As an effective teaching method, picture education is of great significance to help students improve their ability to understand and use language, thereby improving students' overall ability to learn English and improving the quality of teaching. 1．选题的理由或意义：
社会的不断进步和经济全球化的发展,使得会计这门公认的“商业语言”，日益显现出强大的功能，而作为“商业语言”的载体一财务报表,则全面、系统、综合地记录了企业经济业务发生的轨迹,因而相关利益群体对它的分析也越来越关注。
企业经营管理者通过对财务报表的分析及与行业数值比较,从而定位企业战略及发展方向；投资者、债权人、政府、税务机关、社会公众等要分析企业的财务报表,了解企业经营状况及经营成果,从而作出合理的经济决策。
由于我国财政，税收法律体系的不断完善和规范,企业财务会计工作的质量也在不断提高。
就上市公司而言,大多数企业的财务报表能够比较真实地反映企业实际经营活动,因而如何系统有效地分析财务报表,准确挖掘其反映的客观信息,已经成为一个非常值得关注和研究的领域。
世界投资大师巴菲特曾说过:“对一家企业进行投资,我主要看这家企业的财务报表”。
而财务报表分析这门科学也成为一种实用的工具,越来越受到企业报表使用者的推崇。

3．国内外研究现状:
一、国内研究现状
我国的财务分析思想出现较早,财务报表分析的雏形产生于19世纪50年代,真正开始开展财务报表分析是在20世纪初国外研究现状。
张丽珍，胡静在《论上市公司财务报表分析》中认为上市公司财务报表是根据统一规范编制的反映企业经营成果、财务状况及现金流量的会计报表。
包括:资产负债表、现金流量表、利润表、附表和附注、文字说明等。
财务报表是一组描述企业在市场经济活动中运行情况的画面,其不同部分反映不同的活动,各个部分又是相互联系、相互补充的。
黄仁佳在《上市公司财务报表分析新探》中认为财务报表分析就是通过一定的分析方法使报表中的会计数据、资金流转、财务状况和盈利水平以及公司的经营情况和发展趋势转化成投资决策的依据,是了解上市公司表面情况的重要途径。
它是运用会计报表数据对企业财务状况和成果前景的一种评价。
二、国外研究现状
在西方发达国家,由于认识到财务报表以及分析的重要性,财务报表分析理论和技术进步很快,已成为一门相对独立的运用科学。
美国南加州大学的教授Water B.NeigS 认为财务分析的本质在于搜索与决策有关的财务信息并加以分析与解释的一种判断过程；
美国纽约市立大学的Leopold A.Bernstein认为财务分析是一种判断过程,旨在评估企业现在或者过去的财务状况和经营成果,其主要目的在于对未来的状况和经营业绩进行最佳预测。
4．论文（设计）的研究计划或撰写方案:
本文就6家上市家电制造企业和2家上市家电流通企业2008-2012近五年对外公布的财务数据及其他相关内容，围绕着各企业报表（资产负债表，利润表和现金流量表）信息和财务指标进行阐述，分析其纵向和横向的比较。
通过对企业偿债能力，分析比较营运能力，盈利能力，发展能力和净现金流量、财务状况等方面，具有一定的理论意义和实践。
通过对上市公司的财务报表分析可以帮助投资者提供企业价值管理信息，可以有效地帮助报表使用者了解公司的方方面面，它是架起公司的管理层和报表的使用者之间的桥梁。
