立思辰留学360介绍，大学于1823年成立，最初为小规模的工学院（利物浦技术文学院）。
经过数百年的成长融合，合并不同的院校，最终成为利物浦理工学院。

西交利物浦大学行政信息楼坐落在有着深厚的文化底蕴苏州工业园内，Aedas 设计的大楼轮廓方正的大楼被蜿蜒曲折的洞“穿透”，像一块大奶酪，让人不禁地想起斯蒂文·霍尔（steven holl）。
其概念来自于传统中国园林中的太湖石。
建筑上采用了切的手法把内部孔洞暴露出来,与具体的功能空间密切衔接，形成建筑所必需解决的采光、通风、交通问题。
建筑内部各部分功能空间既相互独立又通过虚的空间将各部分有机的组织在一起。
大楼总建筑面积约6万平米，作为西交利物浦大学的形象主楼，主要功能为行政中心、培训中心、学习信息中心和学生活动中心。

历史苏州建城于公元前514年，吴王夫差的父亲阖闾命楚国叛将伍子胥建阖闾城，距今已有2500多年的历史了。

隋开皇九年（公元589年）始称苏州，沿用至今。
南宋立国江南，范成大著《吴郡志》，谓：“谚曰：天上天堂，地下苏杭。

宋元明清四代均倚江南漕粮为命脉，苏州所供，冠于各地。

To ensure the safety and organization of Opening Ceremony, the university will arrange shuttle bus to pick up all the studnets and parents. Departure time ——7:15 am to 7:35 am; Different dormitory area have different pick-up and location,为保证开学典礼顺利有序进行，学校将统一安排车辆将新生和家长接送到开学典礼现场，注意，发车时间为上午7:15至7:35，居住在不同宿舍区域的同学上车点不同（可参考学校地图）；
For those students living in A01 and A02 will gathering at the east entrance of Wenxing dormitory. 居住在A01和A02宿舍区的上车点为文星学生宿舍区东门(林泉街)；
For those students living in A03,A04 and A05 will gathering at the east of Suzhou graduate school of Nanjing university where nearby Wenxing stadium. 居住在A03、A04和A05宿舍区的上车点为南大研究生院东侧马路(靠近文星体育场)。
