锡合金的熔点是多少度

相信很多人都知道铁的熔点可以达到千度左右,但是对于锡合金它的熔点比较低,一般不能超过一百摄氏度,而且不同牌号的锡合金,熔点不同,大致范围在185-240度之间。
之所以这种金属的熔点比较低,这与其成分存在着很密切的关系。
下面就根据不同的合金类型给您介绍一下它们的熔点温度:
锡合金ZSnSb11Cu6温度为240℃,液相点温度为370℃,其最高使用温度不得超过100℃,摩擦系数在有油时为0.005,无油时为0.28。
锡合金是一种摩擦系数和消耗功率较低的灰白色合金,从组织上来说,是一种含硬质组织的金属塑性体,常用的锡基轴承合金的牌号zchsnsb11-6、zchsbsb8-8、zchsnsb4-4、zchsnsb8-4 zchsnsb12-3-10、zchsnsb15-2-18、zchsnsb12-4-10……等。
硬度28.6-30HB,熔点185-241℃。
锡合金是以锡为
主并加入少量锑、铜等元素的合金,熔点较低,是软基体硬质点组织类型的轴承合金。

⾼温焊锡条⼀般来说,锡条合⾦的熔点低于其中任何⼀个组成⾦属的熔点.以有铅焊锡(锡含量63%,铅含量37%)为例,所组成的有铅焊锡熔点就是183℃左右。
⽽⽆铅焊锡熔点者是(锡99.3%,铜0.7%)220℃左右。
为了应对某些特殊焊锡⾼熔点,⾼温度产品要求,我公司特别推出了⾼温焊锡条,作业温度可以维持在400℃-500℃,焊锡表⾯光亮,在400℃±10℃静态12⼩时,保持镜⾯不变⾊。
出渣量仅为普通焊锡的 1/7左右,适⽤于波峰焊和热浸焊⼯艺,特别适⽤于各种变压器制造时⾃溶漆包线的搪锡。
