产品概述
Transcal™ N是一种高品质的矿物油，具有较低的蒸汽压特性以及高水平的热稳定性、比热和热传导率。
应用范围
建议Transcal N用于非加压的封闭液相加热系统，其总体流体温度高至320⁰C以及最大的膜温度为340⁰C（在总体温度高至343⁰C的系统中，应使用BP的合成流体Transcal SA）。
此类系统被广泛应用于食品、建筑、塑料、木材、金属等行业以及洗衣店、船舶和从烟气中提取余热的领域。
在使用之前，应对系统进行泄漏测试，然后使用Transcal N进行彻底冲洗。
切勿用水冲洗。
在冲洗和排水之后，系统应注满新的Transcal N。
当膨胀室的油位是在预计工作温度下的油位的30-45%，必须完全注满。
在温度升至操作水平之前，所有的空气必须完全从系统中排空。
由于矿物油在加热时会膨胀，因此在系统中必须设置膨胀室。
这是润滑油可能与大气接触的唯一位置。
尽管Transcal N 具有优异的抗氧化稳定性，但仍须采用各种预防措施，以尽量减少其暴露于空气中，特别是如果膨胀室中的流体温度超过50°C。
可以使用浮盖，或者可以使用惰性气体覆盖润滑油。
注意：在正确操作配有惰性气体保护层的传热系统中，油温高于其闪点和燃点，这是很正常的。
在这些操作条件下，不存在润滑油的燃烧风险隐患。
然而，根据上述建议，润滑油的操作温度不应高于320°C的上部总体温度上限。
