duty report。这一做法初中就经常采用，然而到了高中我仍然坚持让学生继续做，实践证明duty report是锻炼学生开口的好方法。具体是让当天值日生在讲台前向同学们介绍当天日期、天气、出勤等情况，也可以让他们讲故事，并允许他们随意挑选同学回答问题。 3．适当让学生表演对话或课文内容。针对近期所学内容，布置学生课后进行讨论排练，然后再搬上课堂表演。
