阅读本文档前，请确保您已经了解包括相关润滑泵基本知识和使用方法。
2. 安全操作规程在操作系列林肯气动润滑泵时，必须遵循以下安全规程：2.1 规程一•操作人员必须经过专业培训，并熟悉该润滑泵的操作和使用方法。
•在操作润滑泵之前，必须戴上适当的防护手套和护目镜。
•在操作过程中，不要将手或其他物品靠近润滑泵的工作部件。
•在操作润滑泵时，严禁穿戴宽松的衣物、长发应佩戴帽子。
•当润滑泵工作异常时，应立即停止使用，并寻求专业人员的帮助。
•润滑泵应放置在平稳的工作台面上，以确保安全操作。
2.2 规程二•在操作润滑泵之前，必须确保电源已经接地，并注意使用防潮插座。
•润滑泵的电源线不能与其他电源线搭接或串接。
•润滑泵的操作按钮必须放置在操作人员能够触及的位置，并确保能够随时停止润滑泵的工作。
•在操作润滑泵时，应注意周围环境是否存在易燃气体或者易燃材料。
•在操作润滑泵时，必须确保润滑泵前方没有其他的人员。
3. 保养规程为了确保系列林肯气动润滑泵的正常使用和延长使用寿命，必须遵循以下保养规程：3.1 规程一•润滑泵每次使用后，应进行外观检查，包括润滑泵的连接是否牢固，密封件是否完好等。
•润滑泵的润滑油和过滤器应定期更换，以确保润滑效果。
•在更换润滑油和过滤器之前，必须先停止润滑泵的工作，并切断电源。
•如果润滑泵长时间不使用，应将其放置在防尘、防潮的地方，并进行定期保养。
•润滑泵的存放温度应符合厂家提供的要求。
3.2 规程二•定期进行润滑泵的维护保养，包括清洁润滑泵的外部表面，检查润滑泵的内部部件是否磨损或松动等。
•定期检查润滑泵的管道是否正常，有无泄露现象，并进行及时修理。
•润滑泵的润滑油必须符合厂家提供的要求，不得混用不同品牌或不同型号的润滑油。
•在润滑泵的使用过程中，如果出现异常噪音、振动或温度升高等情况，应立即停止使用，并寻求专业人员的帮助。
